Well, you can’t provide good customer service if you’re playing on your phone and have earbuds in so you don’t notice the customer standing at the counter repeatedly calling for you. Also, as a place that specializes in the handling of food, management should know that phones are generally more unsanitary than public door knobs. Why is management allowing this? The food is generally marginal, at best, but my daughter wanted Taco Bell today, so that’s where we went. That was our last visit to this store. There is zero evidence that management cares about quality here.
