My son's been ordering Chicken Quesadillas since he was 8. He ordered 4 today. We left with 4 Chicken Quesadillas, 2 Burritos and 2 Mexican Pizza's. "It was Football Sunday 😀" This Taco Bell is always kept clean.👍👍😊😊

I recently went to another Taco Bell excited as hell to relieve my childhood with the decades menu , only to be disappointed. This Taco Bell understood the assignment!!! Everything was awesome and pretty much nailed it. Not skimpy at all. I ordered other items and it was definitely, just as good and the quality you want when you go to Taco Bell. Employees were cool, polite and just awesome. This Taco Bell knows how to do Taco Bell right!!!

Had to go back to get the correct order and the guy with the dreads slapped his hand on the top of it breaking all of our tacos after we were so wrong to ask for the correct order. Plus they just sent me out with the same cold tacos because they were right. Just the burrito was wrong. So we got cold tacos simply because our order was wrong and we had to drive back there and then back again. Thanks, Taco Bell.

Went through the drive thru on 9/17/24. 3 of the items ordered were less than satisfactory. One of the Mexican pizzas was hastily made with tomatoes only in one side. The burrito supreme was cold because the ingredients were not warm before they were put in the tortilla. The fries were not fully cooked either. This definitely was not a good experience. Sent a review to taco Bell on 9/18/24 and never received a response so I'm leaving a review here. Maybe someone will care enough to respond now.

Really excited to check this place out. I’ve always seen the huge Taco Bell Las Vegas sign and wanted to know if there was anything special about this location. There was a cool photo op outside but that was it, no unique merch or unique decorations inside.

I live right by the Taco Bell. I’ve given them at least three chances. Today was enough. I will never be coming back here. Horribly managed place. The owner should be ashamed. He needs to consider new management. Third time I’ve had to go into the store to pick up my order because of was wrong

Now you can only order at the kiosk. If Taco Bell ain’t paying me, why am I working here? Employees are a bunch of screw ups playing around. Food took forever. I ain’t built for this kind of future dining experience. And these folks think putting a bathroom key on a huge utensil will stop someone from just taking the keys off the ring? I ordered on mobile and then picked it up in the drive through. The service was great, the cashier was fun and I appreciated his humor. :-) I would have given five stars, but instead of a Crunchwrap Supreme in my Cravings Box - I got a taco - a plain ole taco... not quite the same thing and I didn't want to go back to get it corrected. I love the sign, it's so Vegasy! The flowery bushes in the drive thru were pretty!

What!!!... you're giving Taco Bell four stars? Says the yelp review reader. Yes, I am. And its not because of the food. Simply put, I don't eat Taco Bell's food. This is solely for their freezes, which is basically their version of a slushy. It comes in four flavors and is super refreshing. Especially on a hot summer day like today. They're around four dollars but you can get them for significantly less during happy hour. Out of mild sauce. No big deal. Went up to the counter and asked for some and she said she was out. I pointed at a bin full of mild sauce. She said they were low and that was only for delivery orders. I come here every week. Not any more. Maybe consider closing your dining room since those customers are regarded as less important. 3 min later: It gets better. Customers after me are being given mild sauce.

This location is very understaffed in the evening. Stopped by on a Monday evening around 6:30 pm and had to wait for my mobile order that I had placed 15 minutes prior. Order was correct, however, there was virtually no meat in my taco. Amazing that this place can't get better workers. Used to be okay before but has gone down significantly.

The only nearest Taco Bell to work. I've been coming once in a while, and every order there's always an item missing in drive thru.. yall should be counting how many items before giving it to the customer. I swear yall are lazy.. act straight for once.

took 5 minutes for the workers to help me. than they said their computer wasn't working so they couldn't take my order. dont bother coming to this place.

People here are incompetent. I CLEARLY asked for the new Cheese It Crunchwrap supreme and they gave me the regular one. By the time I noticed I was already home with my food. This is bs. If they are unsure they should confirm and ask if that's what I ordered.

Worker was very unprofessional and used profanity when we asked for sauce because it was not provided. She then proceeded to threaten us with violence. "'Meet me outside"

We always eaten at Taco Bell, but it's not like it used to be ..We wanted to wash our hands the young man told us both of the restrooms are out of order.. I can see the kitchen floor so filthy there was food all over the place. We will never go back again.

