I had a great experience with Talisha S. at T-Mobile she was super helpful, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or confused she made sure I got the best plan and understood all my options. Her customer service was amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. If you’re going to T-Mobile, definitely ask for Talisha! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Talisha S. Was sooooooo helpful and so was the other associates working tonight. As soon as I walked in they let me know it was a wait but that was no problem for me. After patiently waiting, Talisha helped me switch out my internet box that stopped working. During the process she was professional, knowledgeable, super nice and always smiling. You can tell she really loves her job and helping others. We need more people like Talisha she makes coming to the store worth it. All the other employees working that night ( All Women) were professional and sweet. They ran that store like it was no one’s business ! Great job! I love to see the team work.
