Taj City Centre, Gurugram

Our stay at the Taj Hotel was absolutely amazing. My wife and I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The staff was extremely presentable, warm, and approachable, and the food was simply delicious.||We would especially like to thank Pankaj at the restaurant for treating us so well and making our dining experience truly memorable. A special mention as well to Mr. Bhargav Hegde, Director of Rooms — Bhargav, you are one of the best people we have ever met. You looked after us exceptionally well, and your hospitality made our stay extra special.||We are so happy we chose the Taj as our hotel, and this is an experience we will never forget. The Ambience of the hotel and room was pretty good, the cleanliness was top notch. The staff was very hospitable. We enjoyed the Evening treats at Baristaire, where Mr.Devashish served Hot Chocolate and Crimson Tart in an amazing manner. Then, we went To cullina For dinner and breakfast where Mr.Suraj , Mr.Pankaj, Mr.Parnav , Ms.Urvi , Ms.Shruti, Mr.Akshay and Mr.Ankit provided great service and exceptional hospitality. |Mr.Lalit Mohan from Housekeeping was very humble and helped us in understanding the room basics.|Everybody was excellent in providing service. Best place in terms of location, to host any sort of events. It's connected to public and private transport. Talking about ambience, it's a gem at the center of gurugram with a grand entrance and beautiful lobby. The decorations attracted every guest present. Service is also top notch. Reception has knowledgeable staff who are easily approachable. Washrooms were also near and clean. They have their premium restaurant named culina44 on the ground floor. In the restaurant buffet, service was a little slow but there were good options from veg/nonveg to choose from. Food was good but could be better in taste. The salad options impressed me but main course's taste needs to be improved. The dessert section has an exciting variety of sweets and items ranging from east to west. Overall it's a treat to stay here and have lunch/dinner with family or colleagues. I recommend.

One of the finest properties in Gurgaon. I was given a room on restricted floor which offered pool view. Very good food. And service was impeccable. General hygiene and cleanliness of rooms and washroom was good. Interior of the room was cozy. Highly recommended for staying.

Great experience, exceptional hospitality and a beautifully maintained property. The staff were highly skilled, attentive, and warm, which made our stay truly wonderful. The experience was made even more special by the thoughtful welcome message for our baby, a gesture we truly appreciated. The exceptional tea at Baristaire added extra flavour to our stay, and a special mention to Vaibhav and Devashish, who were absolutely awesome and made the experience even more memorable. A fantastic stay overall, and we look forward to returning.

Five star prices, 3 star rooms, and 2 star services. Staff has a motel attitude. You go for breakfast, 4 different staff members have eye contact with you, but they cleverly look away so they don’t have to receive you. Maybe it’s not their job. You go to get back your luggage from concierge and they ask you to show hotel paid bill before they give you your bags. Technically fair, but the kind of price they charge, this treatment is almost horrible. They won’t place an iron in the room unless you live in a suite. Not a bad place of it was a $60-$70 per night hotel. For their price there are plenty of other options with order of magnitude better services.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to help. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, and the amenities were top-notch, making the stay very comfortable. Special mention to Sadaf for her exceptional service and warm attitude — she truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended!
