I’ve never been to this store in person, but I’ve ordered DoorDash from them twice now and they never give sauce or napkins. But don’t worry, they added an extra shell on a hard taco to make it nice and dry since they won’t give any sauce. They should not be allowed to deliver, 0/10 do not recommend

Edit: ok, this location is the only one near me. Most recent order, NOT A SINGLE ITEM WAS CORRECT. They are costing this location a fortune in wrong delivery orders. OK, I understand when you use a delivery service it can vary. But dang y'all. It's been consistently bad for 4 orders in a row. Missing HALF or more of the items paid for and NO SAUCE even when we request dozens for multiple people. Do better. Ridiculous.

We ordered our food for dinner via DoorDash. We just traveled 4 hours to Savannah for a convention and wanted something quick. We ordered a Cantina bowl, Mexican Pizza combo, and a Strawberry Freeze. We received our food. Our delivery person told us that the employees were very rude and that they gave her a melted Freeze. We didn’t receive our Mexican Pizza. And none of the extra toppings that we paid to be added to our cantina bowl were even on the bowl. Some of the basic ingredients like cheese weren’t even in the bowl. Worst Taco Bell experience at have ever had. I do not recommend this location at all.

Sadly, a very rude staff who forgot numerous items in my order and then insisted they made them.. while I'm standing in front of them with the bag I just picked up off the shelf. Seven people behind the counter, most of them working hard to assemble food but not all, and yet I stood there unacknowledged for way too long. After they made my missing items and handed me the bag, things were still missing. They acted very annoyed with me for wanting the food I paid for. A majority of the staff was just awful. Luckily the food is still Taco Bell!

Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure of mine and it was so delicious. Love the nacho fries, five layer burrito, soft tacos, and doritos tacos. The staff was full and busy but they are so backed up with orders maybe they need more help?

It’s just not worth it. Every time we come something is missing. Going through the drive-through or even going inside something gets screwed up. The folks there are in different to be kind. It’s so frustrating. It’s the Taco Bell near my house: it is something that my kids love; it is very convenient to order on the app; but it is just. not. worth. it. I have been stuck in the drive-through for over 30 minutes at points because they have a curb that you can’t jump over. I have left there with food that was badly prepared and often times missing. I keep convincing myself to give them one more chance and I keep being disappointed. Never again!

Ordered a #4 combo in the drive thru. Got home and discovered the Crunch Wrap Supreme had almost a tea spoon of meat all at one end. This is my third and final time going to this Taco Bell. It's garbage from the root up. I knew something was up when the guy handed me my food laughing.

By far the worst Taco Bell we’ve ever ordered from. Door dashed 3 separate times, burnt quesadilla and food quality absolutely horrid. When I called in, I was told if I want good quality I need to come in and order. So I did. Another burnt quesadilla, and terrible customer service. It’s the only one within 30 minutes of us and it sucks they don’t care and or fix any issues addressed.

Service and accuracy of order are hit and miss at this location. If you like a 50/50 chance of getting all of the items in your order, then this is your fast food spot.

Came to this taco bell because the other was out of the cheez it menu. They made up half our order. We received none of the items in question or the sauce packets from them. Absolute worst service ever food was cold horrible made, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

The Mexican pizza stole my heart first bite decades ago, But it isn't the same as it used to be or maybe I'm not the same (I real deal think it's me though). The order took awhile to get a driver and my only request is always to have them make my drink when they arrive. My driver assured me that they made it "right in front of her" but unless she drank half that was clearly a lie. They forgot two of my tacos as well but at least the pizza was present I guess. We all know that Taco Bell is drunk food, maybe next time I'll have to be tipsy to get a good experience.

The employees are always on some BS and have either the main store closed or it's mobile orders only and ALWAYS have an attitude. This location genuinely sucks.

