Ta' Doni

Fantastic place. We went here for breakfast on our first and last morning in Rabat. The breakfast fry was absolutely fantastic. I had the goats cheese Ftira both times because it was so so good. The chocolate croissants were also incredibly indulgent and obscenely affordable for how big they are. The seating area, although right on a main street, still feels really cosy and comfortable. Will definitely be back when we visit Malta again.

Ta'Doni has a great location, nearby Mdina and the major touristic places of Rabat. The prices were good, but I feel that the service could be better. Our order had been forgotten by the kitchen and we waited for more than one hour to get our food. and it was delicious, The good thing was that they were kind enough to give us a free drink., although we left far too late because of this delay on our food.

We were here everyday for a week for breakfast, the cake selection is big and the croissants and cookies are delicious. The freshly orange juicy is highly recommended. We loved it here. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

We were there for tea time, we wanted something sweet, the cake options weren’t on the menu, that was kind of confusing. We ordered for a piece of some type of sweet bread which was okay, also the americano. I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was delicious! Regarding to service… all the guys were super nice! Except for the lady, to whom we asked for the check and she just moved her head to the counter. I found it quite rude. When we tried to engage with her to ask her for something she just avoided us. Once again, the boys were nice. Restroom was small but clean. The place and the music were superb.

Nice place in a great location. There’s seating outside and inside. Local food and wine served. The cheese plate was very nice! Coffee was pretty good.

Lovely place! We came here often on our holiday in Malta. The food is so delicious! And they are super friendly! The waiter even helped us to get a taxi. I can recommend this place!!!

A lovely little restaurant in Rabat, with several local specialities on their menu. We had the goat cheese salad and the rabbit ravioli and they were both superb. The ravioli was especially good, the creamy garlic and marjoram sauce enhancing the flavour of the ravioli. I was lucky to get the last serve of the ravioli, though - somebody ordered shortly after us and there was none left! The staff were also good, attentive and quick to serve.

This food is worth the price , it is delicious. The board is worth the price you pay , there were two of us and it was enough
