I had a great experience with Talisha S. at T-Mobile she was super helpful, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or confused she made sure I got the best plan and understood all my options. Her customer service was amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. Talisha S. Was sooooooo helpful and so was the other associates working tonight. As soon as I walked in they let me know it was a wait but that was no problem for me. After patiently waiting, Talisha helped me switch out my internet box that stopped working. During the process she was professional, knowledgeable, super nice and always smiling. You can tell she really loves her job and helping others. We need more people like Talisha she makes coming to the store worth it. All the other employees working that night ( All Women) were professional and sweet. They ran that store like it was no one’s business ! Great job! I love to see the team work. I stop to purchase a phone charger because I was in a hurry to go out of Town. I wasn't greeted or agnoge when I enter the business I ask the young lady can someone assist me . I was told do you see all these people infront of you. Now I no how it goes you have to wait but Iam assuming they are her for a phone or problems with there phone. I was just trying to ask two question for a speedy charger . She wasn't helping no one just standing there not even working looking at her phone. My wife said it happened to her also at the same T-MOBILE. So I left and went to another T-MOBILE As soon as I walked in hello how can we help you and everyone is helping someone and they and still ask may I help you. I told them I just needed a fast high speed charger. I promise you it took less then 2 minutes. That is sad and Rude. Corporate needs to walked under cover on them and let me no there on it . They just lost $60 dollars just that quick.

I went to buy some new high end phones. Never tried t mobile. They advertised good prices. I was told one monthly rate and then it was increased. Then they wanted $300.00 cash in addition to the activation fees and monthly payment. Finally discovered the contract was for three not two years. Be careful of this place. Real careful. Otherwise u will not be paying close to what they tell u. I can add numbers. 2 vs 3 years. Shame on them!

I'm giving this place 3 stars, bc in my humble (& very honest) opinion, it's what it deserves, plus, I've been here more than enough times to be able to post a sincere review. Let's start by saying: GREAT LOCATION! It's 5 minutes away from home, in a cute part of Miami Shores, always plenty of parking all around (HUGE PLUS), & the store is spacious. They usually have a good selection of products, let's just say, it isn't bad at all. My review is mainly based on the way I've been treated anytime I've visited. The Customer Service I've received from the employees is alright. Some days better than others, but overall okay, never bad, just not as exceptional as some of the other T-Mobile stores I've been to. I'm not trying to throw shade, it simply is what it is, O.K. service. T-Mobile has always been the one company in where I've seen the employees display lots of happiness & cheerfulness anytime someone walks through the door, it's just always seems like they're super eager to help (a.k.a. make money, bc let's be real, we all know they get paid mainly from commissions, but that's nor here, nor there, make your money honey!), so I'm guessing that's what I expect anytime I visit T-Mobile. This used to be a Sprint store so maybe they're getting accustomed to the T-Mobile vibe?!(LOL, jk)... On a serious note though, the employees seem nice & like I mentioned previously, they offer good service, I just feel like a little more enthusiasm would help put the missing cherry on top. This last time I visited, one of the Managers (the main reason I decided to write this review) was very nice & genuinely helpful. The reason I say "genuinely helpful" is bc he answered all of my questions, offered to go above & beyond to help me obtain what I came in for, & although I made up my mind & decided to not go through w/ what I came in for, he gave me his business card & told me to check back whenever I wanted & he would gladly help. This young man's name is Javier Tueros. It just so happens that I had spoken to him over the phone a few days earlier, due to some questions I had, & he was just as helpful over the phone. So much, that I didn't forget his name, & what a pure coincidence that he was the person who greeted/ helped me when I walked in the store today! That is the type of service that deserves 5 stars, & Javier gets 5 stars from me, however, since this is an overall business review, it wouldn't be fair to judge my overall experience based off of one great employee. A team is made up of more than one, & this is a good example of the positive impact that a simple act of kindness & a great attitude can have on someone. I don't know Javier on a personal level, I only spoke to him twice(the day I called & today), however, that's enough for this girl right here to leave this nice review & give credit where credit is due! Lastly, Javier mentioned, that the store is getting remodeled soon due to the Sprint/ T-Mobile conversion so I'm looking forward to seeing the new facelift once it's completed! Best of luck to Javier & the team! Wish them nothing but great success!
