This place is amazing. Just proves that food quality in Queenstown comes in all shapes and sizes. Started off as a taco truck and now it’s a hole in the wall restaurant. The staff are friendly and happy to chat through the menu. Tacos were absolutely delicious. We had 3 tacos each. The prawn and fish were fresh, delicious and plentiful. The chicken was great also.

Google
The tacos here are so great that we came back again just two days later! The soft tacos are cut and prepared right in front of you, and the other ingredients are also fresh, and at $7 they are excellent value. Our favourites were the Bajaman (baja-style fried monk fish) which was just incredible and such fresh, tender monk fish, and the Koura (marinated prawns) was also tangy and succulent. We tried most of them including one from their veggie/vegan menu and they all were superb. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, and it was great watching them work from the indoor seating which looks over their work counter. For drinks, we enjoyed their range of natural organic sodas.

Google
Came here because it's $6 tacos on Tuesdays (normally $8 a taco). I got the pulled pork, prawns and pan seared fish tacos with a side of nacho chips. All were delicious and sauce of different spiciness levels are provided. Make sure to come early because they ran out of tortillas and a lot of people missed out. Apparently I got the last order which was very lucky. The staff are super friendly and made my experience even better.

Amazing tacos, great vegetarian and fish options. You can tell the tacos were well thought through and planned and really took into account culture. Would definitely recommend tourists and locals to drop by. Better then other Mexican/Latino places too.

Google
Really tasty tacos, we spent about $35 on 5 tacos. Good range of fillings and they are loaded so fill you up! The only thing to let it down is the actual tortilla of the taco - tastes cheap and floury. Nothing mexican about it, would much prefer corn or something more authentic.

Google
Easily the best tacos in Queenstown, probably the best in New Zealand. Great service and reasonable prices. I tried the fish, the prawn and the pork tacos. Each one was incredible, but the fish taco was a standout. Be mindful that the place is tiny and there is only enough indoor seating for about ten people (but there are some benches outside). Best to go outside if peak dining hour to get a seat inside.

Google
A hidden taco spot that you will want to keep a secret. Taco Medic is the perfect place to satisfy that mexican craving. Everything is made right in front of you on the hot plate. Service is as fresh and sharp as the food. The menu is completely gluten free and safe for coeliacs. Better yet it is top notch. The nacho chips with dip, Stockman Beef, and Kentuckyman Chicken stood out. Each dish pops in the mouth and was perfectly balanced. Why not enjoy a frozen margarita too? The space is brimming with energy. However if you have accessibility needs or prefer a chair it is tight. Better to place your order and then head outside or to the waterfront. Whether a quick snack, lunch, or a hangover cure - you won’t be disappointed with Taco Medic. _ _ _ * Critically Coeliac - reviews to die for * Whether a tasty treat or something more intimate, we are passionate about helping coeliacs find amazing restaurants. Google
Tucked behind The Grill and somewhat in the back alleyway of Queenstown, is this amazing place that served quite possibly the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had. Order four taco to try out a few options but my favourite was the Baja (fish) and the Prawn one. But all are super tasty so you can’t really go wrong. Their mango chilli sauce is a great condiment which I wish they sold in bottles!

Yelp
Taco Medic is in a densely populated restaurant tourist area so it's hard to notice among everything else. But, we were feeling tacos for dinner and it popped up as the first suggestion on Google Maps. Walking up to the stall, it was packed full of patrons eating outside, so a good sign. We got four tacos and I've detailed my thoughts below: The Bushman: there was a massive amount of pork belly and the sweet onion reduction which was good, but the huge amount led to mush when I picked up the taco. The integrity of the tortilla was hugely compromised by the toppings, so I wished there was a double tortilla situation. The Stockman: one of my favorites with the green hot sauce they have made from tomatillos and jalapeños. The chipotle créme fraiche were just three big circles on the taco, but it ended up being incredible to cut the richness from the brisket. The Fisherman: first bite and it was way salty and acidic, but I persevered through to a second, which was better. I thought that the fish itself was good, but the balance from the toppings was lacking. The Ken Tuckymwan: my absolute favorite. The freshness from the mango chunks cut through the richness from the fried chicken and that chipotle mayo. I really enjoyed this with the hot sauces they offered. Overall, the integrity of the tacos were really poor as the tortilla almost disintegrated after the second bite. But, the tacos pack a punch of flavor that makes the mess worth it.

