Shredded chicken and chickpeas served over traditional Turkish-style rice can be a good option for those looking for an alternative meal or something to eat late at night. At €4.90, I found the chicken rice quite filling with a generous portion, and I actually liked the taste. However, I can’t say the same for their döner. I clearly didn’t like döner. They also offer some traditional Turkish dishes like tas kebabı and eggplant kebab, which are priced around €10–12. If you're looking for something heartier or more saucy than the chicken rice, you might want to try one of those instead. Personally, I wouldn't go there for the döner, but it’s a decent spot for chicken rice or sometimes one of their traditional stews.

We'd heard this was one of the best places for doner in Berlin. The bread was good but neither the meat nor the falafel was anything special. The two men working behind the counter almost seemed as though they'd rather we hadn't come in. Maybe it was an off night but from this experience I'd say you don't need to go out of your way to eat here.

Tadim is back!! After some rather bad experiences in the recent years came back and tried the Döner. Must say small size but very tasty meat. Goes best with home made Ayran

Read it on a blog, apparently it was the number one Döner Spot and i swear to god. The chicken was inedible. The only redeeming quality were the warm fries and i was hungry. Disgusting

Really good döner in Berlin! Sizes are gigantic and it tastes like kiss of Allah!

If you are looking for a “light” kebab, there is nowhere better than Tadim. Chuck aside all the fatty and greasy wraps that are made by 99% of Berlin’s doner institutions. This place is the real deal. The reason is in its wonderfully fresh durum. You can literally see the air pockets piping hot when pulled out of the oven. They use a refreshingly appropriate portion of meat, which is juicy and well cooked. The sauces and condiments are maybe slightly worse than somewhere like Imren - but it’s a completely different kebab. Far airier in comparison, which, sometimes, is just what you want. EDIT: I think I like the tadim durum more than ever.

Small place but very nice Döner Kebab, the flatbread really tasted of roasted sesame and the meat was crispy and fatty, which is perfect for winter.

Service was awful. We receive zero smiles during our visit. Staff was rude and they even deny to open Coca-Cola bottle. They speak to us as we are not buying but stealing food. About food: it was ok, but nothing special. About atmosphere: you can have pleasure to choose not so dirty table and a perfect view to a wall printed as doors in subway. So you literally it in U-bahn. Totally disgusting, stay at home better.

Yelp
Berlin and döner kebab goes hand in hand. Do not visit the city without intention of tasting a proper döner. The kebabs are sold around the city and quality differs. The much debated "best döner in berlin" google search gives multitude of answers. Tadim is one of the best places to try kebab in Berlin. We visited the joint for lunch and were not disappointed. The restaurant is pretty basic, nothing to write home about. But the ingredients they use are fresh and delicious. They even make their own bread and the meat they use, so that is a huge plus. The balance of spices and flavors is good to my taste. You do pay a bit of premium for the döner compared to other restaurants, but its still cheap. You can get also iskender and kebab plates if you are not into döner. They also have veggie options, but we did not taste these. While at the place, you can also visit other ethnic stores in the area.

Yelp
The food was pretty good, but the overall experience you'll have here might be lacking if you aren't fluent in German. The restaurant is bit dingy, but okay. Sitting outside would've been our preference except it started raining. The counter service is okay. Not unfriendly, but certainly not especially helpful. The prices seemed reasonable. Overall, worth a try if you are in the area, but maybe not worth going out of your way to visit if there are similar type places closer to where you are.

Yelp
We were headed to a Turkish sandwich shop when our Uber driver insisted we go here. Food is delicious, but didn't repeat as Berlin is heaven for middle eastern food!

Yelp
Perhaps not as unique as mustafa's but this is sort of the standard doner you picture in your minds eye. But like a really good one. You can also have doner meat wrapped in a lahmacun which is pretty badass.

Yelp
Best Lahmacun i ever tried. The guy is an Product fetishist. The bread fresh baked and perfect. The price is ok because its 100 percent veal. They weré really friendly and we get tea for free. The lahmacun dont taste like a sloppy pancake as in other Dönerrestaurants. It was crispy and really tastee 5 Points are too less = )

Yelp
best kebab I've ever had. So fresh and so flavorful. Basically lived off this, had it 2 times a week for lunch, while living in Berlin. Thank God I worked just a 5 minute walk away. No kebab, except maybe Mustafa's compares. And here you don't even have to wait in line 30 minutes ! The bread is divine, just perfect. Every element is top notch.

Yelp
Very good Falafel! I tried some in Berlin and I can say that this is my 3rd favourite one. The staff is also very funny and friendly :)

Yelp
One of the best - if not the best - Doener joints in Berlin. The bread is fresh and baked right in front of you. The meat is fresh and juicy made with layers of high quality pure veal unlike the mediocre minced-meat-based Doeners you'd usually get elsewhere.

Yelp
Saw the review yesterday, and I was passing by Kottbusser Tor today, so I decided to stop... There's a lot of mediocre to average döner in Berlin, but there are also a few unique places that are in an entirely different league. Tadim doesn't seem to use any unusual ingredients (except perhaps the delicious bread), just high quality meat and the typical salad, but somehow they manage to make some of the best döner in the city. Instead of being packed with meat and salad as most are, their kebaps are relatively thin, with all the flavors wonderfully balanced. They offer the typical kräuter/knoblauch/scharf sauce choice. Herb sauce was very nice, and again they don't add too much. The price is EUR2.80, which seems about average for "premium" döner. Haven't tried the lahmacun yet. Next time!

Yelp
Too many people this place, you've to wait long for just a kebab. (If it is a kebab you want). The kebab is OK, but a little bit pricy.

Yelp
Kebabs were excellent. Went heavy on the spicy sauce and enjoyed every second. But what really stole the show was the baklava!!!!

Qype User (basto…)

Yelp
Higy quality döner not made of minced meat but of layers of kebab meat. Home made lahmacun (Turkish pizza) should be experienced as well.
