Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Courteous, nice, and professional staff, who paid attention to every detail of my order and the restaurant was clean! I mean seriously, it was all right down to the exact number of sauces I requested… and then came by to check on me! Gotta give a shout out to the management that trained this team, and also to Jonnell & Dali who really stepped it up! I’d hire them in a heartbeat - so keep up the great training and promote them!

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme with extra beef, and it seems that they remove the beef instead. There's almost no beef there. I didn't eat that piece of flour and now I am still hungry. You guys are awful.

Herman and the night crew are amazing. Great job guys. Food was made fast and hot. Great customer service. Dining area was spotless and very welcoming. I definitely recommend 10/10

Food is disguising!!!! is this even chicken? Last time I had taco I use to buy Xl burrito and it was delicious for $6.xx I would be full. This vile food that even pigs won’t eat was $12.00 NEVER AGAIN the quality of food is disgraceful and top of that was salty

The past five times I've bought the $7 box the chicken chalupa was all lettuce and tomato with two or three small pieces of chicken. Maybe you'd like another lawsuit. Seriously considering it.

This is ridiculous! I ordered a cravings box and this is what I'm given! Unacceptable! I love 2 blocks from this location and had numerous issues! Then main issues is management.... A bunch of kids running the place with zero work ethic and respect at all.

They make you speak to a robot that makes you repeat yourself multiple times. I would rather speak to a human. Never coming to this taco bell again

Bro. I was munching down on my dinner absolutely destroying my Taco and nacho fries when I get toward the bottom of my nacho cheese to find a huge black hair. Disgusting, ruined my dinner 😭 rip

Stood at the counter for a very long time waiting for someone to take my order. Finally a lady comes from the back eating something , completely ignores me grabs something from the cash register & then proceeds to go back to the back. She finally yelled for some one to come to the front to help me. The lady comes to the front and tells me I need to go order from a kiosk that was apparently on the other wall. Meanwhile I look around in the seating area and there are four employees in uniform sitting down eating food. None of them could bother to help either. The Nacho fries were cold and soggy as well. I would definitely not recommend this Taco Bell

Decent, food is nice but small servings, service is ok. Ambience is ok. Will probably come back but not as often

total lack of service, stood at counter for 5 minutes, nobody came to take order but employees saw me and ignored

It's a Taco Bell. They serve Taco Bell food and do their best with the location and size of crowd they get being in front of a University.

I've been to taco Bells all across the nation and this is quite possibly The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! They don't know how to make the burrito is correctly and they don't put Hardly anything in your Burritos! The chicken is always old and nasty. Please stay away from this place.It's absolutely disgusting every single time I go there

Do not visit this place, I seriously would like to warn everyone.I had the worst experience of my lifetime, this is the worst of worst Taco Bell in the US!

Its going to be about 2 weeks that I bought 3 beans burritos in the drive thru. I asked them that I wanted them with everything. They gave me a very bad burritos, they were all dry beans without cheese nor the sauce that goes inside the burrito. I ate one and had to throw away the other 2. Also last week I bought two burritos supreme and they were very small and thin. they don't make them right like it used to be. This is happening while I go to work at about 8:30pm during the week. I think they are not training well the new people or they don't care about the quality of the food.

I love Taco Bell, but not this location! I never had to wait 10 mins and 20 seconds for one Gordita and two burrito griller's! Yes I started counting after 7 mins.... The sad part is that this place only had 5 people eating and was not busy at all. I came in and ordered right away. They seem to put drive-thru top priority over dine-in. I will not come to this location again.

The customer service from the cashier was ok. The food was atrocious! I hope I don't get sick! The burrito supreme was small and the ingredients were sparse. When I showed the cashier, they offered to make a new one. When it came back, it was the same burrito just with the ingredients moved around. They didn't take my complaint seriously. The burrito was cold and left a kind of phlegm in my throat after I ate it. I really hope it's just from bad ingredients and not tampering. The taco that came with it had sparse ingredients but was way better than the cold burrito with old slimy lettuce! Overall, bad service and bad food! I am not coming back. I suggest no one comes here unless you want food poisoning and rude service.

In soft Taco there were pieces of bones in the ground beef. I will not visit this this Taco Bell again.
