Tacos Luis

Very authentic Mexican Street food, made and served by real Mexicans in the heart of Jerusalem. I come here a lot and always have a great meal. Recommend choosing one of the colourful drinks (I'm not going to try and remember the names) and the churros as a desert.

Very tasty. Came here after recommendation of restaurant critic Niv Gilboa. It is really very tasty. And price is cheap. Tacos are not very big and you have lunch deal 3 tacos+drink for 52 shekels. But the cod fish sandwich are really awesome. Guacamole fresh and tasty. Family restaurant with real mexican corn tacos made freshly all day.

Tacos Luis is a never fail! The ambience, the food, the people. For those who are a bit homesick or just enjoy Mexican food, it's a MUST when visiting Jerusalem. Also, 90% of the menu is gluten free, it's not a sterile kitchen but a very clean and organized one (if you're VERY sensitive- don't be afraid, let them know and enjoy!)

Amazing food you can never go wrong with what you order there!! The workers are so nice and help with anything and also speak English Hebrew and Spanish!! As a friend of one of the workers I know that they fill their food with love and make you have the best Mexican experience in Israel!🌮🍟🥗

Delicious tacos and not too expensive. They made a mistake with my order but it’s okay. Founder/head chef is from Mexico with an Israeli wife and has a very inspiring story of persistence, perseverance, and survival. ❤️

Excellent! Just wanting something a little different than the usual fare we decided to check this gem out. Super friendly service and probably the best tacos I’ve had from around the world. I was skeptical being so far from Latin America but they did not disappoint. The tortillas are amazing and so not fall apart. It’s a treat watching them make them. I won’t say if it’s expensive or cheap as that’s subjective to each person. However we did find good value for the price. Even busy the food comes quick. So if your Hangry this might be a great choice if your in the area. In the end I highly recommend this taco joint. Beautiful area for a stroll after or before dinner as well.

It was a very nice experience. The tacos are cooked with homemade tortillas and the overall vibe of the place is very authentic. Prices are not too high. I recommend.

Predictable tasty, new options. Real Mexican tacos, definitely worth trying if you haven't. When Luis is there things run well. Not so much when he is not around.
