I haven't used any of the services there. Just gone to meet someone. But as such the place seemed classy

The hotel was really good. They gave a best price. It had all top class things which are inevitable for a 5 star hotel. There was Complimentary Food , It was delicious. The ambiance, wifi connection, lobby, restaurant, restrooms were very neatly maintained and they were kept very well.

The ambiance, wifi connection, lobby, restaurant, restrooms were very neatly maintained and they were kept very well. The only negative is the swimming pool. They have not put anywhere on the sites where we book hotels (at least evidently) that we should carry nylon clothes to use the pool AND they don't have a rental facility too. We went for a spiritual trip and obviously, we may not carry a swimming dress but there could be a provision for us to rent. The management should take this suggestion. The second one is, they have a lot of vacant land however there is no child play area. That can also be a part of the premises when you have a pool, lawn, outdoor auditorium, and so on. I will rate them 4.5 / 5

The hotelnis good and easy accessible. As it's located at the centre of city so easily accessible to rest all parts. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Food is good and tasty. The pool is clean and well maintained. There is a small open garden at the back for kids with few ducks. Few cons: The property is located on a busy road so crossing is difficult as there is no signal There is a pond in front and it gives very foul smell so can't room with peace outside. In all its a good family hotel to stay.

The whole stay was good, what I don't like is the entry gate which is very narrow and at night sometimes unnoticed. Other than that some smells are coming outside of the lake because of some cleaning activity I guess, so we were not able to roam outside the building. Food was nice with great hospitality, no doubt in it. All the staff are very nice and always there to help you.

it near the lake, the staff was humble and helpful. Breakfast spread can be improved, compared to other Taj properties. The room are good and spacious. The downfall is stinking smell from the lake, which is really an issue. But the service and food is awesome. Much appreciated

The hotel is very centrally located. The staff is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast spread was a little less as compared to other Taj hotels and the sitting area was very limited. Otherwise it was a comfortable overnight stay. It's a business hotel so nothing much to offer as such.

Good property, rooms are clean. The complimentary breakfast is also good.The location is also good for business purposes. The service is excellent. Staff is courteous. It's a nice hotel to stay. Only issue I faced was the TV channels. It seems to have an old look & many mainstream channels are not available.