Yelp
The Adoboman taco was the best thing I ate in my entire vacation in New Zealand. Make sure to sample their salsas. My favorite was the jalapeno tomatillo. While I did find some other tacos to be hit or miss, I'm giving it 5 stars b/c the Adoboman alone is sublime.

Yelp
We were trying to find an early lunch that wasn't too filling and so Taco Medic popped up while looking for a spot on TripAdvisor (I know I know, blasphemy, but when Yelp isn't as prevalent, you kind of have to use your resources and THEN add it to Yelp!). L O C A T I O N Funny enough the Taco Medic spots on Yelp were incorrectly located (as well as on Google) and the folks there said it was an old food truck or just incorrect in general and they can't remove it or update. It's located on this inside road called Searle. It's not accessible by road so you need to walk there. M E N U The taco menu is fairly short and sweet. They have both grilled and deep fried fish, chicken, pork, steak, etc. tacos. We ended up having the pork belly and deep fried fish. The pork belly (like many pork belly we had in New Zealand) was a disappointment. Too much meat, not enough fat and should be grilled more to a crisp. The fish wasn't bad. They're both fairly the same size of tacos that we get here in California and nothing special to be honest even though the folks there said that it's not any taco we've ever had...and well there's plenty of these fusiony tacos here. The sauces on the table were fairly spicy for me esp. the mango. O V E R A L L The service was great and friendly. The seats inside were not many but they have tables outside after noon but no one was there the Saturday we left at 11am. The food was okay and priced decently as everything else in New Zealand is fairly pricey. Would go back? Sure if we wanted more of a snack, but I would not get the pork belly.

Yelp
My wife and I recently visited Taco Medic for a quick lunch. We ordered The Bushman, The Stockman, and The Bajaman Tacos. The Bushman was filled with tender succulent pork brushed with a sweet honey and topped with crisp cabbage. The Stockman was filled with juicy marinated beef and topped with creamy chipotle sauce, crisp cabbage and onions. My wife ate The Bajaman so I didn't get a chance to try it but she enjoyed this fried fish taco. Flavorful hot sauces were also available for an additional kick. Taco Medic is a quality spot for a quick bite to eat.

Yelp
Tucked down a pedestrian alley, this place has pretty decent tacos. I ordered 3 tacos, but they messed up my ordered so I ended up with 4, but they noticed the error and quickly corrected. The shells are a bit crunchy which is nice. The flavors are good and there are extra hot sauces available. It was a bit heavy on the cabbage for me, but I would recommend for a decent taco place in Queenstown where you can order as many or as few tacos as you'd like. I probably could have had 2 tacos and been satisfied.

T A.

Yelp
Delicious. Fast. Courteous. I highly recommend. Not much inside seating but no matter. Take it with you if you need to.
google avatar

Mike W.

Yelp
Your first thought for grabbing a bite to eat in beautiful Queenstown NZ might not be tacos, but thanks to Taco Medic, it probably should be. The fresh fish tacos were outstanding, and you can order the blackened which I highly recommend. The taco was topped with just the right amount of a great sauce as well. The place itself is kind of hidden in an alley between Mall Street and Church Street. The staff were very helpful and nice, and when they heard our foreign accents, immediately struck up conversation with us. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Yelp
The best tacos I think i have ever had. Coming from San Diego, California, i thought i had a selection of great tacos. I visited hispanic places in arizona, mexico, and even far into mexico to try foods way out off the beaten path. This medic, best tacos. I tried one of every meat and each one was super unique in flavor, fresh, and just overall excellent. If you don't try this place, you are missing out.
google avatar

Yelp
As a native Californian and somebody who loves to visit Mexico...I would place Taco Medic in my top 3 of all time for best tacos!!!! OMG!!! I don't even know where to start regarding the fish tacos. I had one grilled fish and one fried. The grilled fish taco is THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! AMAZING!!!! Yes, I am yelling because it is that good. If you are in Queenstown you must go here. And...THE TRADITIONAL MARGARITA IS A MUST!!! Love this place and can not recommend high enough. 10 stars!!!
google avatar

Diane W.

