Popped in here for lunch for the first time recently and was very pleased. There are plenty of great options for food in this neighbourhood and Tacos Mora's is among the best. I ordered a chorizo burrito. Burrito was huge, filled with plenty of chorizo and not all rice like a lot of places. The chorizo was well seasoned, tasted very authentic. I loved their little condiment bar so I could pick a couple of salsas to accompany my burrito. Service was great. Workers were friendly, helpful, and made my food quickly.

This my second time here the tacos are good gluten free shells and gluten free chips for the guacamole and chips , my favourite is the shrimp taco ( bare in mind I don’t eat meat) it’s not usually too busy when I go so it’s nice for a good sit down spot to grab some tacos, my favourite part is the choice of sauces from the sauce station, I got two shrimp and one fish didn’t love the fish but it wasn’t horrible it was a little bland the first time I had it was better, but again not horrible, the guacamole and chips was a really good portion for the price. However, I didn’t love the chips they were a little hard and the guacamole did not taste like it was fully ripe. (It could’ve been just that day). I will definitely go back and try them again… all in all a good taco spot

¡Ay, caramba! If you're craving tacos that will taco your heart, Tacos Moras is the place to be. This cozy spot in Toronto serves up some of the freshest, most flavorful tacos around, with each bite packing a punch that's más sabroso than the last. The Nopal Taco brings the sabor of tender grilled cactus, perfectly paired with fresh salsa and creamy avocado — a veggie option that’s as tender as it is tasty. If you’re craving something crispy, the Baja Taco hits it out of the park — crunchy battered fish with tangy slaw, a squeeze of lime, and a flavor fiesta in every bite. For those who like it queso good, the Carne Taco with Cheese is a cheesy, melt-in-your-mouth delight. But the real showstopper is the Birria Tacos — slow-cooked beef tucked into grilled tortillas, served with a warm cup of consommé for dipping. These tacos are un verdadero festín — juicy, messy, and absolutely worth every bite. To hear more about this review, follow us @eatinontario on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, & Facebook. ✨🤩🙏

This is probably my favourite Taco place in Toronto. Food is great. The Birria Taco is my go to. Friendly staff, great vibe, with authentic food and drink from Mexico. You can even get Mexican Coca Cola here. Soft music plays on the background while eat, adding to the vibe. My kids love this place too.

Google
Will never eat here again! After mentioning no cilantro on my of my order at least 5 times n making sure the cashier understood no cilantro.. What do I find in my burrito? Cilantro all over.. Cannot eat and waste of my money.. This is a local spot for me so I was hoping to find a regular place for food. Can't even give them benefit of doubt because the place was not busy at all when I ordered.. Now I know why! Staff dont value customers. Never again!

Service was great. Food was fast. Birria Tacos were good. But this chicken quesadilla I got was probably the worst of my life. Chicken was chewy , bland, and it was basically just a slightly bigger regular taco lol. Not a quesadilla and tasted bad.

Recently discovered this spot in St Clair West and so glad I did! $6 tacos we’re delicious especially their birria!! They serve it fresh and hot. Also love that unlimited condiments, sauces and limes are provided. They have limited seating though and maximum capacity is 10 people.

Yelp
We're glad we saved our first birria taco experience for Tacos Moras! It was best tacos we've ever had. The meat in the birria tacos was generous in portion, tender, and full of flavor. The pescado taco was jam-packed but so light and refreshing in taste. The asada meat was seasoned perfectly and had a great chew. We could go on about how great all the food was!

Yelp
I got takeout from this location last night and I tried the Birria tacos, Birria Quesadilla and pork tacos. Everything I tried was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Authentic tacos that hit the spot. The quesadilla is 8.50 and is pretty big so I would say two tacos would have been enough.

Yelp
Fantastic place! I had birria tacos delivered to me at work using Ubereats and they were amazing. None of that lettuce and diced tomato nonsense, this place serves delicious authentic tacos with the only fix-ins that matter - cilantro, onion, and a generous heap of stewed meat. Wrapped in a soft corn tortilla and dipped in a lightly spiced birria consome, two tacos suddenly didn't seem like enough! For delivery, they also provided fresh pieces of lime and two sauces on the side (the green one had a fresh, mild, herb taste and the brown one was spicy - I'm not sure what they were)! While I was definitely satiated after 2 tacos, I think I could've eaten 3 just because of how delicious they were. I will definitely order from here again to try out their other menu items!

