Taco Bell / KFC

This is the worst KFC that's the truth. Cashier talked about her incorrect order and she still put it in the box,knew that we corrected her error,then we had to go back and go inside for correct order.She said "I had your order on the window" well I said, it's incorrect. Whenever I go to Sylvester, I encounter negative service at the KFC.Saturday,September 20,2025 around 1:00,this occured.The manager was nice ,her worker was clearly NASTY!!!!!

Worst KFC / Taco bell Services and unprofessional staff. No one has name tags. Lazy , arrogant manager, manager don't care about customers service. Employees or Manager doesn't know about what's Black beans or Refried beans . Very very racist manager. I hope kfc/tacobel have Racial Discrimination policy. We ordered Supreme chalupa with refried beans. Beans was extremely hard and cold. We went back ask another chalupa. All the Employees pretend like they don't know what we are talking about. Than here is manager comes, asking for receipt which they never gave us. Without even asking what we want something like we need other item or refund but arrogant manager throw money in Employee's hand and walked away. I asked Employees here name no one wants to tell us her name. Even none Employees had Name tags. Didn't even tell us her name. I guess we had no choice but leave . All this happened on 8/13/24 time 8.45pm . Just want a people to know what kind people working there.

Drive thru service was very slow. Asked for chipotle sauce on my crunchwrap, and they did not put it on there. The shell of my taco was so stale that it was inedible. Husbands fries were stale and cold. Will not be going there again.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue!!! Last week they were out of TORTILLAS. HOW is that possible at a taco restaurant?! Especially with a whole grocery store half a block away!! A couple weeks before that, they were out of CHICKEN! (This location is a Taco Bell/KFC Combo) HOW does a CHICKEN restaurant run out of CHICKEN!!?? A few days ago they gave me the wrong drink and a quesadilla that was shoved down into a small KFC bag and was all wadded up! When I walked back in they all had an attitude and laughed at me like I'M the one with a problem!! These young people that work there could Care less and have ZERO work ethic/customer service!! I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!

Every time my husband and I order here, we get the incorrect items. Third time is a charm, so I'm posting and rating. I'm a hungry pregnant woman in my eighth month, and I was craving supreme chicken chalupas so bad my hubby decided we would chance it again. We ordered the #6 supreme chicken chalupa meal off the menu, and what i recieved is regular taco meat, cheese, sour cream and tomato on both of the supreme chicken chalupas. BOTH of them. Where is the chicken? Where is the delectable crunchy lettuce?? I will eat it, but my craving has yet to be satisfied and I cried a LOT over this. I can promise we won't come here again. Save some time and go to the Dairy Queen in Sylvester. They are the best choice in my opinion and always get our orders correct!!

Never ended up ordering because the lady working the drive through was extremely rude & arrogant as we were trying to place our order. The car ahead of us pulled away & we wondered why, but if she acted the same way to them as she did to us we understand.

The food was good and hot. The service was very nice!!!

Ordered three tacos, first one that I ate had COLD beef, other two hard tacos has hot beef and when I asked about it they said it was the condiments that were added but all of them had the same condiments. Young people today do not care how the delivered food goes out of the kitchen...

Stopped by on our way through town... will never stop here again. The person taking the orders was completely clueless as to what we were ordering. I loudly repeated myself three times and she still did not know what I wanted. She was very unfriendly. Another family walked out while trying to order because she could not take their order. Maybe she wasn't properly trained, but I believe she just didn't care what i wanted. She should not be allowed to talk to customers if she is that incompetent. Whoever is in charge needs to seriously reevaluate their business.

They have terrible costumer service. They did not inform me when I went in that I had to wear a mask. So I stood there waiting for them to take my order, but they ignored me for five minutes. Then they finally spoke to me and had an attitude telling me that they couldn't serve me without a mask on so I walked out to the car to get the mask, but the thing I didn't understand is that the lady didn't have her mask on properly the whole time as she fixed my food. And then they didn't even give us forks with our food.

The people are generally nice and the food is as per normal for any of the KFC or taco bell fast food places. The few times they have messed up the order they were quick to recognize and fix it, but for the most part it's on point. One huge downside is that they tend to close pretty early, sometimes even for Sylvester. Although I admit, I'm far too used to taco bells that stay open really late so I'm pretty biased in that area. I just want me 2 am tacos!!! :'(
