I have been a customer of T Spa for the past 4 years, and this has to be my favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. As someone who had less than ideal experiences at previous salons, I was so happy to find a place where I truly felt welcome. Every staff member I have encountered over the years have been amazing. Owner Sophia is so sweet and extremely accommodating. Their prices are so reasonable and the results are always phenomenal.

This used to be my go to place. They give great pedicure, but unfortunately just got the worst dip manicure of all time. The whole process took 2+ hours and when the nail tech was done I had polish and powder all over my fingers. When I asked her to clean it off she was scrubbing so hard my nail beds began to bleed. Super disappointing experience

This was my first time here on 1/28/2024 and it was a spectacular experience. The nail stylists were all so positive and upbeat energy. They were all so so kind and had a great sense of humor they actually engaged with their clients with kindness. The salon was very clean and organized the seating was comfortable and their work was incredible. Pictured below is Dip powder this took about 4 hours and they even stayed a whole hour after closing to make sure it was done. They genuinely care about their clients and making sure everything is done with precision. The atmosphere was friendly and uplifting just what I needed to get a break it was a great experience and will definitely be going back again! If you’re looking for a new stylist for your nails then I would highly recommend coming here. My new favorite salon!

I got my nails done by Sophia, the owner, and she was so sweet. She very clearly listened to what I Asked for which was sharp square and a thin French! I’m very particular. She really took her time to perfect the shape and made sure I was happy. I love how she asked if I liked it throughout the process and gave me time to give feedback if needed. Such a hard working small business that’s been around for years. I’ve had a hard time finding a salon in belmont to do a really good acrylic and shape. My normal salon is near my college so I love coming here when I’m in belmont!

Perfection always. Sophia, the owner, has worked hard for several years. I have always been happy with my nails. There is no need to request a specific person as they all are great. The spa pedicure is an indulgent treat! Must try!

Came here for the first time with my friend and got a gel mani/pedi. It was okay. They clipped my nail bed in the cuticle trim and I watched the technician dab at the blood. They also didn’t do a good job of cleaning the skin up around my nails. Six fingers have nail polish on it that I’ll just clean up at home. 5/23/25 update: I’m on a normal beach vacation and three days in the gel nail edges of two nails were lifting. Today three of them chipped (both thumbs and pointer of left hand). There were problems with the curing machine and the technician kept hitting it/checking to see if it was on and I think that may have affected the curing process. I’ve never had nails chip less than a week. They didn’t even last my full vacation.

I LOVED my experience here! Sophia is wonderful and the whole staff was kind and welcoming. I showed Sophia nail art for Valentine’s Day and she recreated it perfectly. Thank you to T Spa! I’ll be back soon. :)

Love T Spa! My go to place for nails and waxing. They are both efficient and detailed in their work and always make room to take you! I am in and out in a jiffy with a job well done :)

I like people and it's important that if I spend my precious time in any establishment that the environment is pleasant. T Spa offers this amenity! I have patronized T Spa for a lot of years. I occasionally try other places but none compared to the warmth and professionalism T Spa offers. So here I am again. Thank you Sophia for running an excellent establishment. Your employees are very respectful and work quietly. I tried all kinds of nail services and recently had a dip with a top coat of dazzle dry for shine. This is my third time having this service and I love it! I like natural color and this time I chose Funny-Bunny! This service last at least 3 weeks and is competitively priced! Like I said I periodically check out other Salons, but I call T Spa my Salon!!!

I love coming here. Its relaxing, everyone is so nice. I always get the Spa Pedicure, I love the milk and honey, mostly for the smell but my feet feel so good after. Sophia, may not be big on design but wax and shaping is her jam. Def worth it

The staff were very friendly. I got a gel manicure and unfortunately after leaving I noticed a lot of bubbles as well as lint trapped in the polish and two of my nails were filed crooked. The polish also wasn't applied close enough to my cuticle so it looks fairly grown out after one day. I payed in cash but they wouldn't make change, so I ended up giving a 22% tip when I would've rather given 20%.

I just had my third mani/pedi from an extraordinary technician, Sophia. In addition Sophia also waxed the hairs off my chin and neck. As many facial waxings that I've had no one can compare to the expertise and care of the magnificent job Sophia did! I won't go anywhere else now that I have found Sophia and T Nail Spa. Thank you, Sophia!

Extra attention to detail, great massage included in the mani/pedi combo. Booked and paid via ClassPass with no trouble.

I stumbled in from driving by and was pleasantly surprised. The salon is clean and welcoming. The service was outstanding. I had the best massage on my legs and hands . The outcome was a very nice pedicure and manicure. Recommend 100%!

