Fantastic service blended with rich history of the place. Excellent hospitality giving utmost care to even minute things. One of the best stays in India. Quality of food is amazing. Sudhakar , Anwar everyone ensures that the food not only touches the stomach but also the heart. SPA service was so soothing as well. A place that you can stay , watch peacocks and ducks and pass wonderful time with stillness embraced.

Unique palace converted into a hotel, we felt like royalty during our stay. We loved the horse carriage ride and the daily tea/snacks. The service was impeccable and faultless. The breakfast was great, good variety, lovely teas and beautiful views across the city. Dinner was great too, good portion sizes. The only negatives were location, as it was further from the city centre but we were not keen on leaving the hotel anyway, and the rooms are beautiful but slightly dated.

Service at Taj Falaknuma Palace is beyond impeccable—it is warm, intuitive, and genuinely heartfelt. You feel at home, yet spoiled and exquisitely cared for. A special mention to Dhara, Shubham and Javeed for making us feel at home. Dhara was very helpful to us, and we really appreciate the helpful service provided by the front desk. Shubham's reception warms us up. Javeed is very excellent driver who is humorous and talkative. |Dining at ADAA is an experience unto itself—the flavors are exceptional, and the setting is atmospheric and intimate. A special mention to ELIZABETH, She is an excellent waitress.|From the ingredients used, cooking methods, to the taste, ELIZABETH spent her time to describe details for us. She fully understands each dish and can present it in its entirety. My family really enjoy out time at ADAA.||The spa, nestled deep in the Palace, silent and peace. Good massage skill make me unforgettable. I had an amazing massage experience here. Everything is good, but only one thing could be improved: When I check- in the front desk of SPA, there was a lady who is responsibility to took me changing my clothes and taking a bath. When using steam bath, the bell of mobile phone keeping ringing. It's very disturbing.||Until then thank you to everyone at the Taj Falaknuma for an amazing holiday.

My husband surprised me with a stay at Taj Falaknuma Palace for my birthday, and I must say it was the best experience ever, literally! From the moment we arrived, every single detail was pure perfection. The hospitality was world-class warm, thoughtful, and personalized in every way. Every staff member made us feel like royalty. The grandeur of the palace, the serene atmosphere, and the attention to detail created a truly magical experience. The food? Absolutely next level! Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and served with elegance. Every moment spent there was worth it. My experience at Falaknuma was absolutely flawless!! The entire staff treated us like royalty from check in to check out. The personalization, attentiveness, and in depth service was incredibly welcoming and unmatched for the price. The room was immaculate and very cozy. The views all around the palace are breathtakingly beautiful. All of the food was delicious, fancy, and always came in plentiful portions. At the end of our stay the chef personally thanked us. Suman did an outstanding job of serving us, he was always so polite, attentive, and helpful. You absolutely HAVE to stay here if you’re visiting anywhere near Hyderabad. I can’t wait to come back!!

It is located at top of a hill, guests are often welcomed with a horse drawn carriage. Receiving a warm ceremonial greeting that evoke the Nizam era. It is designed in a unique scorpion shape, it has lavish interior and also has the world's largest dining table, seating 101 guests. There are 60 rooms and suites. Ranging from restored historical suites to luxurious royal rooms. They also provide a personal butler service. And the thought of dining where Nizams once entertained Kings and Queens heightens excitement. The first glimpse of the city from the palace terrace is very beautiful.

We stayed here with our family for a special occasion, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, and what impressed us most was that everyone from the security staff onward knows the history of the place and is happy to share it. Special thanks to Aruna, the bold and welcoming lady at the main gate, who not only greeted us warmly but also clicked some amazing photos for us. We would also like to appreciate Mr. Hemanth and Ms. Dhara from the front office for their outstanding support and hospitality. The stay truly feels like being at home, pampered in every way. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!