Yelp
This small location (few stools inside) serves up some great, memorable tacos and has a friendly staff. The tortillas are made in-house (they are very good!). I had the Veggie taco and my husband had a Breakfast Taco and another one he really enjoyed (can't recall which one it was). Three salsas were available in squeeze bottles on the counter - add to taste. I will definitely go back if I am in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
My family is vegetarian, therefore, whenever we are travelling outside of the country, I usually make it a point to do some research beforehand and pick out a few restaurants that will cater to our needs. While in Queenstown, we were looking to eat some mexican food, so I suggested Taco Medic and boy did it deliver. Both vegan/vegetarian taco options were delicious, but my favorite menu item was the nachos! So good - a meal in itself. (Pro tip - add guac!) The seating is limited - bar seating inside, and a long table out front. The employees were super friendly and answered all our questions as well. For me, it might have been better than fergburger : O
google avatar

Cari L.

Yelp
This should be one of those can't miss destinations up there with Fergburger, only the volume would crush the spirit of the thing and then you'd think I was absolutely crazy for giving this five stars. My husband proclaimed these the best tacos he'd ever had. He was more than slightly serious when he argued with me about going here for dinner a second night in a row (of two total in Queenstown). TLDR: If we were allowed to live in NZ, we'd consider Queenstown just to be near these tacos.
google avatar

Cyndie Q.

Yelp
I am 65. Been eating tacos all over the world as a flight attendant for forty years. These were among the top five ever. Absolutely fresh crisp veggies, fish fried to perfection, delicious braised beef, and three incredible sauces to choose from. With a Corona, I downed two tacos. So perfectly delicious, I ordered one more to eat since my brother arrived a bit late. Two was very filling and generous in size, but I was addicted at this point. Bonus... Locally owned by a great young man from down south in Dunedin. The other young men were friendly, good humor and good service. Would I go back? In a heartbeat! Well done Anthony and crew. Muy zabroza....napakasarap...onolicious. Perfection in a soft taco shell.

Yelp
I came here quite late at night on New Year's Day as it was one of the few kitchens still open in the area. Coming from Texas, I think I have a pretty good sense of what constitutes a good taco. I was very pleased with my taco and the service. The person who took my order was very kind and helpful in deciding what to order. I ordered two tacos - one Ken Tuckyman and one Fisherman. I thought both were good - the meats were well cooked and the added ingredients complemented them well. The food didn't take too long to come out. There was also free water cups available with a pitcher at the back of the restaurant but I would have appreciated if ice could have been added to keep the water below room temperature. But that's okay. There were some salsas on the tables also - I added the darker red one and it was quite hot, so I would recommend using it in moderation. I was overall pleased with my experience and my craving for tacos was satiated. I would recommend this place.
google avatar

Janet W.

Yelp
It's good to be a local here. This is the best taco spot I've been to in the entire south island. It definitely is different to tacos back at home in southern California but I'm happy! I've been coming here since they were just a little pop up place without any inside seating, circa 2016. Thanks guys!!

Yelp
Absolutely love this little taco truck! It's very cheap, $7NZ for one taco, and each taco is full of so much flavor! I got the crunchy chicken, which was delicious albeit a little too short on the actual chicken for my liking. The brisket, on the other hand, was full of meat and tasted so fresh. They even let it bake for over 24 hours - I would definitely recommend it! The truck was so good we almost went out of our way to come back before leaving NZ, but unfortunately because we were running late we weren't able to. I really wanted to try more of their different tacos - it's a good thing I have great taco trucks at home or else I'd be craving them forever!
google avatar

Alex F.

Yelp
Yum!!! I only had one but wow weee so yummy! Love the little food truck/van hard to believe such food can come out of such a truck! Lots of fresh bold flavours & big portions which is great for 7 bucks a pop! Service was awesome, very friendly :) I want more...
google avatar

Kade B.

Yelp
I was impressed by this taco shop. I got their Baja battered fish taco and their angus brisket taco, both tacos were flavorful and well put together and the meats in both were great. I would say it comparable to a good taco in the US. Only downside is the price but that's true for most places here. Also yelp has second location listed for this restaurant but there is nothing there. Two big tables outside to sit at which is nice.
google avatar

Jasmine C.

Yelp
Spotted this food truck/van whilst i was going up and down the street trying to find parking for the Skyline Gondola and made a mental note to drop by after. The lad manning the truck was very friendly. It was a less than 10min wait for both the table and tacos. Very fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Enjoyable and worth to eat 1 for a snack, or 2 for a meal.

