Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa

The service was excellent. The food was terrific. The people were lovely. The environmental was very beautiful. Rose, the hostess and Patterson and Michael made our stay a lovely one. They filled in all our wishes with a very friendly smile. We would love to come back sometimes hopefully.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "My stay here with my kids was absolutely fantastic! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the kids' club activities were a huge hit with my little ones every time we visit and its actually the main reason we visit, the little one's keep insisting due to the kids club. A big kudos to Auntie Cynthia and uncle John as my for the efforts they do with the kids club, its an absolute joy for parents to see their kids actually enjoy such moments. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Unfortunately, I forgot my hard drive in the room, and when I checked the next day, it couldn't be found. While that was disappointing, it doesn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. I would still highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and enjoyable stay!"

It's a cosy hotel, rooms are neat and tidy. We enjoyed their variety of food menu and drinks. Hopefully, they can consider having an All Inclusive package for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They had a fantastic end of year celebration with performances, balloons and a delicious cake. We danced ourselves into the new year in style.||I had wanted to make the vacation special for my partner and Ian outdid himself. He did decorations with flowers and balloons, got a choir with a guitarist and made the surprise come true. I am totally thankful to Ian and the entire team for breathing life to my plans. If you would want something similar, talk to Ian, he's the real deal. ||Asanteni Taita Hills, we enjoyed our stay.

We slept in a 3 bed room for one night. The room was quite small but tidy and has a beautiful view of the nature and you see monkey‘s climbing. Very good value for money. |The facilities are really great! It‘s like an oasis after a long drive: beautiful garden and swimming pool (I wish one could sit outside in the garden for breakfast).|The staff was great, especially Tama Patterson was outstanding and took care of us so well during our entire stay.|Would totally recommend when being in Tsavo West or driving through.

Had the most amazing time. The hotel is stunning, the beds are very comfortable and the food is excellent. The staff are so lovely and friendly and will go over and beyond to help you especially Rose and Patterson. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Best hospitality experience we've received! My husband and I had a favorite spot to sit during our meals and there was a staff each shift who made sure that we got our favorite spot 😊|We were also super surprised by the staff- led by one awesome staff named HAZEL. We had mentioned that we were celebrating our 10-yr anniversary and Hazel organized with the rest of the staff to surprise us with a dessert and singing in the classic beautiful Kenyan style. It's an experience we'll cherish forever. |Thank you!

I had a great stay at Taita Hills with my parents who came from Tunis for holidays the resort is beautiful, very clean with vast green areas to sit and enjoy the view, the staff are very prompt and professional especially Patterson and Anish they took care of us and chef Kelvin made me fish whenever it wasn’t on the buffet menu. The food was amazing the infinity pool was 1.3 height perfect for standing to see the view while enjoying the swim. We saw monkeys play outside our room window and we had Safari with Martin who was nice to take us on a perfect cruiser and pass by Salt Lick. Overall I highly recommend Taita hills resort and I will for sure come back.

Beautiful and quite place for vacation and relax. The personals are nostre gentil and disponible every hour. On the morning you can see the monkeys in the room. The service of restaurant is fantastic, and the food is very good!!! In this place you are in contact with the nature and at the evening you can see the amazing sunset.
