Taichung Park

Great city park and oasis with beautiful walkways and streams teaming with fish. Great flora. Though not the tidiest of city parks, there are nooks and crannies, and places to sit in sun or shade. It holds sport fields and a pond for row-boating. 👍

Had an awesome time here with my girl. There were squirrels everywhere and they get close to you which was super cute! A lot of fish in the pond, and the turtles looked so chilled either swimming in water or bathing in the sun on shore.

Very nice park to walk at. Many birds and wild animals. Very calming to walk here especially in the early morning or during evening time.

Relaxing place to unwind, i love the walkways and the trees and greenery. There is a lake as well and places where people can converge and do pocket activities.

Nice & spacious park with lots of room for kids to run around. Large pond in the middle with fish & turtles and surrounding it are pidgeons & squirrels that are eager to be fed. A number of monuments & and artworks are scattered around the park. Locals said that after dark, it's a refuge for homeless, didn't visit after dark. During the day it's a nice and relaxing place to visit.

Nice park and I think this is one of the Oldest park in Taichung. There is kids play area, boating facility as well.

Tranquil getaway from the city noise, still nice on a cloudy day.

The park is very nice and calm. There is also a pond to boat which costs NT$ 300 an hour. It's worth boating in calm pond.