Never actually take order unless it's doordash after 9pm. Never get my order right either but you would think for a company that stays open til 1am you would actually want my business I'm hangry now

I've gone to this specific Taco Bell twice since moving here, embarrassing I know.. but I love the bell! I like to go somewhere two times (if I have a poor experience) just to double check I was right because people have off days. So with certainty I can tell you two things that are bound to happen upon visiting this location. The first thing would be unfriendly staff. I like to do mobile orders before hand so I don't have to figure out what I want in the drive thru. The first time I came around, I told the little drive thru machine I placed an online order. When I pulled up to the window a gal opened it, saw my face, and just stared. After a few moments of awkwardness she proceeded to close the window but didn't speak one word to me. A few moments pass and the same gal opens the window hands me my food with almost a look of disgust on her face?! Again no words were exchanged. I'm pretty positive I had nothing written on my face and I did take a shower that day so I'm not sure why exactly that was my experience. The second time the attendant was definitely more vocal "would you like any sauces" but I wouldn't say friendly. The second thing to expect.. they put the bare minimum of food in each thing you order. I ordered cinnamon twists and my bag was half full. I ordered a bean burrito, again, maybe half the amount of usual beans were inside. Just very sparse on the ingredients they choose to utilize. Overall I'm going to guarantee that I will not be going back to this location even in a Taco Bell crunch both experiences were just weird and made me feel uncomfortable. I don't think that's what anyone wants. There are so many other fast food chains nearby that it's not even really a loss to not go to this location.

Ugh... I swear it is infuriating how inept the idiots are at this store. I've gotten other people's orders, they've tried to charge me twice for food already paid for on their app, they have NEVER gotten an order correct when I actually get my order instead of someone else's, and the food is always cold and slapped together like a blind person made it. The employee are always high as fuck, with the dirt weed smell drafting out of the drive through window. DO NOT GO HERE.

This Taco Bell has the rudest staff. The drive thru line is extremely slow, and they take forever to come to the microphone. My orders are consistently wrong, either something was incorrect or was missing. It's just not worth it.

Are you guys just stupid? Can you not read a ticket or screen? Every damn time I order here you mess up everything. No lettuce means NO Lettuce no onion means no onion. Do this everytime and after you pick off what you didn't want barely anything left.

These people at this location are sloppy. They listen but they don't hear what you are saying. They have a $7 Box and on the TV. It says that you can mix it up how you want to for $10. I should be able to mix the Box up like I want to but I was told no I couldn't yesterday. I waited to go to the emergency room till they opened so I could get something to eat when I pulled around somebody. Was in the drive-through and said that I could not order breakfast until 10 o'clock. She's lazy she sounded like she was sleeping and she needs to get on the good foot whoever that was. Yesterday would have been. June 12th 2023. If you're traveling and you want some breakfast do not go to this location. Then I went to the location on mall boulevard which was open. However the food was not hot so I called them and after I went to the emergency room. I returned back to them and they fixed me. A very good California rap. I was very satisfied.

Ok, I must admit. Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure. Bring me a cheesey gordita crunch any day of the week and you'll be my best friend :) Of course it's not the nicest of the fast foods, but Taco Bell comes in clutch when you're craving a greasy cheesey taco! Taco Bell always has some funky fun specials to try. I'm a sucker for these, and on my last visit I tried the nacho fries. They're essentially just fries with a cajun taco seasoning and a side of nacho cheese sauce, but YALL- they totally hit the spot. This location is usually pretty busy, but the line goes quickly. I will go inside if the line is too long. I've always had friendly service and love that they give you so much of that hot sauce on the side! Yum!

This location is insanely fast! We literally got our food in record time. We ordered late and they provided exceptional service and we loved our fresh food. I will definitely come back again! Just kidding....we are still in line 46 minutes later .

I literally don't understand how a location can be out of Mexican pizzas for nearly 3 weeks straight.. absolutely unbelievable. Waited years for these to come back just for my location to never have them you cannot tell me you don't have the ingredients to make them or haven't had a truck come in. Straight laziness.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to in my entire breathing life. Customer service is out the window. Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, gas, and hard earned money here. Be blessed.

Fantastic staff and crew. Helped make my procedure go as smooth as possible. Assistants aided me during recovery and team lead made sure i was comfortable the whole time. Overall great medical office.

this is the worst fucking place in the world. LMK how you're able to make cold tacos with frozen lettuce and slimy pico I want my fucking money back how hard is it to put three ingredients in a god damn tortilla. this food looks like it's been dug out of the trash and wrapped up in a tortilla fuck this place it should.be closed down and replaced with an industrial size dumpster

Drove 20 minutes from Wilmington Island just so I could get dinner because nothing is open and I order a crunch wrap and drive all the way home excited to eat it and they forgot the freaking crunch part of the freaking thing. How do you forget the crunch part of a crunch wrap???????