Craved some Taco Bell for lunch today. Saw a line in the drive-thru and decided to walk inside. Small dining area. Kiosks to place your order. Registers available, but no one manning them. Placed my order and opted to pay cash. Kiosk stated to 'proceed to the counter to pay'. I did. No one acknowledged me or looked to see if I needed anything. After standing there at the counter for a few minutes making eye contact with several employees, I eventually took a step back and figured I would pay when my name was called. Once everyone else had been served their orders, THEN an employee asked if they could help me. This is after about 7-8 minutes after placing the order. When I provided the money for my order, they didn't even use the registers at the counter, they used the drive-thru register. When the order did come out, it was wrong and needed it to be fixed. Nothing major, but still. Poor showing on quality service.

I am not one for giving negative reviews ever. After a concert we were hungry for fast food. Stopped here on the way home and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Ordered a Mexican pizza, soft taco supreme and beef chulapas. Everything was in the bag, staff super friendly and drive thru was fast. The disappointment came when we got home and went to eat. The beef chulapas, we're chicken. No big deal. But when I opened my soft taco it had a small teaspoon of meat and not supreme. The Mexican pizza had an even smaller scoop of meat on one side of the pizza. I called the manager and they seemed to care less. I went back received replacement items. The soft taco had no tomatoes and the Mexican pizza this time was only beans. I know it's fast food, but still very disappointing when you're expecting something that's sold and receive way more than less. Like I said I try to see the best in places, but when the place you move is doing this to customers, it's just not right.

Again, customer service was lousy. Was told upon entering that orders only accepted from kiosks... for people like me I have a questions about new items so my family and I were standing at the register and NOBODY helped us. So we just ordered whatever we could from kiosks because kids were already hungry! What a frustrating situation because it just poor customer service that could've prevented this review. Management need to train the new "YOUNG" team members about customers come first and service is very important. What a shame.

Breathe a little better knowing that tacos are available and delicious. It's fairly consistent to find that most of these restaurants are 24 hour; 7 days a week; 365 year round. Knowledge is incredibly powerful, now you know how to taco on a frequent basis. Mexican food is a meal that's always in the back of ones mind, and everyone is up to eating anytime. Shall we make a run for the border. This newest concept is lovely store located across from the South Outlets Premium Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. This Taco Bell is behind the 7-11 on Warm Springs; with a beautiful neon sign that illuminates your way to taco. Follow the blinking blinking shiny lights to fast, friendly, and fantastic food. After dinner is all said and done, it's that time after dinner and before sixish that we crave something extraordinary. Taco Bell calls this cravings time the "fourth meal." As I sit here from the drive thru I await my nacho bell grande with extra cheese and extra sour cream. The wait times this time of the morning are nonexistent. At least at this location. One cannot go to sleep with the munchies, thanks for always being considerate of my feelings for needing to eat this early in the morning Taco Bell. When you get that crazy craving nothing will shake that feeling until that thirst is quenched. No matter if it's tacos, coke, a cigarette, beer, other fill in the blank. Taco Bell is open all these special times and days; but is the whole menu is available all hours of the day. Unless it's breakfast, which is not available all day. All those other other needs and cravings can be met consistently at 2 pm or 4 am. You decide when you need that Taco Bell pick up. Need to express to the world just how sick Taco Bell is; here's how Are you looking to gain points on that social media points? Perhaps, tell the world where to eat. Come, snap a pic and hash tag it to Taco Bell LV. While I was dining at this location with the twins the supervisor came up to me and personally thanked me for eating here. I was wondering if I was at a fast food joint, or a four star dining type of place. The neon sign remember blinks Taco Bell. The staff here actually cares what I think about my food purchase. Tremendously amazing. After your experience here or any others Bell let the management know what your dining experience was like. Taco Bell and healthy! Oh know you did not! Don't mess with my favorite restaurant? Don't go try and making me healthier! Wait, I'm not . Taco Bell is changing with the times of gluten free this, and healthy this. One of my visits to Taco Bell, I tried the new power bowl which is comprised of black beans, steak if you want it, rice, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, and cheese. It's actually really good. This power bowl can be wrapped in a burrito too, but the bowl is so much more vivid. Color is a nice touch. The burrito is just a burrito; wrapped as a power hook. The bowl is so enticing looking with color and such variation. If I were you go with the bowl, ask for extra guacamole and extra pico. Make a run for the border whether it be for breakfast, lunch, or the fourth meal. This local is not the tourist destination that an individual might consider. The hook and hashtag that they are trying to grab helps the company and you. The prices are regular priced, and not strip tourist rates. A taco here is $2.00 with some change back; where is on the strip it's $4.00 with change owed. Come and check out the small differences that Taco Bell has created by presenting that old school Vegas feel with the neon, with new and innovative stylish class. Not sure why other reviews knock this Taco Bell. Hardly ever a line and the service is typically fast and accurate. Not gourmet food but for a fast food outlet this one is well run and dependable.

