Stayed at Taj from 16-18th July. This was the most horrible stay that I had with any of the Taj properties or any of the 5-stars that I’d stayed. The property badly needs renovations as it has started looking very dull and dingy. The check-in was very slow and the room given to us was very dull. We were travelling with my teenager kids and despite repeated requests on booking and while checking, we were allotted afar rooms and not adjoining. At the time of booking, they told us they had no adjoining rooms. But when I pointed out after reaching the property that you do have them, they said now it’s sold out.|The worst part was that 17th morning, around 6.00am, the bed in the kid’s room broke down and my daughter injured her back. For almost 3hours, from 6am-9am, I kept calling for help, dialling at the reception, even demanding to speak to the manager, no one came to our aid. Even the cart fellows that were crossing the room, when asked for help, they didn’t even stop to ask what was the problem and why was I calling them. After too much of hue and cry, and a lot of shouting from my part, They finally shifted our room and gave us an upgrade to a cottage. I requested that this room is further too far from my Kids room, but they had no option because they were no rooms available nearby. So we took the room, but the telephone services were not working in the room. Now the same juggle starts again. Since the phones are not working, I can’t call the reception, so I’m trying to call from my mobile to the reception and every time it is being diverted to some other number, and nobody is ready to listen to my problem. I stand outside the room, shouting at every buggy Walla crossing by, but they don’t bother to stop. So I walk up to the reception. Very desperately crying for help, and they acknowledge my problem. Since the vacation was a birthday gift to my son. They arranged for a birthday celebration for him. We were a little alighted that finally something good is happening on our vacation now, but the next day when we try checking out, the guy at the checkout counter. Inform us that we have to pay an additional cost for the upgraded room Because we had accepted the room, though we were not informed that there’s gonna be an additional charge, and we thought that this is because the Hotel was apologetic on their behalf. I was supposed to leave for the airport and the entire process the bargaining deal or the argument deal. Whatever you call. It took me two hours to the reception. I had to literally rush to the airport because I was very delayed. I tried complaining at multiple platforms, but nobody is ready to hear to what I am saying. This is the worst Taj experience anybody could ever have, and I was very disappointed. My kids have asked me not to ever take them back to any Taj property. During my entire stay, I kept demanding to speak to the regional manager or any concerned authority at the property, but nobody bothered to get in touch with us or at least give us some comfort because of the trouble caused to us.

I had a good time at the property, it was continuously raining during our stay at the property adding to the beauty of the property. A special note of gratitude needs to be expressed to Chef Steve Roger for providing me with different gluten free delicacies. Chitresh was the one who was always there for any help if needed. I would also like to thank other members of the restaurant team like Jaya,Sonu and Chef Saivo. |There were however two drawbacks I found in the property one was the services were very late and the other was that there was leakage in the washroom of our room 1059.|I would also like to thank Touseef from the housekeeping for decorating the room for my son's birthday.|Overall I had a good time at the property.

This would have not been possible without her. She didn’t just accommodate our requests - she anticipated them. The care and effort she put into ensuring we were comfortable and felt celebrated Di’s not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across someone who blends professionalism with such genuine warmth and personal touch. Thank you for making this stay a memorable one.

We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay at Taj Holiday Village. The children thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, and we were delighted to see them so engaged and happy. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon!

Authentic vibe of Goa, I wish I could stay there more. It was great experience, the rooms were clean and kept well. The true local vibe was on spot. Everything was really thoughtful from bathroom toiletiera to Sofa and Table lamp. The patio outside the room gives a relaxing experience. There were some fun activities for guest including paid or free. all you need to be prepared.

Taj at its best . Goa best resort to stay in taj village resort and taj fort aguada hospitality is next level , they treat u like family and best part is they hosted my Birthday to next level. Especially wanna thanks Shraddha Shukla and all taj team for making my birthday best birthday. Talking about Shraddha she is very nice soul and next level in delivering her efforts , without her my birthday won't be this level

It was lovely to celebrate my birthday at Taj Holiday Village resort in Candolim. Shraddha made sure our check in was smooth and she was genuinely hospitable as were the rest of the staff there. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the Goan cuisine was scrumptious too. Anthony helped us with the check out and was quite kind too. The experience was just amazing and highly recommend this property !
