From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. After a long 6-7 hour road journey, the warmth, smiles, and personalized welcome at the front desk instantly made me feel refreshed and valued - it truly felt like the team already knew me. I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful room upgrade. The room itself was warm, cosy, super spacious, and incredibly comfortable.||What touched me even more was the level of care and anticipation from the team. At the reception, I was asked if I needed tea, coffee, or anything to eat immediately, and even whether I would like a wake-up call the next morning with tea or coffee. I requested a 5:30 AM wake-up call with a hot double-shot cappuccino - and to my absolute delight, the Taj team was exactly at my door at 5:30 AM with the coffee, served perfectly just the way I like it, along with a lovely variety of cookies. It was truly a “wow” moment filled with gratitude.||Additionally, the room was super cosy and welcoming, adding a new level of relaxation after my journey - it helped me completely unwind and feel rejuvenated. Every detail, every gesture, and every interaction reflected thoughtfulness, precision, warmth, and genuine care. This stay wasn’t just comfortable - it was emotionally uplifting and deeply memorable. I truly felt grateful for this experience.

Stay was very comfortable. Made to feel very welcome. Very professional staff. Met by Asst. Front Office Manager Karthik on arrival|| Butler Amit was excellent in his service|| Food was very tasty. Rooms were very well maintained and nicely done. Only if the gym could have more equipments suited for weight training including free weights. Overall, superb experience.

Checked in for a 2 week stint. Superb welcome given. Truly makes one feel like a celebrity. Everyone addresses you by your name which is a rarity nowadays . Butler Amit is sharp and very efficient. Room is really top of the line. Quality of maintenance is very good. Housekeeping services very efficient . Food is authentic and tasty. Overall, had been a great experience thus far.

I stayed here for the past two days (Room 1114), and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The room itself is okay, but the AC hasn’t worked at all. Despite raising the issue multiple times and being assured that it would be fixed, both nights I ended up sleeping without AC. When I reached out to the guest services team again, the only response I received delivered quite rudely was to “take a fan and see if it helps.” The least you expect from a hotel is basic service and responsiveness, and that was completely missing during my stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and stay. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I have some difficult and restricting dietary needs but they did not question anything and made everything I needed from scratch. So so helpful and the food was so good, you'd never even know they'd made amends. Avneet made our stay so special, thank you! Also everyone from the chef (Sumit especially), all the restaurant staff and the housekeeping and even the engineering team were so attentive. Thoroughly spoilt and this hotel will be a hard act to follow! The location was very helpful for us to travel to and from Delhi and also visit family nearby. Huge thanks and we'll be back 😊 x

I’ve always loved coming back here. Everybody is so warm and welcoming. They make you feel at home. This time, I thought I had lost my wallet there and they went through so much trouble to look for it. I’d like to thank Ms. Aarti and Mr. Kartik for being so thorough and generous in their efforts. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience as it never even left the house with me. I’m really sorry for affecting all concerned. Best wishes.

Hotel is all fine but nothing special. The restaurant on the ground floor is the worst dining experience I’ve had in India. Slow service and the staff were nice but totally untrained. Took 5 employees to get a simple order that I have been waiting for an hour to takeaway…. Food was average - same as European food with European price tag in India 🇮🇳…

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The location was very — close to metro. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and how smoothly the check-in process went. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