Run to the bell now!!! With enough business the store will be open 24 hours!! Do it, do it, do it!!! Nestled between Home Plate and Boot Barn off Las Vegas Blvd and Warm Springs, look for the Vegas-y welcome to Taco Bell-ish sign! Employees are a delight!!! Since the store is so new (it doesn't show up on Google yet), the employees really welcome customers!! And if you get a to go order, who knows, your bag may have the cheesiest but cutest message on it!!!

The employee wrapping the signs with holiday paper was quick to inform us we must order to get the key for the restroom. No problem, we went to the counter where we were seen by an employee. He looked at us and continued what he was doing. We went back to the employee wrapping the signs in front of the restrooms, where she confirmed that the only way to place an order is using the self-serve screen. We have no issue using a self-serve screen, but we have an issue with non-existent customer service. Part of the cost of eating at a restaurant, even Taco Bell, is positive customer service and communication.

Clown service 0.5 or less rating if possible. no one here looks like they want to work. Give 0 attention to the customers. Sends you straight to kiosk to place an order with no help on how to handle. Was told there was no bathroom even to paid customers when there is clear a bathroom and a key. Very poor service.

This has to be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, the food was made to perfection, and the dining area is kept immaculately clean. I wish this was the Taco Bell near my house in California. Kudos to the staff working at 5:02pm on 10/9/2022!!!!

At the store while waiting for my order, I noticed that the night crew here works well together. Courteous to a customers and to each other. Good job guys! Ty.

Alright, I love taco bell for a quick fast food. & Normally I would not comment on service due, to it normally never being the best. But last night, I was driving my under the influence fiancé home at 1am from a night out with our friends, so naturally, late night taco bell was on his mind. Not expecting anything out of the ordinary... the man working the drive thru, Diego had such great customer service and a great vibe about him. Even talking to him through a box had us chucking a little, but pulling up to the window... we were cracking up! He was very friendly & made jokes & made it seem like he was just enjoying his shift. Even our food was pretty good & made well, so props to the late night kitchen staff as well. Give the man a raise, because he makes us want to go back to that location, which is 15 minutes from our house. I have one 5 minutes away that is so rude & don't care if they get your order wrong so I refuse to go back to the location close by.

Frustrating when you work a long day... pull up to a place you really don't want to even eat at just to get a quick bite... for them to tell you that they are closing early simply because they don't want to work. Pretty sure Taco Bell gave there bum employees a raise recently too. Mind blowing. Ended up going to in and out down the street.

No stars. Busy location by the I-15 freeway, they closed the drive thru and dine in at 7 pm tonight, a Saturday night. A sign was posted on the front door. Unbelievable.

-starssss everything terrible!! got hung up on 10 times ! door-dash driver went back for the correct order , and still returned with more missing items , no substitutions accommodated . finally got through to the restaurant and was told everything is correct. food terrible , requested steak nothing was correct !! everyone should be fired , will be there tomorrow!

I come here a little more then I'd like to admit haha, I've never been to such a nice and friendly fast food place. The employees are always super nice and fast. I've never had them mess up my order. There is usually only a small line when I'm there. 10/10 this specific location is amazing :)

Staff consistently gets order wrong and fails to let you know when they are out of something until AFTER you have paid. Every time I go to this location my order is either wrong or missing items. I asked the manager to give me my money back for the most recent item they missed. Her solution was to "write my name on the board" so they can just give it to me later. This is a severely inadequate solution. And she was rude about the entire interaction and acted like it was my fault they screwed up.

I went to order food and I was in the drive thru I saw an employee through the window digging in his ass and scratching it so I ended up not ordering that was so disgusting to see.

I recently came over to the Boot Barn to do some shopping and came across this brand new Taco Bell. Decided to come here and grab some quick bites. Enjoyed some new items on the menu and really enjoyed the cleanliness of this location along with some of the new additions to the menu. They also offer a small Order Here kiosk Very cool

This location has the absolute worst service. I realize everyone goes to lunch at 12pm so I dont mind the line, but when I wait and its still totally crappy, its just not worth it. The first bad experience, I had to go in because there were 10+ cars in the drivethru and zero movement. Go inside, theres a random kiosk to order on.. cant tell if I have to use it or its optional so I use it and join the other confused people in the lobby. 15 minutes later, an employee asks me what they can do for me and says they never got my order (for two plain tacos). I get back in my car with my order, and its a taco and a burrito. I go back today, give my order and ask for lots of extra hot sauce. When I clarified hot sauce (and not sour cream which is what popped up on the screen), the girl said yeah well I didnt know what you were talking about thats what Im trying to figure out, what do you want?... okay great. After all of that, not a single sauce packet, not an ounce of customer service. It's terrifying to think this is usually a first job and learning experience for young teens and they arent even being trained or coached. It's also just not worth it. Del Taco is less than a mile away from this location and has GREAT service every time.

