I had a fantastic experience at Tmobile Store at International Mall yesterday. I purchased the new iphone and I needed help setting all up and I was immediately greeted by the store manager Lazaro who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I even ended up purchasing the new airpods pro because of him. Not only did he help me with my phone but he also went out of his way and help me set up my apple car play in my car like really who does that? well Lazaro did and it was quick. The service here is always great, this is the store close to home and Ive never had any bad experience because everyone there is friendly and willing to help you. They do have the best customer service. I'll definitely be back if I need to purchase anything from Tmobile. Thank you.

Wanted to ask a question that doesn’t pertain accessing mu account and Daniel a representative there spoke to me really rude and disrespected me and told me to wait my turn. Mind you he wasn’t even attending anyone. Really bad service, wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here

Over 7 years as a T-mobile customer and have never felt this experience before.... I walked into the store complete empty... no one wanted to help us. I said I'm here to pick up an online order and a worker named David decided to help us didn't say more than 5 words than ask for my license... once I received the device I ordered David asked the manager for assistance... Edgard... they whispered some things to one another.. and to be honest the manager, Edgard was completely of no use.... His facial expressions and attitude towards the customer was extremely disappointing. After expressing the fact that we had gotten an online offer of 1,000 trade in value the manager Edgard told us no... you will only get 300$ then I said ok then I don't want the phone if the offer does not stand.. he said there's nothing we can do.. if you return the phone there's a restocking fee of 70$... I showered him the order online he said.. there's absolutely nothing else we can do.... Not once did he apologize for the issue... I decided to leave the store.. I call customer service outside the store ... they apologized for the issue (they admitted it was a problem on their end which should've never allowed the purchase to go through) and added the fact they could give a refund for the restocking fee... this is within 5 minutes after the manager said there was absolutely nothing to be done... safe to say that after all this time I will be looking for a new phone service. Customer service goes a long way and I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received especially from a manager.... Happy holidays!

I went to upgrade to a new phone and could not have had a better experience. I was first helped by the store manager, Lazaro, who told me how the process would work. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I asked all my questions. He then pointed me in the direction of the salesman that did the upgrade for me, Cesar. Cesar was also extremely helpful. He answered every single question I had. It could not have been a better experience. Everything was smooth, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I visited this store yesterday at noon and I was very pleased with my experience. The sales representative named Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and with a great attitude! I purchased my new IPhone 11 PRO , a case, a screen protector and changed my plan. He also help me by explaining to me the new features of my new phone. I wish more sales agents were like him.

Unfortunately had to go back to this store to return the new device I had gotten since they did not provide me with a receipt when I picked up the device the first time... I tried to return at a closer store and since they did not provide the receipt I had to go back to this store. I was greeted by an associate who was actually very nice and welcoming. He asked the manager on shift- Christian a couple questions... he was far from helpful. For being exposed customer service he was not nice at all. I essentially had to beg him to check my account to verify everything was okay. Far from disappointing encounter at this store and the attitude of their employees especially from the management.

Walked into the store, made the line, a service advisor started helping us, another costumer came by and she completely closed my tab and started paying attention to the other customer and then made us stand there while she finished, after she was taking too long we just had to go with another advisor that freed up. Why make a line then? Lol. ???????

What is it about this place that they really pretend to be helpful but aren't? We have been with T for over ten years. Yessiree Bob. TEN years. Every time we call TMobile and they direct us to go to our local store, at the store they pretend they don't know what I am talking about and try to charge for everything. Case en point... a while ago one of our phones had a problem with the Sim card. Over the phone with troubleshooting they made it clear this happens and they would replace it for free. They put the notes into our account and told us to go to our nearest store and pick one up (for free). At the store they insisted they needed to charge us twenty dollars. After explaining the details of the phone call over and over, we insisted they had to call HQ because we were adamant. We got it, you guessed.. for free. How many people do they con into paying? Today my hubby spent 2 hours with someone over the phone negotiating new phones but they didn't have any in stock and told us to go to our nearest store. Illy helped us, quoted a price way above what they had over the phone. We told Illy to check the notes (as the rep over the phone had told us to do if they didn't want to honor the over the phone HQ price) and she insisted each phone was $199 plus a $19 charge. We told her to check the notes again. She insisted with ATTITUDE that this was the price and kept on telling us to tell her what they had offered over the phone. We told her the charge was waved on our original quote and her response was a classy "Well I bet they didn't tell you they charge you for shipping did they? So you really aren't saving that " Oh hon thank you for treating us like we are morons. Is everyone who walks in for new phones so hard up to get them immediately that they are willing to take the higher price AND 'tude? Fine Illy, we do have to thank you. Because of your attitude we called TMobile back and got two of those puppies for the price of ONE of the original quotes because we have no obligation to stay with you, which you knew and still gave us a hard time. We saved over $150 because of your attitude. Thanks.

Tmobile are a bunch of liars, they do not have phones, they joined Sprint and they do not have a black color....I was lied to on a promotion on fathers day, the lady, Lina, never called back, she lied to me, I should have gone to verizon on sunday.... they got many chances....they are meant to do this so they can charge you more money, so long tmobile....

Ok, let me begin by saying that I have been a T-mobile customer for just over 8 months now, while I'm not impressed with the signal coverage, I'm extremely happy with the customer service provided at this store. Again, the signal especially in Doral is not the best. I had put the T-Mobile network to the test traveling to 29 states and 18 countries since I became a customer. Domestically; they need to improve substantially, not getting good coverage while driving to Orlando or big cities like Chicago, Los Angeles and New York is not acceptable. However, the situation is totally opposite outside the U.S., it is something I have never seen in a company. You travel, turn your phone on and forget about worrying you'll be charge an arm and a leg. Of course, you'll pay 20-30 cents per minute on phone calls, but everything else will be included when texting and surfing the web/download. I had better coverage with T-Mobile in Afghanistan than here at home. Anyway, signal in my house in Doral is simply not existent, so I call the customer service line and as always, just like this store at the International Mall, they provided outstanding service. They tried everything to help for weeks, trying different options until they finally sent me a tower/router for the house and that alleviated the signal coverage at my house. The store here is full of staff members, they are all young so don't be influence by that. They are a great bunch of youngsters. I'm a traditional and loyal type person so I found someone here that I feel comfortable with. She projects credibility and knowledge. To me that is essential in order to do business. Stop by, come and see my girl Stephanie. She works at the main T-Mobile store by the foodcourt and on the booth by one of the hallways. You won't regret it. Good luck!!

So I never write reviews for anywhere but I felt like these guys really deserved it! I went in to exchange my phone a few days after the buyers remorse deadline (due to misinformation from customer service) and these guys really went above and beyond to try to get me the phone I wanted without any further complications or having to pay more than I already had. I was helped by Ricardo and two managers named Emilio and Julian, I believe. Long story short, these guys gave me the best customer service I have ever received!