There is always an issue when I go to this Taco Bell this time my food is cold and I didn't get a straw for my soda. Last time I ordered the guava Freezy and they filled it halfway on a large. The time before that they forgot a few items in my bag. I only go to Taco Bell whenever I don't have food at my house and I don't have time to go to the store, but it's just ridiculous how much they miss. Honestly might just go to the Taco Bell across town instead of just going to this one and always missing some thing or somethings always cold or not cooked right. The last time I mentioned hey can you make sure that my freeze is all the way full The employee in the window decided to be petty and fill it halfway again. I used to be an assistant manager at a fast food restaurant and I know this is not how the service is supposed to be.

AGAIN. What the heck is wrong with this restaurant?? I ordered a burrito SUPREME. Got this. This tiny roll up thing with mystery meat and a little rice. I don't understand. The idiots that work here are too high to do their job. Apparently, this is ok with corporate.

Horrible customer service. Girl gave us so much attitude when asking for my drink that was sitting right next to her that I paid for. We asked politely for it and thank her as she gave us attitude, jolted her head at us and hardly closed the window on us. When I asked for a side of nacho cheese (which I've always gotten at an extra charge) she told me they don't do that and it was too late to add anything even before paying.... Very disappointed with the way we were treated tonight.

These people are shit... and not "the shit" just plain and simple shit... I'm a Uber driver and was in the line during the time rolling over to 9pm. Apparently they changed hours, but non the less, these orders where placed and I was waiting in the line. The 2 orders I was picking up for didn't get delivered bc the employee refused to make them and said their closed and the drive through line having 5 people plus me... Pathetic customer service. This isn't the first time they have been shit, but it's the last time they will be shit to me. Take an extra 10 mins and go to the Taco Bell near Chatham Parkway...also do not order from Mall Blvd bc they will pull the race card over $1 tacos...

Waited 20 minutes in line for lady to take 2 minutes to tell me "we only have cheese soft tacos and hard tacos" and was extremely rude af about the whole situation. Like why would you even keep the store open if that's all you had and then don't be rude about it just because you lacked common sense to explain the situation properly to begin with you ignorant fuck.

Been in line for 45 minutes. Out of mild hot and fire sauce. Ordered simple things like a cheesy Gordita crunch, a soft taco and bean burrito. The lady said we out of all that. Pick something else. Super rude. Finally got my food and not one thing in my bag was correct. Never again will I support this Taco Bell! Literally waited for 45 mins and $9 later not one item I ordered was correct.

Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but that's how it is at most Taco Bell's. But my god is the service extra terrible at this Taco Bell. First of all, if you're going to order through drive-through (especially during peak lunch or dinner hours) then I hope you're listening to a podcast or a good album because you'll be waiting, and waiting A LONG WHILE. This isn't just the normal fast food line that feels longer because you're hungry and because we're all spoiled by the Chic Fil A service. This is a pathetically long drive-through line, and I've been stuck in it for up to 45 minutes-1 hour on occasion. And I've seen the inside of the place; they've got enough employees to fix these issues they just choose not to. Speaking of the employees, they suck. I was in there one time with my roommate and we decided to walk inside (masks on of course) and order and they couldn't handle the 5 or so other indoor orders and the drive-through. They got everyone's order confused and couldn't remember the names that were associated with the orders so they got mixed up. And they also don't want to talk to you even when they should. For example, I ordered a pretty big order for my friends and me the other night. Now it was REALLY late, but this location closes at 4 am and it's a college town, so the fact that they can't handle the orders of college kids is so annoying. Anyway, I order this huge order for everyone that cost me around $40, and my friends did pay me back for their food, but when we got to TB, they told us that they couldn't make half of the food we ordered and that they only had hard or soft tacos left. Granted, some of this is the app's fault for not telling me these items weren't available. I completely understand a fast food restaurant being out of something, especially that late, but it would've been nice if someone had told me before I got to the store so I could have canceled my order sooner. Speaking of the order, THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER UNDER MY NAME! A giant $40 order just lost? That's inexcusable! So I had to cancel the online order and we had to order the food again, and keep in mind we only got about 25% of what we wanted since no one told us they were out of burritos, crunch wraps, and nacho fries. So my friends and I get three 3-taco and a drink combo packs, and my other friend just ordered a single taco; 10 tacos in total right? Guess how many made it home, 9! Yep. They really forgot a taco after all of that. And what's worse is that my friend had already eaten one of the tacos, so I had to eat two tacos while my friends got three each, EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT, and I've still got a nearly $40 charge on my card that hasn't cleared yet and might not for another week. So I'm out $40 for this week. THAT WAS MONEY I NEEDED SINCE IM A BROKE ART STUDENT! The way that this Taco Bell treats its customers is completely and totally unacceptable, and honestly I should drive there and demand my $40 back in cash for what I was put through, but, unlike the employees at the TB, I'm a student and have a life and am busy. Speaking of the employees, did I mention they suck? They have the worst attitudes if you tell them they've messed up, which they often do so that's a big problem. What sucks is that they'll always have a crowd since they're right by target and only about 10-15 minutes from some of the dorms and from my apartment specifically. It's in a really convenient spot for many people, but if their service doesn't change and change soon then they need a complete overhaul and some better management. I haven't really been to any other tacos bells in the Savannah area since this one is the closest to me. Please reply to this and lmk if any of them are worth the trip out there and have better service and employees than this one, which isn't exactly a hard accomplishment but still.

