We stayed here for just over two months, and safe to say we absolutely loved it here. We were so comfortable, the staff are incredible and very helpful. Big benefits were that our rooms cleaned twice a week, theres a small kitchen downstairs where you can use the sink, fridge and microwave, and there is security at night. It's very close to the Chiang Mai Gate Night Market where we went to eat pretty much every night. Also super close to the walking street on Saturdays. I would definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again and again - spacious rooms with a tiny separate kitchenette. I love not having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Charming outdoorsy feel, tucked away and still super close to Chiang Mai gate. Most of all, SUPER attentive and vigilant staff who is very helpful. Best value for money I've ever experienced in Chiang Mai!

This used to be a hotel, but when I stop by today 18-01-25 they tell me they're no longer a hotel, they now are a month-to-month residence. Too bad because this was a great Hotel real close to the Old City.

Lovely place for long stay (minimum 1 week). The room was very clean and spacious. Located in a quiet area south of Chiangmai Gate. Note :no washing of clothes(many laundry services available within walking distance) and no visitors in room.

The room is clean and spacious. Firm bed, which can be an issue to some, but I loved it. Good service provided by the reception is great. I bought some breakfast and need to reheat in the morning. They heat it up for me and served me! Way out of my expectation. Thank you. Only concern was the bathroom. It is clean but there is smell from the drainage system. Would have given a five star if it wasn’t because they smell. Will return and stay there if I ever visit Chiang Mai again.

Awesome staff. The young lady in the morning helped us to book a tour in the last minute. She made several calls and eventually one of the tour operators that still have some seats available accepted us. All staff was always extremely helpful and nice! Of our trip of 15 days in Thailand, they were by far the most nicer and helpful. The room was big, and clean. The building is quite old (old style Thai housing) but it's really beautiful with some areas to chill out and relax after a long day. Close to the city centre and markets. Totally recommended.

The rooms are spacious and spotless and this elegant hotel offers a lovely breakfast in the garden. Staff are incredibly gracious hosts and very professional. The no smoking policy is deeply appreciated. Small area in the garden is reserved for smokers. Short walk to the old city gates and located on a very quiet street. No pressure to do tours but staff are helpful and knowledgeable in making arrangements.

Tadkham Village is a tastefully constructed, 3-level budget lodging with pleasant accommodations and excellent service. ||We were able to stay for a week during tourist season for about $23 a day. ||Our king size bed was in a comfortable room with an immaculate bathroom and shower and a small sun room. ||The nicely designed interior courtyard has a small, fish-filled pool. Breakfast is served on a lawn fringed by verdant trees and shrubs. ||The staff is on hand 24 x 7, and responds instantly to any request. ||Just a five minute walk from the Chiang Mai Gate. There is a nightly food market there, and a major Saturday Night Walking Market. ||The breakfast is $5. It’s filling, but limited, basically a few variations on ham and eggs, plus cereal options, with coffee, tea, fruit juice, and fresh fruit. ||The hotel is just a 10-minute ride to the airport which is suprisingly close by. Probably best to take a tuk-tuk, cheaper than the 150 bhat ride the lodging arranges.
