We spent a few days in a Water Villa at Taj Exotica during our honeymoon, and the experience was truly exceptional. The resort is incredibly luxurious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The boat transfer from the airport to the island was quick and seamless, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. One of the absolute highlights was dining at the 24 Degrees restaurant. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of regional dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. What made it even more memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the restaurant manager, Mr. Ahmed Rabeem. He personally checked in with us each time we dined there, ensuring everything was perfect. His genuine hospitality made it one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The location itself is breathtaking — the perfect setting for a relaxing and romantic holiday. We would return in a heartbeat to relive the same level of luxury and comfort.

The stay was pleasant… hospitality was wonderful as ever. Room cleanliness top notch. Chef Mario was marvellous , loved each of the dishes and the way he presented it. |If you would like to relax and unwind yourself in their pool side bar…do check for Sajika. He is one exceptionally skilled guy, he’ll surprise you with his cocktail and treasured drinks.

Our stay at the Taj Exotica in the Maldives was absolutely incredible. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The service throughout was exceptional, but Mohmed truly made our experience unforgettable. He went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife, making sure every detail was perfect and that we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time. We’re so grateful for his kindness and dedication.

Traveling feels great|The staff was very welcoming and we were very happy with the food, and most importantly my butler was amazing! We had an amazing week at this hotel! I’m sure there are many great places to stay in the Maldives, but this one is special. It’s been around for almost 40 years, and while you can see a bit of wear, it’s very well maintained and clearly run by people who know how to offer excellent service and a great experience. We especially recommend it for its unbeatable location, wide range of activities, and high-quality food. A special thanks to Elena, the Spanish manager of the hotel, for her warm and friendly attitude—she really made us feel at home.

Located not far from MLE airport (takes max 15 min on boat to reach) Personnel of resort were friendly, helpful and genuinely sweet! Very clean island! You can take snorkeling set and check out fishes under the villas.