Cheap but you get what you pay for.... they don't use cuticle softener or warm towels or anything "extra" usually included everywhere else. They don't have a receptionist so my manicurist had to stop every 2 minutes to answer the phone -- super rude. She was distracted and it's obvious. She was in a rush to pick up her son from school and left before my Dazzle Dry was dry. When I was paying I notice how bubbly my nails were and mentioned it to two technicians and they refused to acknowledge what I was saying! I still paid, tipped the girl my usual 25% but had to share my experience and will never go back.

T spa nails does an incredible job every time! The manicurists take the time to listen to exactly what design you want and work hard to ensure you are pleased with results! I could never justify the expense of getting my nails done regularly until I met Alex. His nail designs are gorgeous art! I get so many compliments.

I've been going to T Spa for many years and I highly recommend this nail salon. The owner Sophia is the epitome of professionalism and all her employees are the same. They are meticulous with their hygiene. They are very detailed in their nail service. And most of all they are accommodating and kind. I brought my 93 year old mother in law to have a manicure and pedicure and they treated her like a queen! We will always go to T Spa!

Quality of the mail method was Dip. My first technician was ify. The owner ended up stepping in and doing my dip for about 6 sessions. I had decided to be more natural and move to less chemicals and did a basic mani that is when the owner had taken my appt and gave to another woman who was having An Emergency!! A nail emergency! Ok. I would think twice about this Spa. Would I go back? Only if it were the only nail salon open. 7 weeks later my nails are getting healthier. DP Cambridge.

I used to come here for many years but this place has gone downhill. Came in with a friend for a regular manicure and pedicure. The technician I had was very nice but took twice as long than my friend even though we both got the same regular mani-pedi service. The only difference was supposed to be for me to pay $9 extra charge for dazzle dry nail polish (that's what they told me in the beginning) which I had agreed to. Towards the end, not only were my nails not up to my expectations, but they charged $24 extra instead of the agreed $9. After disputing the charge, I still tipped and cut my losses short. Maybe I missed something, but to pay what I did for how my nails looked in the end, was disappointing.

Alex and Mary especially do a great job. I go here for dazzle dry and my nails stay nice and healthy

I usually would give this business 5 stars. But today this very young looking girl with glasses and unkempt hair that did my pedicure was not good. I had never seen her there before so not sure if she's new? My heels were still dry and chafed when I looked at them in the car. My feet felt dry, terrible massage. I was tense throughout and told her but she just gave me a blank stare. She never Smiled, or fixed her technique. Her hair was dragging through my polish on my feet and she kept having to fix it. just awful!! I will go back, but if I see this girl Coming I'm asking for someone else!

It was my first time back after a while and I got dip powder, they were beautiful when finished and she took her time. But a few days later they started to chip all around. I'm extremely disappointed as I expected them to last longer, a refund is what I need!

Super happy with my manicure today! I called ahead to make sure they had availability and did acrylic nails, and they were able to schedule me in one hour. Tom was very meticulous about the shape of my nails and did a super good job mimicking the reference picture I brought along with me! He spent around an hour just shaping my nails to be the shape I wanted. Very fair pricing for the amount of time and skill involved in these nails, definitely planning on coming again!

Incredible service and quality here! Super easy to book an appointment online. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She gave so much care to my cuticles and even massaged my back while the gel dried. Truly above and beyond. Can't recommend them enough and can't wait to come back!

I went to this salon for gel nails a couple weeks ago and they did a great job. They helped me pick out the colors and was very friendly throughout the process. It has been about 3 weeks since I got my nails done and it has not chipped at all!

This was my first visit to this nail salon .. ... at entry it was very loud with children running all around ..even to the point a customer mentioned it was loud. The language barrier may be an issue ..I repeated the service I was looking for MULTIPLE times ... the style turned nice

I noticed there aren't any reviews yet of the body waxing services, but Sophia does a fantastic job with this. It's ouchy, but she is very kind and gives you aloe and powder afterwards. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing standing between me and 5 stars is that there were a couple of small missed patches here and there, but that's been my experience most places. Very reasonable pricing as well.

I absolutely love how they make me feel when I come in to fix my nails. Not only do the do a wonderful high quality job but they remember every customer and greet them by name. Gel, shellac, deep powder... pedicure... I've gotten my nails done by Sophia, Tom and 3 other people... All of them have done an excellent job every time.

The male technician I had was VERY creative and artistic. Took his time and he worked collaboratively with me on design requests.

