Tacos Al Pastor Diaz

Honestly can’t go wrong here. I ended up going twice a day, every day. No other tacos compare in Sayulita. You’re right next to the busy area. It’s perfect for a pre and post feed. 10/10 will be dreaming & salivating about this place.

Arrachera tacos were delicious, Al pastor was also very good. The chorizo was just okay. I really can’t tell between this vendor and the other a few spots down (Al pastor Tal Ivan) which is better. They’re both pretty similar. The only thing is the toppings here are slightly different, they only had a tiny bit of cilantro and onions in the tacos. But unlimited pickled onions, which I love too. The price can’t be beat I believe they were slightly cheaper than Al pastor Tal Ivan

I could eat these tacos for 3 meals a day. Very inexpensive for how delicious these tacos are. The hot salsa is super duper hot! We grabbed a couple to eat with our beer across the street at the brewery. Match made in Sayulita🤤

I ate at Tacos al Pastor Diaz, and honestly — the food delivers. The tacos are really good, flavourful, satisfying, exactly what you want when you’re craving al pastor in Sayulita. That said, the place is very popular, and you can feel it. The waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, which occasionally shows in the service. Nothing rude or dramatic — just the natural side effect of a spot that’s constantly busy and trying to keep up with demand. Overall, I’d still absolutely recommend it for the food alone. Just go in knowing it’s more about great tacos than a slow, attentive dining experience. Eat, enjoy, move on happy 🌮

Great location across the street from the plaza. Prices in line with other storefronts; 23 pesos for pastor, 27 pesos for arrachiatia. Outdoor seating was tables in the street. That’s always fun.

Really great authentic tacos al pastor, just €1 each—packed with flavour and perfectly cooked. The quesadilla was also top-notch, with a perfect balance of cheese and fillings. A must-try for taco lovers!
