We had a wonderful stay at Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa, Kovalam. The property is beautiful — lush, serene, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention to James at the front desk, who took the time to explain the property layout and amenities in detail and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. His warmth and attentiveness truly made a difference. Breakfast at Jasmine Bay was another highlight. Dheeresh, who served us, was extremely polite and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. The culinary experience was elevated further thanks to Sous-Chef Harish Rawat, who went above and beyond by personally checking on guests and addressing any concerns with great professionalism and warmth. Before we left, he surprised us with a chocolate pastry and a handwritten “Thank You” note — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the backwater boat rides along with the beautiful beach sunsets made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was an exceptional experience defined by personalized service and heartfelt hospitality. We look forward to visiting again!

Our stay at Taj Kovalam was absolutely wonderful. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning sea views, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes us feel relaxed .The room were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering gorgeous views of the surroundings. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff especially Sebastian and Sanal. Every team member was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay. The service was seamless and exceeded expectations.

We stayed at the property for 3 night including the 2026 new year eve. The property is nestled within perfect greenery and has access to the beach as well. The room also had perfect view overlooking the lagoon and the ocean. Kids enjoyed a lot with the pool being main attraction for them. Staff was very polite and all the requests were promptly addressed. |Special shout out to chef Harish Rawat. Our biggest worry was food for our 10 month old baby. However the chef ensured that the baby had sufficient food options beyond the menu. This attention to guest needs and hospitality is the reason that takes us again and again to Taj properties.

We stayed at Taj Cove to celebrate a birthday and had a memorable experience. The ambiance and lush greenery created a calm atmosphere and a perfect getaway. While the stay wasn’t entirely flawless due to a room-related issue, we strongly believe that a hotel should be judged by how effectively they resolve problems — and Taj truly excels at this. The duty manager on shift, who was also the chef, stepped in promptly to resolve the issue. A special shoutout to Akhil, the housekeeping manager, who personally ensured that everything was fixed immediately and that we were comfortable throughout. At Jasmine Bay restaurant the sous-chef Har Singh Rawat also went above and beyond, personally checking on guests and addressing any concerns. The food was outstanding, especially the local cuisine, The attention to detail and hospitality by Sujit at the restaurant was also impressive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property as a great getaway destination. 🌿✨

I had a wonderful time for 3 nights at this resort. I must say the service was impeccable with outstanding views of the backwaters from your rooms, and a private Taj strip, extending across the backwaters and the ocean. This offered an outstanding view. The hotel was also not to far from the kovalam beach, which is far cleaner and family friendly in comparison to Goa. The food was also outstanding. Breakfast at Jasmine bay, the restaurant was great. I must commend Mr. Abhishek’s efforts to make our experience at jasmine bay and the resort overall outstanding. Abhishek always gave us timely updates on our orders, and came to greet us, asking about our day every morning. He did this without fail everyday to everyone. In conclusion, the experience of the hotel was great.

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous ocean views. Hospitality is top notch and unmatched. Abhishek was a great host, every team member was fantastic and makes sure you get taken care of. Bait is also a fantastic seaside dining place, perhaps one of the best with unique flavors. The team there was fantastic too, Dhiraj and all! They have a beach that you can walk on but no lifeguards so going for a swim is restricted. There’s good beaches a few minutes away