Yelp
If you find yourself in the mood for tacos, Taco Medic is the move. Don't think twice, just go. This little taco shop is located at the end of a quaint alleyway of local bars if your walking towards the waterfront. There's a handfull of barstools available if you're in the mood for dining in, and even a to-go window if you're really in a rush. It's an open kitchen, so you can watch your tacos being prepared before your eyes. I ordered the prawn, pork and chicken tacos as part of the three for $21 deal. I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was fresh (I'm talking they individually cooked the meat for each taco), and the veggies/sauce really complimented the various proteins. Service was great as well. I would highly recommend stopping here for a quick bite.
google avatar

Jan M.

Yelp
We went here after driving back from Te Anau, and were looking for something quick and easy. This was definitely quick and easy. As a native Californian, I would say this is just okay. It is pretty basic, just simple tacos.
google avatar

Yelp
Nestled in an empty parking lot on the road into town from Coronet you'll find this epic taco truck run by a coupley Dunedin lads with passion for Mexican food. Word of these delicious tacos made it all the way up to Auckland so when I arrived in QT this was my first stop. Owners, James & Ant were working in the truck when I went and we got chatting. They tell me it was when they were traveling through Mexico that they fell in love with tacos and conjured up their plan to start the truck. A couple of months later they returned home, built the truck, sourced the finest, local produce and started churning out homemade tacos with a kiwi twist. James and Ant make everything from scratch, from their hot sauces (there's currently three of them) to their traditional masa tortillas. It's pretty impressive considering they serve their tacos by day at Bowen St (Mon - Sat) and by night (Fri/Sat) in town at Breacon St. Where they find the time, I do not know! Anyway back to the tacos. I tried both their vegetarian taco, The Producer and their pork belly taco, The Bushman. Both were on the money. Their pork belly is slow roasted for 7 hours in manuka honey glaze and then served with a crunchy apple slaw, sweet onion reduction and topped with fresh coriander and crackling. It's melt-in-your-mouth good, but somehow the vegetarian taco topped it. I'm not sure how they cook their black beans but they're damn tasty and pair perfectly with the roasted pumpkin and goats feta. To be honest, I think you'd struggle to order poorly. Price-wise, I thought the tacos were a generous size for $7. We're shared three between two and that was plenty for some pretty hungry chicas. My only regret was that I only went once when I down. Just as well i'm heading back in December...
google avatar

Yelp
Being from California I know tacos. This place can easily compare to California tacos. We have eaten here twice now. The beef tacos are my favorite.
google avatar

Vanessa K.

Yelp
Coming from California we couldn't imagine any better food and these guys are the kindest and wittiest men out here. Come by and get a corona, shot of tequila and try all the tacos. Om nom nom.

Yelp
Having spent a week in Queenstown checking all the top restaurants on TripAdvisor off our list, I can say with a high degree of certainty that none were as delicious or enjoyable as Taco Medic. I wish I could take back the $169 my wife and I spent for dinner at Stratosfare (the Skyline restaurant) last night and buy 24 tacos instead. Some people may be turned off by the idea of food made in a truck. As a Texan, I am no stranger to this concept and have eaten everything from Korean BBQ to sushi out of trucks. These particular tacos, and the general look and feel of their mobile restaurant, surpass anything I have experienced before, both in terms of food trucks and in terms of tacos. In Texas we are surrounded by authentic Tex-Mex and Mexican food: I've eaten at taquerias all over the state right up to the Mexican border and over to the other side. Taco Medic takes everything great about an authentic taco and combines that with some of the most delicious tortillas, freshest produce, and most flavorful meat imaginable. The result is something you have to experience to believe. And at under $7 NZD for a big, awesome taco, there is simply no reason you can't. Instead of standing in line for 45 minutes at Fergberger, come get some of these.
google avatar

Heidi B.

Yelp
The nachos were DELICIOUS!! I wish I could come back all the time, but we were just visiting. The staff was friendly and I highly recommend visiting while in Queenstown.
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
Yummy tacos with funny names like Bushman and Stockman tucked into an alley in Queenstown. Takes a few minutes but worth the wait and menu has a variety of protein options. I had the pork belly and fish tacos, both were great, hubs had the beef, BBQ, and pork tacos and said 3 were too many. We grabbed some chips and salsa as well. The sauces add good flavor. No booze but there's a bar directly behind it where you can grab a beer if you're so inclined. Picnic tables with shade to eat your tacos and while seating is limited most folks move out quickly. Hit it up for some great street tacos!
google avatar

Marina T.

