Taj City Centre Gurugram

I had a wonderful stay at the Taj City Centre hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Gurugram. The location is ideal for exploring the city and everything is within easy reach. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—giving me a true sense of luxury and relaxation. A special thanks to Ms. Sapana, Deepak, Jitendra, and Sonu from the Housekeeping team for their exceptional service and attention to detail, which made my stay even more memorable. Their warm hospitality and prompt assistance ensured I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gurugram!

The hotel's luxurious ambiance and prime location made for a fantastic experience, but what truly stood out was the impeccable housekeeping service.||A huge commendation goes to Sonu, Sapana, and Deepak Kumar from the housekeeping team. My room was consistently spotless, refreshed, and perfectly organized throughout my stay. Nice hotel with great staff at the bar, security was also helpful but that guest services was of no use. I had headache but they did not had basic medicines for the same, neither I received any call from anyone asking if everything was ok or not!!!! I asked for candles they send me birthday candles 😣 which was of no use. My partner asked for a smoking room despite of that he was given non smoking room. Just a request to improve your services.

Had an amazing lunch buffet at Taj City Center! It was an absolute feast — a wide variety of dishes, delicious sweets, and an unlimited platter that truly lived up to the name. Every single item was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

Went to Culina44 resturant. The food was somewhat average not great, I have had much better and flavourful biryani. The Allipy fish curry was more north indian than from the south where it originally comes from. ||The server was confused about what he can and cannot provide in a set menu, it just seemed that they will provide whatever is already there in the buffet. If you ask for something else then they say the price is high but 100 rupee less dish is available. I didn't go there to negotiate on what I can eat!

Everything at the hotel is top notch.... Except for the Pigeons at the Pool. We spent a weekend at the hotel for our staycation. The club room on the 11th floor was squeaky clean and the fixtures in good shape. The only shortcoming in the room was the Hathway Set Top Box linked with the room TV. In this era of IP TVs, the hotel is using a legacy entertainment system. And since the actual remote for the TV is not provided, guests cannot use the casting feature available in the TV. Breakfast spread at the restaurant was decent and the wait staff is courteous. The only negative experience was at the Hotel Pool. There were Pigeons all around the pool.... which is OK.... But the sun beds were covered with their droppings.... which is not at all OK!

Everything is perfect. However. Food variety and taste can be improved. I stayed at Hyatt Regency and their breakfast and Dinner was amazing in taste and varities. Only this was missing here.
