I haven't used any of the services there. Just gone to meet someone. But as such the place seemed classy

Every type of facility is available in this hotel and it is very good and a person can stay here with great comfort.

Need to maintain more hygiene and clean atmosphere in the rooms they are late response

The hotel is very centrally located. The staff is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast spread was a little less as compared to other Taj hotels and the sitting area was very limited. Otherwise it was a comfortable overnight stay. It's a business hotel so nothing much to offer as such.

The hotel was really good. They gave a good price. It had all top class things which are inevitable for a 5 star hotel. They gave 2 complimentary food. Both were very good. The ambiance, wifi connection, lobby, restaurant, restrooms were very neatly maintained and they were kept very well. The only negative is the swimming pool. They have not put anywhere on the sites where we book hotels (at least evidently) that we should carry nylon clothes to use the pool AND they don't have a rental facility too. We went for a spiritual trip and obviously, we may not carry a swimming dress but there could be a provision for us to rent. The management should take this suggestion. The second one is, they have a lot of vacant land however there is no child play area. That can also be a part of the premises when you have a pool, lawn, outdoor auditorium, and so on. I will rate them 4.5 / 5

I stayed here on business in Aug to Sept in the year 2001, 2 things happened which were shocking and affected my choice ever since, 1, I was given a room on 5th floor furthest from the lift, I put my luggage in that room and headed back to reception to deposit my valuables and passport in the safety deposit box behind reception desk, as I approached the lift I remembered some other item and went back to get it , I was lucky, a thief was heading for the exit stairs with my luggage case and I disturbed his escape, he dropped it and ran down the stairs to make good his escape, I let him get away since I had my case back with me, (lucky for him I was tired from a long trip from Manchester via Dubai) so I reported it to the reception and I was moved to a room away from the outer corners of the floor back nearer the lift, nothing else was done, no investigation was carried out, it was clearly an inside job, it happened too quickly and the thief had a room key to get at my belongings. I repeat,,, no police involved, reception girl was not interested in what had just happened, it was an inside job, I would have been in a bad place if I hadn't gone back instantly to my room. 2, there was rats in the downstairs office we used in those days to send emails and faxes, when I reported it to the management I was told not to worry as it was a baby rat, it was about 12" long.. After 9/11 I left India never to return.

The hotelnis good and easy accessible. As it's located at the centre of city so easily accessible to rest all parts. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Food is good and tasty. The pool is clean and well maintained. There is a small open garden at the back for kids with few ducks.