I work for doordash, and every time I receive an order from that place, I always decline. In the past when I didn't know any better, I accepted the orders. Every time, the food the customer ordered was wrong or halfway served. Like a missing burrito or no drink. They barely cater to the people at the counter, and their employees curse with no hesitation like they're at home, complaining about their job. Not to mention, the line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building. Just go to another Taco Bell.

Hate to even give a star. I literally never post reviews but it's happened three times and I've tried to contact someone and never get a response(or money back). So tonight I pull in the drive through at around midnight after ordering through the mobile app. There's 3 cars still to order in front of me. An employee goes to take the trash out at 12:30am after one car has ordered and decides the restaurant is closed. I explained to him I ordered through the app and have already paid for my food(also been sitting for 30 mins), he shouts again at me 'we're closed' so I decide to ask what time they close, seems like a fair question, again he shouts we're closed. To be honest I'm just hangry at this point and it's 12:45am so nothing is really open but figured maybe if I post on here I'll get some sort of answer as to when they do close... that'd be really cool. Or my money back. This place is great during the day just some accurate hours posted would be nice.

Always hands us the wrong order or just flat out gets it wrong then we have to wait in line again- which on average takes 30 minutes every single time. We mobile order too. I've held off for months writing this review to give them a fair chance but it happens literally every time we go.

This is the 3rd time in a row I didn't get the sauce I ordered. This time I asked when they handed it to me "can I get some mild sauce" and this lady made eye contact with me and said "the sauce is in the bag". It wasn't. I'm so done with them, this is literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of Taco Bells

I like Taco Bell as much as the next person but this place is so incredibly slow and poorly managed that I honestly think they should be closed down unless they can get new management. You will seriously waste your entire lunch hour in line just to have your order completed wrong. I've probably been to 100s of locations in my life and this is hands down the worst I've experienced.

if i could do a 0 i would. they spit in taco, and the cashier was VERY rude. They asked for me to buy a lot of stuff. the staff were cussing in the back and my son billy and i listened to it all. I may the sue the company if this keeps up. DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL! Also billy was on the toilet for hours because he ate a bean burrito and a crunchwrap supreme.

Ordered Nacho Fries, a chicken quesadilla combo, and the Beefy Fritos burrito. The drive thru was quick, the food came out hot, and it was overall one of the best Taco Bell experiences I've had.

OK, its taco bell....now it aint Mexican food but it was close and we were hungry.. I figured that since, as I remember it, taco bell got caught putting so little beef in their beef mix the government told them they couldn't call it beef...that if I ordered a bunch if food I'd get lots of beef... NOT!!!! Maybe because I was using a half price app on my phone to order the food while sitting in the restaurant they decided they'd put half of the beef in each of my so called xxl steak burritos... REALLY!!!!! What I got was soggy wraps with lots of rice, beans, and avocado.....OK, folks... WHERE'S THE BEEF!!!! The two of us are sure that taco bells will not earn ANY of our business in the future Going here, looking back at it, was a mistake we won't likely make again

Whoever was working tonight needs a raise!! It was only two guys in there and they killed it! Food was right on point even with all the modifications! Thanks guys

If I could I would give -30000000 stars. I've made online order because I didn't want to wait in line for so long. i arrives taco bell and see quite long lines and I waited. About more than 30 minutes of waiting my turn came and I told cashier that I made online order. He said he can't find anything. He said his screen is frozen and told me to cancel the order. I've waited like 30min for nothing.