Yelp
I've been waiting for this spot to open for a little while now and was so happy to see that it opened this past weekend. Their menu is simple, yet perfect. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas. And then you have your choices of meats like al pastor, birria (stewed beef), short rib etc., or vegetarian options like cactus! They're very traditional with simple toppings (cilantro and onions). They have sides like chips and guac as well. They have a salsa bar that has some mild, medium and hot sauces and condiments. I am weak when it comes to heat so I stuck with the mild. I loved the cucumbers to add some crunch to my tacos. Although it's takeout only, there's a bit of space at the front of the store that you could stand. I would be surprised if they put a table or two there for people to have a quick bite. Very good prices.

Yelp
Love this design. Walk up, order. Leave or stay and eat. Thus; take out or eat in! Chicken and braised both great. I'd prefer not to be asked for TIP; I'm still not buying into TIPPING for everything I do in life....

Yelp
Recently visited newly opened taco spot Tacos Moras in St. Clair west. This is an unassuming no frills takeout spot focused on authentic Mexican tacos, burritos and quesadillas vs decor. Although a takeout joint, there is limited bar seating available if you choose to stay and eat in. I remarked some similarities to Gus Tacos, which isn't surprising considering the two owners are siblings. However what's unique to this location is the self-serve salsa station, Birria tacos (dipping in consommé) and cactus tacos which you find at Gus Tacos. They also have authentic Mexican drinks like horchata (a Spanish cinnamon flavoured drink) which is incredibly refreshing. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
I bumped into this sensational little restaurant and was very impressed on many levels. The menu was authentic, simple and very tasty. The finest ingredients were obviously used and the high quality resulted. Their tacos are huge , made to order and delicious. Also there is a free fresh and healthy salsa bar to add to your meal. Finally the ambience was very genuine and spotless and the hosts provided excellent and fast service to make you feel at home and very satisfied. This place ranks among the best tacos stands I have experienced in Mexico and Southern California. Gracias Tacos Moras !!

Yelp
We ordered taco pastor, carnitas, pollo as well as torta asada. They are all tasty. Quick service

Yelp
I ordered through a delivery service just to try a new restaurant. Had 3 different tacos, they were all delicious. One was better than the other 2 but they were packed together so I wasn't sure what it was but definitely pork. I also ordered a quesadillas which was good but the tacos were better. The tortillas were fresh and fillings were ample. All were topped with cilantro and onions and the accompanying 2 sauces were tasty. The spicy sauce is still in my fridge since I couldn't use it all but I'm sure I'll use it on an omelette or sandwich. One taco came with a dip which was very flavourful. I dipped everything in it. I also ordered some guacamole and tortilla chips but I was too full so I had it for lunch the following day. The chips seemed stale but when I toasted them they were fine. Guacamole was mild and I only tasted scallions so I added lime, garlic and salt and it was perfect. Everything was well packed and looked delicious. I will order again.

Yelp
Excellent Tacos. Hard to beat Itache but they are open later and still delicious. Very clean inside and lots of tables.

Yelp
Asked for a bean burrito but when I bit into it,it was beef!I'm a vegetarian so I brought it back up but the girl who knew english but was not fluently kept saying thats what it was and I kept saying no bean. Then she sarted punching in a new burrito on the cash. She could bnot understand why anyone would want a bean burrito (bean and cheese is what I always get at Mexican food palces) so when she asked ''No protien?'' I looked at the wall menu and saw ''grilled cactus''.Ok why not I thought, she is obviously having a hard time with bean and cheese.I waited envisioning a fantastic grilled cactus burrito, something I had never had!I got it to go but then when I bit into it ,it was not grilled at all but was cold pickled cactus, lettuce with bits of hot green peppers. It was not at all even warm inside the burrito.I tossed it as it was inedible! If you advertise Grilled then it should be grilled!(false advertising) and I guesse they just don't make bean and cheese burritos there!I had a terrible and frustrating (and expensive $15) experience here.
