We had a delicious dinner here, sat on the terrace at a table with gorgeous views of the square, surrounded by the beautiful, historic, stone buildings of Ubeda.
Our waiter Rafael could not have been more attentive and charming and made the evening really special.
The ambience of the restaurant was relaxed but buzzing, every table packed (we were so glad we’d pre-booked). I had grilled cod and my partner had Iberican pork and patatas a la pobre - all delicious. Lovely wine, and the Luis Felipe brandy at the end just rounded it all off to perfection. Only thing missing was a few vegetable accompaniments with the fish/meat wouldn’t have gone amiss, though its not uncommon in Andalucia for restaurants to forget the vegetables.
Other than that, a fabulous place - would definitely recommend.
