Came here as part of the Busan Pass attraction. Its quite far and the journey was bumpy. Its a nice view but if you ask me whether is worth the time to come to this place, the answer is no for us.
However, if you like to take a few hours of slow walk from point to point, also taking the train, maybe its worth your time.

This observation deck is very simple, so when I arrived I had to ask people around to make sure it was indeed the observation deck. There are some cats in the area as well. There isn’t much to see here, so I just had a quick look, took some photos, and waited for the next train.

This is my 2nd time here, it’s beyond breathtaking, this place heal you. Strongly recommend to get down from Lighthouse spot, walk all the way down, you will be amazed, I’ll be back again that’s for sure!

This observation tower has a 190deg view from the rock wall to the sea and to the cliff. Overseeing the South Sea, we can see some ships anchored near the shore.

You will reach the little rail ride stop after a short but steep walk. It will drop you off at the point from where you must climb down and then a little up to reaching the viewing point. Absolutely beautiful views of the seas surrounding Busan, worth every step.
Take your time to enjoy the walk, up & down.

Things weren't very well maintained. Good view but don't really understand how this is popular tourist spot.

Visited Oct. 1, 2023 - Nice place to see nature and overlooking the sea. Make sure to bring water. I was not ready for those stairs 😀. My kid enjoyed running up and down. My legs were sore the next day.

It was very windy om the day we went. It was also packed with groups of tourists that budged their way to the viewpoint and hogged the railing but other than that I really enjoyed looking out into the sea.
There's a cafe/restaurant on the upper level of the observatory deck, I didn't order anything but it seemed very barebones.
There are also stairs to the left of the observatory that lead down to more viewpoints and another restaurant. Be prepared to run out of breath on the way back up.
