Taj Connemara, Chennai

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were pleasant and well-maintained, offering a good overall experience. The food was decent, though not exceptional. One area that could use improvement is the service speed—staff were slightly slow at times. That said, the hotel still provides a solid 5-star experience and is definitely value for money. A good place to stay if you're looking for comfort and 5 star experience at good price.

It was a pleasant experience. Aesthetics and ambience is top notch. Well maintained. Staff was humble and sweet. Starting from front desk to housekeeping till buffet staff, everyone was courteous. And the food was super tasty and wide range of dishes were there with live counters. Mr Murali and other members took good care of us. Would love to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Connemara! The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and made for a restful stay. Guest services were prompt and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile.||A special mention for the breakfast experience – it was absolutely delightful with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff made it even better: Soma, Shaji, Yuvaraj, Dass, and Salim were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and made mornings something to look forward to.||Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and incredibly comfortable. Would definitely recommend and return!

Loved every moment of the stay! It was a great experience staying in Taj Connemara, Chennai. The room was very spacious and spotless. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Special thanks to Shaji in the restaurant for your professionalism and help.

My overall experience at Taj connemarra was extremely peacefully, the ambience and the environment is very positive and the best part of this stay is Staff. |Staff here is very polite and amazing.r Bhaskaran sir is amazing and I personally appreciate and respect his professionalism and efforts. It was my first experience in Taj and I enjoyed my lunch because Mr.Bhaskaran sir was extremely enthusiastic and served all the special requests. I really liked the hospitality . Thank you

My friend actually booked a room for 1 night, we were there for a banquet function. Staff are not up to the taj standards The front office staff are not even smiling at the guest, they don't seem welcoming at all.. food is so delicious, security was so welcoming than the staff. Maybe they give 5 stars experience only to celebrities and business people.. it's an honest review !

Taj hospitality at its best. The hotel is a colonial era bungalow that has been converted and has two wings. The luxury (newer) wing - with modern rooms, and the colonial with with traditional rooms. The one I stayed in overlooked the pool in a gorgeously curated garden lush with trees. The service by everyone was spot on, and very welcoming

Disaster stay!!! Stayed here for 2 nights. Service standards are pathetic ! Very casual attitude towards guests. Ordered dinner on day 1. One of the worst tasting food. Zero value for money. Billing instructions were messed up . Level of understanding and internal communication is below par. On checkout , asked for bellboy . Had to call 3 times to remind. 3 different people picked up. After 25 mins , find a trainee "strolling" the corridor. Went down to reception and find 3 staff chatting. Seems like the hotel is run by untrained staff. If this is Taj standards , shame !!Never stay here again.