Taco Bell breakfast is supposed to end at 11 and I'm salty that I get here at 10:30 and it's over.

Not so fast Food. Be prepared to wait. Line of cars usually wrapping around building...either the food is really good or service is slow. It's Taco Bell. You make the call

Ok I've been to Taco Bell so many times and I was so let down by this experience. I looooooove tb and I cannot believe the hassle of ordering, receiving change and overall interaction. The staff was so rude, didn't have change, gave me the wrong order and threw sauce and straws at me

They ALWAYS get the order wrong and I always have to come back to fix it. Most of the time they are rude about it but the manager who recently fixed our problem was very nice.

I'm sure you're wondering why I'm giving a Taco Bell 5 stars. Well I base my review of this Taco Bell compared to others I've been to. I went at 2:40am Sunday night, actually Monday morning. Pleasantly surprised to see the drive through open until 3am. The line moved very quickly, especially for the hour. I see other reviews complained about the length of time to be served. Not an issue this am ladies and gentlemen! The cashier was friendly, even though I'm sure she was ready to leave for the night. I work night shift so this time is normal for me to be awake. Most people, not so much. The topper to earn the 5 star rating, my Taco supreme shell was crispy and fresh, as was my lettuce etc. I've been to a lot of restaurants in this chain, a crispy, fresh taco shell doesn't occur very often. The mini chicken quesadilla also delicious. So if you're starving after watching a Jeffree Starr video, hit them up! Delicious!

I usually give this Taco Bell high ratings because of their location and quickness. Not yesterday. I got there at about 2:30 pm for a late lunch. I waited about 3 minutes to order my lunch, waiting on a small white car ahead of me. 20 minutes later (after noticing two people get their orders from the counter), I had not advanced a bit. Finally, the white car moved on without any order. Were they just visiting? By then, there were about 6 cars behind me. I finally gave up and parked my car and went inside. There was one woman at the counter, one in back doing prep, and one at the window. There were also four people waiting at the counter. They were all casual and seemed to not care about. I told the young lady at the counter that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my order. She looked at me blankly and said "we only have us here to work the window and the counter". Not my problem. The staff was unconcerned, uncaring, and barely able to understand that yheur customer was not by happy. Sloppy work. KFC next time.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. I wouldn't give it a lower score just because it's pink slime ridden fast food since I feel like anyone who goes there knows what they're getting. The issue with the Skidaway Rd location is that they take too damn long. I can easily justify polluting my body with 5 tacos for 5 dollars at 3 in the morning but I can't justify idling my car for 40 minutes to do it. I don't think anyone has ever made it through the drive through here in less then 15 minutes. If you're going to wait that long, you might as well just go to Chik-Fil-A across the street and not have to suffer the bout with depression afterwards anyway. Live Mas

Ordered food late night and the blonde girl at the window was very rude. She also didnt have a name tag on which saved her with this review but I hope shes miserable at the dead end job that is 1AM taco bell drive through.

Taco Bell has always been a good cheap place to get reasonably good tex-mex food. Today I was shocked to walk in and see their new pricing. Almost everything on the menu has increased to unreasonable prices. I used to frequently get their two chalupa combo that came to roughly $6.50. That same combo is now $9.19! Taco Bell has apparently forgotten who they are and who their audience is. I walked out today without buying anything and will not return unless the prices retreat back to reasonable levels. Taco Bell is not Chipotle and can't expect to survive if they price their food as if they're equal.

I always make sure to bring a drink, my cigarettes, have my cellphone fully charged and a full tank of gas when I go thru the drive-thru. The wait is ALWAYS long... At least 15 minutes. Make sure you check your order before you pull off, too. They've screwed my order several times... Shorted me tacos or given me the wrong food.