This place was the best! They accommodated 5 of us for mani pedis on a busy Saturday for my friend's bday. Great service, great job and friendly staff. They even gave my friend a free manicure gift card since it was her birthday. They also do waxing and chair massages. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, an okay pedicure experience. I selected my nail color & sat down in the row of chairs less than a foot apart looking across to the empty manicure stations taking up half the space. I'm not a fan of sitting that close to fellow patrons. Upon cashing out, I learned the $35 pedicure turned into $42 because I chose the organic color (no signage indicating the price difference) plus tip. Sneaky sneaky. I won't be returning - there are no shortage of nail salons in the area.

I've been coming here for years and Tom never disappoints im so in love every time I leave the nail shop .Thank you Tspa for your amazing work.

From Sand to Silk! This is TMI but for the last three years, Mary has been giving me my first of summer pedicure and then I maintain regular pedicures until winter. That first pedicure of the year is a lot of work and Mary is such a hard worker and so friendly and even when I tell her she has worked hard enough, her perfectionism shines through and she wants my feet to be perfect. Thanks Mary for always doing a great job! Yesterday I was in there and I told the manager that my tagline when I come there is that my feet go from sand to silk. I find TSpa more than reasonable price-wise, very clean, not chemical smell heavy and even though the TV is on, it's always on something chill so it goes with the relaxation vibe. I highly recommend TSpa and I thank all the hard workers there and their long hours so jamokes like me can come at the last minute. Give it a try and I think you'll like it.

Went to get my nails done for commencement week and they are everything I could ask for! Helen did an AMAZING job, and the entire staff was incredibly nice and caring. every aspect of my nails was carefully looked at throughout the process.

I have been going to T-Spa for 4+ years and the service never fails to amaze me. Staff is so friendly and always remembers your name. I get acrylics and they always do such an excellent job with the shape and have so many colors to choose from. Highly recommend!

This is my first time in this store and this will be my last time in this store. The customer service needs to be addressed especially when it comes to people of COLOR! Everybody else is of other color, so why is that I had to wait which is understandable. I waited an hour to get In the chair for a pedicure. She fills the seat with tub with water and walks away to start working on the next person that came to get a pedicure. Now being a black person and dealing with discrimination in a daily basis in this day and age is already crazy enough. And as I'm writing this review. I still have not been seen. Acknowledged, apologized for the inconvenience or anything.

Had the gel manicure and it was excellent. Amy was thorough and there were two curing lights at my station so It was around a 40 minute appointment (including the fact that she had remove my previous gel manicure). I picked an OPI color that was pretty sheer, but she had no problem putting on a third coat. I was extremely pleased. The location is great, service was wonderful (I scheduled an appointment about 45 minutes ahead of time), and Amy did a great job. I'll definitely keep this place in my rotation. Thanks!

Hidden Gem! Pedicures were very thorough and Sophia was great. They were able to accommodate two of us for pedicures on a very busy Memorial Day. Will definitely be back.

Still going to T Spa and still super happy with them all around. The pedicure service is outstanding and they make male customers feel welcome in a traditionally ladies' environment. On my last visit I noticed they added semi-private room with two pedicure chairs. Looks perfect for couples or friends who want to chat and relax with a little privacy.

I came here because it was the only place nearby that was open on a Sunday and could take a last-minute pedicure. The place is right on the corner of a busy intersection, and while I did find parking right across the street, I can imagine that it gets a bit hairy during busier hours. The pedicure itself was fine. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either. The massage chairs were amazing, and I could have fallen asleep if I wanted to. The pedicure came with a hot stone massage which, again, didn't have the wow factor, but was certainly nice. For $25 it was absolutely worth it, but if you're looking for the bells and whistles you won't find them here. The place was packed with people getting both manis and pedis. It was small and unassuming from the outside, but clean and friendly on the inside. I am new to the area so I am going to try other salons, but I would come back here again.

Gel manicure chipped within 3 days and then chipped again less than a week of getting them done. Have never had this happen with gel manicure they usually last for 2 weeks. Disappointed.

This was my first manicure/pedicure since the pandemic. Life has been tough and so I decided to take the risk and treat myself. I felt very assured around how clean everything was. I was the first appointment of the day, and there were few people and everyone was really friendly. All the manicure and pedicure stations had thick plastic/acrylic barrier between you and the manicurist and everyone wore masks at all times. I also like that I could tip on my credit card. They did a fantastic job and I look forward to coming back again.