Yelp
The tacos are addictive. Once I discovered them I went back three times that week. *Try them all! *fishermans taco is the best.
google avatar

Lindsay M.

Yelp
These are maybe the best tacos I've ever had. I eat tacos a lot. More than most... I cook tacos at home, I've eaten tacos all over the planet. These are the tacos you want
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
Taco Medic was everything the reviews promised. The beef was tender and juicy and had delicious flavor. The chicken had a nice spice to it and was well complemented by the fresh toppings. Their raspberry margarita was also delightful with just the right tough of fruit without being too sweet. The guy working the register was also a delight and helped recommend his favorites. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Queenstown.
google avatar

Young C.

Yelp
This is basically a taco truck without wheels and on the side of a building. I ordered the stockman and the fisherman. It was absolutely delicious. Both tacos were packed full of flavor and tasted fresh. It did take a bit longer and was pricier than I would have liked for tacos, but it was well worth the wait. The tacos are decently sized and I was pretty content after two tacos. It will fill your Mexican food craving.
google avatar

Krista P.

Yelp
I live in a city full of great taco joints, so to visit New Zealand and find a place that serves authentically delicious tacos was surprising and delightful. Order the "Ken Tuckyman" and the "Baja Man". Both amazing! Friendly staff too.
google avatar

Brandon P.

Yelp
Loved Taco Medic in Queenstown. I've been hesitant to try Mexican food all the way over in the NZ, but I'm glad I did with Taco Medic. The tacos were unique and different, but still all tasted traditional (in their own way). I especially enjoyed the Ken TuckyMan! Make sure to ask about their special taco of the day if you go and be willing to sit outside, since obviously there is no inside dining with a food truck :)
google avatar

Linda C.

Yelp
LOVED Taco Medic. It's in a quiet alley, hidden away from the main streets. The guys that work there are really nice and helpful. Their taco creations are really good and I've tried a ton of tacos all over California and MX. The tacos are pretty decent in size, they suggest two for a meal or just one as a snack. I had two and still was hungry, so I would say maybe having three per person if it's for a meal. Love the variety and the taco tortilla was so perfect. The ingredients were all so fresh and the combinations were just absolutely delicious. We had the one with the brisket, fried chicken and fish (non-fried). The brisket taco was our favorite, so good we had to get more. Each taco is $7, a little on the pricey side but I guess I didn't mind so much because we enjoyed them so much. Wish there was a Taco Medic around home, but I guess until next time I visit Queenstown!

Yelp
This has got to be my most favorite spot in all of queenstown and I tried a few spots during my five days here. This tops furgburger even though it's a different category, if you had to come to one spot this should be it! I loved loved loved the bajaman which was the battered fish of the day it was so delicious with the yellow tangy spicy sauce which paired perfectly. I stumbled upon this place after making a wrong turn down the alley. The address to this place on Yelp is not correct, it is no longer at the top of the stair case in a food truck/van they have their own mini hole in the wall(literally) spot now and it opens later than the time listed here. I'm sorry I didn't get the exact address for this place but I did take a picture of their menu which has their website listed so hopefully it helps (at the block of the entrance to the garden walk up a little you will see a hotel to your left with a car park area.. Go through the car park area and it should be the first shack to the right) I tried their beef as well and I thought my fish was 10x better! This says a lot because I am usually a beef fan! I had this for dinner after my bibimbap didn't fill me up and I'll be getting it for lunch before I head to the airport tomorrow! Highly recommend this if u can find it! Here is one helpful hint, if you see stairs to the gondola you are in the wrong location! I made that mistake! But queenstown is small so you should explore a little and you will definitely find it!

Yelp
Amazing tacos and nachos. We have been looking for good Mexican food and this was the winner. Staff is very friendly and welcome you with warm heart. This is one of the best place we had food while we are in Queenstown. Must visit if you are here for vacation.
google avatar

Brenda F.

Yelp
Location of this place is 3 Searle Lane down in an alley. The tacos are $7 each, are good sized and taste WONDERFUL. They are made with fresh blue corn tortillas and fresh ingredients. The menu is simple which allows them to do each dish to perfection. The staff is super friendly and took the time to chat and tell us about the place and how they came to work there. The two other Mexican restaurants that I have visited in NZ have been dismal compared to Taco Medic.