It only takes one bad experience to ruin a restaurant for you. Not the chain entirely most times. Usually just a certain location. Anyone that knows me, knows I use lots of hot sauce. Lots 3 to 4 packets per item. So during this pandemic I realize they have limited supply. So I get it. I just say, give me as much as you can, it's cool. Guy at the window says he gave me 10. Cool! Thanks. Get home. There is zero in the bag! Zero for 3 burritos and 4 tacos. Two other instance.... asked for 8 hot... received 3 hot & 3 mild. Asked for 6 hot... received 4 hot. Counting seems to be a huge issue for these employees. I hope someone isn't considering giving them $15/hr. That wouldn't be money well spent.

Is there a sauce shortage here? I can't remember the last time I actually got sauce with my order. They even ask "what kind of sauce?" and then no sauce. No cutlery for items that need spoons or forks either. I think I'm just going here now as an experiment, to see how many orders in a row before I actually get the correct order, with sauce.

No meat in any of my stuff! Friendly staff but it sucks that they don't put what's required in their meals. Y'all don't out enough as it is but when your put less it's all tortilla! It seemed like a vegan meal. Please fix this asap.

Black bean crunch wrap.. Normally when I order food its amazing... but You can taste the burnt tortilla missing the nacho cheese has a weird green sauce doesn't taste good like how it normally does pretty disappointed lol literally looks like someone took a shit in my wrap

Okay, SLOW service waited 10 minutes for 1 Crunchwrap supreme??!! And just a heads up if you get 1 item expect 1 napkin and 1 sauce LOL I'm a sauce boss. I need more than 1 sauce and napkin.

Kaitlyn working in the drive thru was completely rude and dismissive. It doesn't seem hard to serve food thru the drive thru but bus Kaitlyn was able to make my experience very poor... how about you do your job with a smile rather than being than being rude.

Been here several times staff is always nice but man do I feel I got cheated on my bean and cheese burrito.

I mainly go to this location because of the super cute tatted teddy bear who works there. But as it were, their food happens to always be hot and fresh, and accurate as well. It's clean, they are efficient, and provide me with mouth and eye candy. No complaints.

Screwed up the order. Left things out. Forgot to add things we ordered. Plus the delivery was suppose to be 7:30 and it ended up being more like 8:15. We had starving little kids screaming they were hungry. What a nightmare. My son ended up driving over there to get the stuff they left off and remake something they made wrong. Normally I'm happy with my taco bell but this one was awful.

I normally like it at this location, the workers are very friendly & have great customer service! HOWEVER, the way the food is prepared sometimes is another story. I paid $$ for a Chicken Chalupa & what I got back was upsetting. Just the taco shell, five or so pieces of chicken and a LOAD of lettuce and cheese. Like really? I think it was prepared in a hurry, lol which is understandable as it's a fast food restaurant but still. Where are the tomatoes, too? And just a dime sized amount of sour cream? What the heck!

First time coming to this location, and Ira was very freaking nice from the moment she took my order. I had a bad day at work and she made it better with her great attitude. It took a little time to get my order, only because there were 5 cars ahead of me, and Ira acknowledged it professionally and politely.

Tried to stop in on a Thursday at midnight and that was already closed even though it should've open till 1 AM

I give this one star because the " manneger" was so rude and disrespectful, he gave me saucess that we're smuuthered in rat shit and old soda pop and told me this isn't a health code violation! He had attitude with me ! They ruined 3 ordered ....eventually he gave me my refund but was so disrespectful such bad customer service ! I work for hospitality in casinos this is unacceptable! DONT COME BACK they have rat poop smeared on the hot sauces!

Went and got lunch here and in eating my burrito I found a piece of plastic in my food. Tried to call the store and all you get is the fax machine

A blind circus monkey with one are could provide faster service and better customer care than this place. I waited over 15 minutes to be told that I still had 3 orders in front of me and they are understaffed. They made their problem my problem and there is no way I should ever have to wait for as long as I would at a 5 star restaurant for Taco Bell. Utterly ridiculous. And these people want $15/hr? I will never be back to this location

Straight fire... best Taco Bell I've had. The flavor. The service. 10/10 Never want to go to any other Taco Bell after having this location. It was on a whole other level of taste that you can only comprehend by experiencing it yourself.
