"Stop By A Pool of Burning Water The flames on top of this pool of water are said to have been burning for more than 300 years, and were started by and earthquake that opened a fissure in the earth releasing natural gas into the bottom of the pool. The phenomenon is definitely worth stopping by, especially if you are interested in visiting the nearby Guanziling Hot Springs -- another of the area's natural wonders."

Very unique to see, we arrived on a weekday as a typhoon began so no other tourists nearby. A local gentlemen offered to take a photo for us, which was appreciated. Perhaps visit a natural spring baths nearby to make it worth the trip, as this alone might not cut it.

A very unique phenomenon. Free of charge. Probably need just 15-30 min at this small attraction.

So cool to see. This place also has really nice ice cream and coffee. There are also great views from high up, but it was foggy when i went. They also have sausage trees.

A fire burning from water for over 400 years(visited in 2024). It's a natural scene with a relaxing trail. A simple interesting scenic spot.

Fascinating place. Didn't know that fire can coexist with water. Legend has it that there was a fire qilin. From it, the body forms the road while its belly forms the hot spring in the region.

A coexistence of fire and water. What a wonder! A special tree with big fruits nearby and above. Be careful for failing fruits. By the way, the fruit can "not" eat!
