had a wonderful stay at this beach resort. The location is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning ocean views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious and fresh. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach. I would definitely love to visit again!

Absolutely overrun by noisy children- family friendly but not relaxing for adults. This is our 4th visit to this hotel and we were terribly disappointed. In advance of the stay and having previously experienced nouse issues we asked for an upstairs villa room. To our surprise on arrival this had not been actioned and we therefore had to wait till the next day to move and unpack. Even then we were allocated an adjoining room with noisy neighbours- not good! Breakfast is still of quality but it is total chaos- tables not cleared, food add drinks ordered but dont arrive or only after several requests. The whole thing lacks coordination. Throughout kids are running and screaming. On the one occasion we had dinner it was the sane- nobody came to take an order and kids screaming. The grounds continue to be beautiful and very well maintained. The renovated pool is beautiful. The rooms are also well maintained although starting to need renovation. This is a very expensive hotel and I would only stay if you have small children and are keen to enjoy the facilities or you dont mind the creche atmosphere.

Taj hotel was good but trip.com experience was very bad they did not pay for my reservation to Taj hotel and I had to pay again when I checked out and when I asked why it wasn’t paid they gave me a run around will never use this app again just warning people be careful

Our stay at Taj Exotica was was an absolutely perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting a wonderful tone for our trip. Our villas were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with crisp linens The food at the restaurant was exceptional – fresh, delicious, with great variety, and the service was always attentive and efficient. We loved the pool overlooking the Arabian Sea and found the spa treatments incredibly revitalizing. The location is ideal, with a private path leading directly to a clean, quiet beach, perfect for relaxing walks. We felt truly rejuvenated and can't wait to return for a longer stay!

We especially loved the challenging game of Nine Men’s Morris (which we learnt was introduced by Narmin) and the painting activity that brought out the artist and the child in all of us 😊❤️||What makes this experience truly special is our long association with the Taj. We have been coming back for many years—ever since our children were in school, and now even as they’ve grown into young adults. That continuity, that sense of familiarity and belonging, is rare and precious to us.||The hospitality here goes far beyond comfort. Whether it’s the warmth at Sala di Pranzo, the gracious welcome by the security and arrival teams, or the ever-enthusiastic Taj Kids team, the attentiveness of the house keeping staff- every interaction is marked by love, respect, and thoughtfulness. ||Chef Naveen, a true veteran in his craft, creates the most delectable meals with the support of his exceptionally efficient team. What truly sets him apart is the warmth with which he engages with every guest, taking the time to understand individual preferences and infusing each dish with his own distinctive flair—transforming every meal into a memorable and enriching dining experience.||Over the years, we have been fortunate to experience countless sublime spa sessions with Mr. Bijoy, whose gentle presence and unhurried grace have a calming magic of their own, soothing the mind even before his healing touch begins, and leaving us deeply relaxed, renewed, and at peace.||Leadership truly makes a difference, and the ever-gracious GM, Ms. Sheetal Singh, embodies this beautifully. After we expressed our desire to extend our stay by a night, she generously upgraded us to the Presidential Villa—an unforgettable gesture that left us deeply touched. We recently stayed at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa to celebrate two very special milestones — our 10th wedding anniversary and our daughter’s 7th birthday. My husband thoughtfully chose this property hoping to make these moments unforgettable for our family. Let me begin by appreciating the positives. The property is undoubtedly vast, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. The views are serene, and there are many picturesque spots across the resort. The natural beauty and landscape are truly impressive. However, the experience did not match the expectations associated with a luxury property of this stature. At check-in, although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, our room was not ready until 3:30 PM. Despite this, we were asked to complete the full payment process before the room was available. We were advised to explore the property or have lunch while waiting. Considering we were traveling with children and the weather was extremely hot, the delay without proper arrangements for comfort was inconvenient and tiring. More importantly, we had clearly informed the team in advance that we were celebrating two occasions. We were assured that something special would be arranged. Unfortunately, on the actual day of our anniversary (25th), there was no gesture — no anniversary wish, no small cake, no bouquet, no note, no special dining acknowledgment. There was simply nothing. For our daughter’s birthday, the only arrangement was a bed decoration made with leaves spelling “Happy Birthday.” It felt identical to the leaf arrangement used on the check-in day that read “Welcome to Taj.” There was no small cake, no personalized touch, no thoughtful effort — especially surprising for a property known for hospitality excellence. Our children noticed the absence of any celebration gesture, and it was disheartening. What should have been a cherished memory felt overlooked and impersonal. In luxury hospitality, it is often the small thoughtful touches that create lasting impressions — and sadly, those were missing. Additionally, we found the food options to be quite limited, which further reduced the overall experience. We have stayed at several premium properties in India and internationally, including destinations like Maldives and Mauritius, where special occasions were acknowledged with warmth and thoughtful planning. Those experiences truly made us feel celebrated and valued as guests. Here, despite the grandeur of the property, we felt emotionally disconnected and unacknowledged during moments that were deeply personal to us. I truly appreciate my husband’s intention behind choosing this resort for our 10th anniversary, but I wish the experience had matched the importance of the occasion. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as Taj as a brand is known for exceptional hospitality. A little more attentiveness and personalization could make a significant difference for families celebrating meaningful milestones.
