Incredible dining experience at the House of Maria in Malta, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The rustic Maltese cuisine was not only delicious but also showcased the rich flavors and traditions of the region. The service was exceptional; each member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out goes to Belinda, who took care of our table. She provided fantastic recommendations from the menu and guided us through a delightful wine tasting experience until we discovered the perfect wine to complement our meal. The atmosphere was vibrant, highlighted by a captivating folklore dance show that took place right in the center of the restaurant. The unique design of the dance floor allows for everyone to enjoy the performance, no matter where they’re seated, creating a wonderful sense of inclusiveness. The owner was present during our visit and generously shared the fascinating backstory of the restaurant, which added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, the House of Maria is a beautiful celebration of Maltese culture and heritage, and I am grateful for the amazing experience we had. A very pleasant experience at Ta' Marija in all aspects. The food was good and tasted genuine, the service was great and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Apart from the essentials as mentioned, they also catered for a friend of mine with their "bites on the house" to get things going before starters where they brought a non-garlic version of their usual. As a proud Maltese, I can say that you'd be experiencing the Maltese way here. They've also got cocktails with Maltese liquors!

Excellent night out, with excellent Maltese food. Special commendation to our server Belinda, who took incredible care of us, including special considerations for people with allergies. Super warm and personable. ☺️ Complimentary bread and limoncello was appreciated. Thank you very much, would highly recommend to visitors to get a taste of Maltese culture.

The waiter for our table was ok, not as welcoming as the other ones serving other tables. Food was in big portion, one tasting menu for two persons might be enough. Again meat is Malta is generally overcooked for our liking.

Traditional Maltese restaurant with it's own twist! Very welcoming and heart warming atmospehere, delicios traditional meal, well organised traditional dance show.

Fantastic evening. The service is five stars, so is the food and the entertainment. A true family restaurant and you can feel it. Highly recommend if you're in Malta.