Alanah G.

Yelp
Best tacos I've had, and I've lived in California and been to Mexico. So darn good! Highlight of Queenstown for me!
google avatar

Jer J.

Yelp
Good food. Friendly people. Never thought I would have good tacos in NZ. Good change of pace.
google avatar

Yelp
Tastiest Tacos I've heard in awhile. Friendly Staff and amazing prices!! Must try when in Queenstown.
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
I just wrapped up a week in Queenstown and enjoyed a LOT of great food and drink. Taco Medic stands out as easily one of the best in regards to the quality, value and service. The tacos are amazing, use really high quality ingredients and are very affordable. I tried the fish taco and pork belly taco, both of which hit the spot in their own unique way. I'm sure they'll all equally amazing but do not miss out on the pork belly...I'm still thinking about it. Service? I mean it's a taco truck right? Totally, but the guys who run it genuinely care about your experience and are more than willing to chat it up about the food or whatever is on your mind. Don't miss this place when in QT.

Yelp
After backpacking all over OZ and NZ, this taco "truck"...ambulance?...was a welcome slice of home in Los Angeles. Having just driven to and from Milford Sound in a day, this was one of the few places still open at 10 pm at night and was I glad they were! Having grown up on a diet of one dollar street tacos that were completely legit due to the proximity to Mexico, I had high expectations. Definitely a different breed of taco, these tacos celebrate the local fare - highlighting the fish, pork belly, beef and vegetables from New Zealand. They purposely have a small menu so they can focus on the quality of the product. Still had some tough choices to make in the food selection, though limited. PLUS: they make their own tortillas, making it a thicker shell that could withstand all the filling and toppings that doesn't fall apart midway through the meal! Per their note, one is a snack and two is a meal. Ordered the fish (cooked well, amazing spices) and the pork belly (thick cut, well cooked as well) and was completely stuffed at the end. Here's me saying, you want a quick bite that will be a tasty treat of New Zealand fare at late night, Taco Medic is in my opinion...better than Fergburger. But! Try both and you can decide! :) Still a small shop so you can definitely feel the love in the product. Cheers!

Yelp
Wanted tacos for dinner and this was the only place we could find. It's nothing fancy... just a counter to sit at. I had three different tacos and they were pretty good. The front window was open so it was pretty cold in there, but overall not bad!
google avatar

Daniel G.

Yelp
Quite yummy tacos. Cool tuck truck concept. It is what it is. If walking by I would still definitely recommend you to try out.
google avatar

David K.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised to find good and spicy Mexican food in Queenstown. Minus one star for the incredibly overpriced drinks, but loved the food.
google avatar

James Roswell Q.

Yelp
OMG ... 200 restaurants in Queenstown, and one of the top 3 is a taco stand?! ... I'd eat here every day. One of several reasons to visit Queenstown, and an excellent argument for moving there. It's that good!

Hailey L.

Yelp
Nothing spectacular. The vegetarian options aren't very "Mexican" tasting, the guacamole has corn in it (seriously who thought this was okay??) and the tomato "salsa" is served hot, and tastes like vinegar. Also wish the salsa they kept on the tables were refrigerated. Chips were over salted. If you're craving Mexican food you're better off cooking something yourself
google avatar

Lauren T.

Yelp
By far the best food we had in Queenstown. Food took a bit to come out, but the wait was worth it. The hot sauce does have a bit of a kick, but I wanted to drink it down! No booze, but feel free to byob or grab one from on the the restaurants near by. This place does get busy around 7:30-8:00 pm.
google avatar

Christina L.

Yelp
I admit I was very skeptical at first - amazing "authentic" MEXICAN tacos in New Zealand?? I went with my Mexican friend and he was dubious as well. But Taco Medic proved me wrong! (my friend thought it was just whatever but that's because he gets super picky about any tacos outside of Mexico, especially those made by non-Mexicans :P). These tacos are unique and SO flavorful. But what I loved the most was that each ingredient tasted so fresh, from the cilantro to the tortilla. I also love super super spicy salsas and typically, people go pretty easy on the spiciness but Taco Medic's spicy sauce really did the job when you pour it onto your taco!
