Tacos El Güero

Great spot, really kind people and service. The Al Pastor was 10/10 super flavorful perfect crisp. Suadero was also very good. There is better out there but it's still a delicious taco. Their salsa's are incredible.

This place always attracts a huge crowd, with both locals and tourists lining up. It has a great atmosphere and a unique queuing system. Although there’s often a long line, and many out-of-town visitors who don’t speak Spanish end up slowing things down, neither the elderly cashier nor the cooks ever lose their patience—this is truly commendable. Honestly, while the taco portions are quite small and the flavor isn’t exceptionally outstanding, the price is already considered reasonable for this area. Among the various tacos, my top choice is the taco al pastor; the meat really retains that authentic charcoal-grilled flavor, though in the evenings, you generally have to wait a very long time to get your taco.

Amazing tacos! Hands down the best ones I had in Mexico City when considering the friendly service, the fact that they have tables, and the cleanliness.

The best tacos we had in Mexico City. Definitely had an authentic touch to it which I really appreciated, and the taste was unmatched. Only downside was the seating is limited; same with the bathroom. Would recommend if you want a truly delicious and authentic taco experience. You may have to eat standing up, but it’s 100% worth it!

Fantastic authentic al pastor mini tacos. Red salsa is super spicy and has great flavor. Green salsa is less spicy.

Even though the spiciest and mild ones look the same, they are NOT the same. I cried because of how spicy it was, but it was WORTH IT. Even through the tears, the flavor of the salsa on top of the campechano, the bistek, the al pastor was 👌 omg amazing. During our time in CDMX we must have visited this place 20 times.
