Extremely friendly staff! We walking in looking a little lost, not sure what to do (our first authentic tapas bar) and we were warmly greeted and given a seat at the bar. Excellent wine and the food was delicious. A lot of locals filled the place, we very much enjoyed it!

This was the best meal in my 10 days in Spain hands down. The fish was so fresh it was mind blowing. The waitress was extreme kind as well. Highly recommend.

Smelled of new paint, not good for a tavern, probably they are getting it ready for carnaval. Nice place, but surprised not to get table service outside, so I had to go back inside to order, no biggie. Ordered a Manzanilla and achovy + aguacate. 4€ for the anchovy. I realise it's a delicacy, but I felt ripped-off all the same. I thought the photos online gave the impression of somewhere quality but down to earth, whereas infact it's quality with prices to match.

Small taberna with excellent fish tapas and dishes in a small side street of the old town, a little away from the hustle and bustle. We were lucky to get one of the few tables. The tuna carpaccio was the best I've ever had - top quality fish, with a hint of lemon and the best olive oil. Delicious! Friendly and competent service.

Found this place whilst exploring Cádiz. Loved the decor and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and welcoming as I initially sat outside but was invited inside into the cool interior. I enjoyed the cold beer and the panaterra was delicious. I will visit again

Wow!! We were walk-in customers and luckily they were able to accommodate us as the place was full. We had sangria and white wine and ordered a selection of tapas. Ordered Anchovies (Gilda) twice. Had sardines, ham and cheese as other tapas. Local establishment with local customers - we were the only tourists there! Highly recommend if in Cadiz!

Small bar in the traditional style which used to be a grocery shop (very lovely decor). Excellent service from the team, they were all professional, friendly and working with a smile. They offer small tapas (pincho style on bread) as well as a selection of dishes with fresh tuna such as sashimi and carpaccio, and some larger dishes such as salads. We tried a few of the small tapas - ensaladilla, sardine, atún en manteca - and the tuna carpaccio, all very good. Great wine and sherry selection and vermouth from the barril. It can get very busy but they really try and find you a spot!
