For a brand new hot pot place, they did not do any homework. They do not have any dipping condiments other than soy sauce, hot sauce, hot Maggi (this is new to me), satay, and hot oil (which our server was confused over). They didn't even have chicken slices. There are some weird size listings. Like small and large hot pot sizes.
Food is per item which is not well thought out. For instance: small plate of beef (very low quality) $9.95. Enoki Mushroom (which they didn't even have, $9.95.
Quail eggs: looked like they raised the quails themselves and then proceeded to have them lay their eggs and boiled in their restaurant. That's a new trend, backyard to table. Bruh, they looked like that sat around forever and then boiled them, then sent them through a wood chipper to remove the shells. Wife just left them. $9.95 wasted. The welcome sensor kept going off. I think this is an effort to launder money through this place. Think about it. They keep record of how many people come through the door and when tax time come, boom, we have many peoples through the door.
The owners and workers were eating dinner cause they be busy people but seriously, keep your Convo to at least 70db and for the love of god, why did you think you could burp at your establishment. Seriously, one of them straight up sounded like he just downed a root beer and let at it.
This place, if it last more than 6 months is laundering money. I guarantee it.