T spa has been close by to my house, so I decided to give it a try for a last minute pedicure. Big mistake. This was probably the worst nail salon I have ever gone to. Very rude and unwelcoming staff. When I first walked in I knew from then it was not going to be a good experience. I had made an appointment for a pedicure and once I arrived there no one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. I had to walk up to the owner and tell her myself that I had an appointment and she responded with pick a color we'll be right with you. After waiting for 20 minutes passed my appointment I asked her how much longer I would have to wait and she told me she was about to seat me and asked me to go sit at the pedicure station. She walked me there told me to put my feet in the water then walked away as I nearly burned my feet in the burning hot water. 5 minute later an 80 year old grandma comes to do my pedicure. After not understanding it was hot she starts cutting my toe nails when she never asked nor did I tell her to cut them and I had to interrupt her to stop. She did not listen to anything I asked her to do , her only responses were yes meanwhile she shaped them and cut them wrong, and painted them awful. At this point I was soo aggravated I just wanted to walk out. I went and dried my toes for 25 minutes (mind you the dryer was BURNING hot my feet were bright red). After waiting so long to dry them I noticed she painted them all smudged so I went to tell her and she tried to tell me nothing was wrong with them until I had to repeat myself to her 5 times and shove my foot so close to her face so she could see. There goes another 25 minutes of drying them while burning my feet. I nearly wanted to walk out it was that bad. I get home go to show my sisters my awful pedicure job to find them ALLLL smudged again. I was BEYOND distrusted that I had to go back inconvient and have them fix. It was overall the most uncomfortable and worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Save yourself the 25$ and go somewhere else not worth the shitty pedicure. Looked like a 10 year old painted my toes

Sophie always does an awesome job on my nails! I usually get a gel manicure when I go and I'm always happy. The manicure lasts for 2-3 weeks on me. It's much easier to make an appointment here, even though they do walk-ins, just because it seems like they may be understaffed at times. Always have a good experience here though.

There are three manicures I can remember in my adult life that made me think, "wow I didn't know my nails could look this good". This is one of them. I am so impressed with Tom and how detailed he was. He did an amazing job. I live in NYC and wish I could find someone this good in my neighborhood!

We booked an appointment here when it was a busy time on a Saturday afternoon but they found room for 2 kids and a parent . They worked very well but it took a lot of time to finish our nails. They listened to what we wanted and they tried to do it the right way. Also there are 2 kids chairs and they all had massagers.

This nail salon always does my nails the greatest way. I've been going since I was a young girl even before they had the "T Spa" name. I mainly get pedicures because my job doesn't allow me to paint my finger nails, but they always do a magnificent job. Everyone is so nice and sweet. They check to see if everything is okay, and do their job.

I've been going here for years and never disappointed! Sophia and the rest of the staff are super friendly and love to create a personal connection with their frequent customers. I'm always getting gel manicures which last longer than any salon I've been to and the lowest price I've seen at $25! The colors are endless and the lotions/scrubs are sensitive skin friendly (at least for me). Always leaving with a smile:)

I decided to try T Spa again, after having a "not so good" experience the last time I went here, several years ago (it's local). My pedicure was good, not fabulous, but "good enough". However, my manicure was so underwhelming; really disappointing. I believe this was mostly because it's a Saturday and they were super busy. I had an appointment for right when they opened. My pedicure was done first. When I was moved over to have my manicure done, the woman I had was obviously in charge of answering the phone, too, as others were standing around while it was ringing but not picking it up, and one of them actually brought the phone over to my manicurist to answer. Well, it was ringing off the hook, so the rest of the time was spent with her answering calls and "scheduling" appointments, with no schedule book in front of her, mind you; just telling people to come in at such and such a time, but not actually "scheduling" them (I feel bad for those people)! My manicure took a back seat to her booking appointments and it was, literally, the bare minimum done (and I actually upgraded to the gel manicure when I sat down, so I even paid more)! Very little done on my nails. Many friends like it here; I'll pay more and go to another local salon; at least I know I always get their full attention.

I really love this place and have been coming here for about a year I was hooked on the first visit. This place is 35 minutes from my home but I don't mind as I love the hot stone massage you get with a pedicure. I always recommend this place to my family/friends. Mary and Andy are usually who I see, which are both so great!

I literally will not go anywhere else to get my nails done- I have been to my share of nail salons and T spa by far does the best work. I even moved closer to Boston and go back to Belmont every 3 weeks for my gel manicure (and only $25!!!) Expect to spend at least 1 hour here for a gel manicure as they spend extra time cleaning/ shaping your nails and making sure they are 100% perfect and dry. The owner Sofia is so sweet yet very professional- my favorite nail technician is Andy. They also have an extensive color selection.

I went here based off of a recommendation. I truly wasn't impressed. I had a pedicure and the woman who did my pedicure was far from gentle, cut one of my cuticles, and barely gave any effort. I also find it appalling that during the pedicure service they put tools in the same basket as another customer. There was barely a massage during the pedicure and I was not offered the basic, deluxe, or spa as advertised on their website. It's clear they have a clientele, but I would not come back here again. The only positive was that the owner was friendly.
