I recently had the pleasure of visiting Taj Chandigarh for the first time with my team for dinner, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of calm sophistication that instantly elevated the evening. The ambience of the place is elegant and refined, striking the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The tasteful interiors, soft lighting, and thoughtfully arranged seating created a relaxing and classy environment, ideal for both professional and personal gatherings. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. They ensured that every detail was looked after, making us feel truly valued as guests. The service was prompt and seamless, with every course arriving at just the right time and served with a smile. Now, coming to the highlight — the food. Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection. From starters to desserts, the flavors were rich, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. It’s evident that a lot of care goes into both the preparation and the plating. Overall, Taj Chandigarh exceeded all expectations. Whether you're planning a team outing, a family dinner, or a special celebration, this place should be at the top of your list. Must visit! Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay — the ambiance, location, and staff hospitality were all excellent and truly lived up to the Taj standards. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.||One area that could use a bit of attention is the housekeeping service. While the room was very clean, small details like replenishing toiletries. The shampoo bottle was almost empty and I had to use my own shampoo. Same is the case with the tissue paper box. It had just 2-3 papers when I checked in. These weren't major issues, but at this level, I expected a bit more consistency.||That said, the rest of the service more than made up for it, and I would definitely consider staying again.

Located in the prime Sector 17 area, Taj Chandigarh offers the convenience of being centrally situated, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired, especially when compared to other Taj properties.||The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was consistently courteous throughout the stay. However, the property itself feels small and somewhat dated. The rooms were clean but very basic — lacking standard amenities such as a dental kit, sanitary kit, moisturizer, or even a comb, which is surprising for a Taj-branded hotel.||The view from the room was average, mostly overlooking a busy main road. Breakfast was decent with a fair spread, but nothing particularly memorable. As a business-focused hotel, it lacks facilities for families or children, such as a play area.||Overall, while functional for a short business trip, this isn’t the best representation of Taj’s usual standards and luxury.

My previous stay in Taj Palace, Delhi and F&B at Taj Mahal, Delhi, Taj Bengal, Kolkata, Taj Krishna, Taj Deccan, Hyderabad raised my overall expectations! The Staffs are very good, attentive and professional with excellent customer services. We asked 2 bottles of water but the staff would provide more! My stay was upgraded 1 step but not the Club one, I was more interested into which. Dnt know my Epicure Privilaged upgrade voucher not applicable. Anyway thanks for the gesture. Special Thanks to Mr Passi for making our stay great and for everything for the fantastic surprise for our anniversary!I feel Rooms require renovation (which is long pending since COVID). Some foods require improvement in preparation. Ms Leena & Mr Vivek doing great job. Cafe 17 is just fine. The Lunch menu is very compact & limited, that pinched me. But the Manager, chief Chef Mr Manoj and other staffs tried their best. We certainly missed the DERA, will do next time.1st time faced issue with AMEX gift vouchers when they didnt considered my Members Rate bookings

Check-in wasn't very smooth. We had a 7 month old baby with us and it took us some time to get the third adult's ID. Meanwhile, seeing us struggling, the team could have checked-in the infant and the mother in the room first, but it didn't happen. We struggled for good 15 mins without anyone coming over and initiating a solution.||We have stayed in Taj properties before this, but food has never been disappointing. It was totally not worth it this time. We did complaint about daal bhaati, and thankfully the team did not charge a single rupee for it, but other food items weren't great either (atleast based on the earlier experience we've had).||We also requested a high chair for the kid during breakfast buffet. The person told us that one chair is in use and the other one is broken, but promised that as soon as the other chair will get free they will provide the chair to us. But the person totally forgot and handed over the chair to some other family! Haven't experienced all of this at Taj before.||We went to an ITC property after this and it was a totally opposite experience there. I'm not sure if I'll be experiencing Taj anytime soon again.||The best part was the view of the room and the birthday related surprise. We loved it.

We had a fabulous time. Taj Hotels are known for their impeccable service and warmth and we got to experience both. The brand seemlessly blends tradition with modernity making it a standout choice for travellers. Miss Chandrika went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was seamless and memorable. It wasn't just a stay but an experience that touched the heart. Every smile from the staff, every thoughtful gesture made it unforgettable.

Loved my stay. The most comfortable bed and awesome pillows. Hotel is an old property but well kept and maintained. Their service is good, breakfast was not so lavish, it was a limited selection. But I slept comfortably and that's more important

It is such an amazing property. Not only by the location or facilities... each member of the team made us feel so welcome. Right from check in till we left. The compassionate security staff at the entrance - my mom needed the wheel chair. The check-in experience and Nanaika has put Taj signature Tulasi maala and applyied tilak in the traditional way- with love. The rest of the team was amazing. They made us feel so welcome and happy at breakfast. Such personal attention. My niece had a fracture, unfortunately, the previous evening- so now we were rolling two wheel chairs.... Rajesh , Sushmita and others made sure we were served whatever we wanted with love.. It's such an amazing experience...we are going again...
