Great location, friendly atmosphere, good comfortable rooms, clean, 100% great service. Great pool.|Wish bathroom had a window so it doesn’t get so stuffy. That is my one and only negative. |Loved the game drives. The recommendations from Haylee front dest were extremely helpful. We took our own car and got a flat tyre. Martin the tour vehicle driver quickly came to our assistance. We are extremely grateful and humbled. |The kitchen and dining staff, always ready to help. They accommodated our special order and made us feel really valued. |And the music by our egg master was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! |Great work guys! We will definitely be back, God willing.

Wonderful experience from facilities to the service. We left wishing we stayed longer, we'll definitely be back! The food was really good and had a lot of variety to choose from. The service from all staff was warm and friendly! Special mention to Isaac who served us with so much enthusiasm and warmth at the restaurant and Cornelius at the reception who took his time with providing information and guidance. Thank you for making our short stay memorable! The drive up to the hotel is a mini-game drive in itself... just magical. The views, humongous pool and the many pretty birds, what's not to love!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Our room was lovely – clean, comfortable, and well-designed. A mosquito net was provided, and the fan was placed inside the net, which was very convenient. The XXL pool was a definite highlight – perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The property also offers massages and has a fun area with games like billiards, darts, and foosball – all free to use. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff are very friendly and make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcomed. Went for the game drive and had a really nice experience too. The hotel has nice views and the view at the edge of the pool is my favourite. Fought with some few monkeys but hey, isn't that part of the wildlife experience?😂|Overall, I had a good time. The only thing I'd change is the buffet to be honest, the meals are very repetitive to the point where even if I was hungry, I just lose my appetite🥲

Fantastic gateway with breath taking views. We used the sgr got to Voi, took the tour van which was 1hour ride from sgr Voi terminus, the roads were amazing and pothole free :) the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had amazing food options, the swimming pool had amazing view of the water hole where we could see zebras and antelopes drinking water. The rooms were spacious, well cleaned and having all amenities required. I would like to thank the staff and the management for accommodating my wonderful family. We will definitely visit again

We had a wonderful stay at Taita Hills! The infinity pool is stunning and adds to the experience. A special thank you to Chef Ramveer for thoughtfully accommodating our dietary needs with delicious vegetarian meals. Patterson was a fantastic host during meal times, very attentive, and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic from the rooms, food, staff, especially peterson very kind and helpful. Imclusion of dstv in the rooms was a good idea. The drive was crazy we saw every animal we desired to see including the king of the jungle! Mr lion. Would love to come back again.

What an incredible place! The hotel is located right at the entrance of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary — a true haven of peace surrounded by nature. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is stunning with amazing views over the park and its wildlife, and the lush gardens make the whole place feel magical. The restaurant is also excellent. I truly recommend it!
