Ta’ Marija is a well-known Maltese restaurant that draws a lively crowd, especially for its cultural dance performance at 9:30 PM—which was entertaining and added a festive vibe to the evening.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the energy of the show. We ordered the snails, stuffed squid, baked rabbit, and prawn linguine. The snails were decent and ended up being the most enjoyable of the dishes. The rabbit was quite dry, the stuffed squid lacked flavor, and the prawn linguine was watery and disappointing.
That said, the service was very friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout the evening.
