Taj Mahal Hotel

It is an building renovated into a hotel, which have 2 parts side by side. Both are good. The ambience is great and the staff are quick and responds fast with out delay. Prices are affordable and taste is good. It has sufficient parking area of its own. Overall good experience.

1. Rooms are clean but they are not worth the price. 2. Did not provide a dental kit even after conveying 3 times. Slippers are not provided. 3. Wi-fi credentials provided late and still wi-fi did not work due to range issues. I had to connect the mobile hotspot to the laptop. 4. Buffet breakfast and tea on the 1st floor was not enjoyable and surely can be avoided. 5. Duvet (hotel bedding) had stains. 5. The hotel has plenty of parking. 6. Very good thing - they allowed extra hours on payment of some additional amount. 7. Excellent location and safety.

I had a very disappointing experience at Taj Mahal hotel. The service was extremely unprofessional, and the staff was rude when I pointed out that items were missing from my order. Instead of addressing the issue politely, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. I would not recommend dining here unless the management takes action to improve staff training and ensure customers receive what they pay for.

Came to celebrate my birthday with family but experienced the worst service ever. Taj Mahal Abids which was once an Hyderabad famous family restaurant for South Indian Thali. Now I can call it the worst In terms of food, service and customer satisfaction Will never suggest anyone again

Food in the ac restaurant is average. Service is not prompt. Reminder for water had to be given several times. No bowl given for hand wash. South Indian thali was served devoid of any pickles/podis. Lost the previous standards. Needs improvement.

The building is old and not maintained well. During my stay, the water tap was leaking all the time. AC makes a lot of noise. There is water on the washroom floor all the time not sure where it was coming from. It's not worth the money. However the location is very nice for any tourist.

I book my trip with make my trip and the description givenon that not match with room they provide, gyser not working and everything they provided only after demand , room is not too good for a three star hotel and bed to just normal kingsize and they assigned us for two adults and two kid no extra facility only one chair n table there how can four people can take meal or tea in that , only one hand wash basin that too inside washroom and u can't do even brush or wash hand if some one inside washroom. Guards are tooo unsupportive and unprofessional to deal with tourist , facilities only mentioned on paper not actual , they provide good breakfast but area for complimentary breakfast is tooo short and u have too wait for 20- 30 mins for that only good things are , receptionist and restaurant

Went here for breakfast, found seating area to be clean. Had ordered Poori and Tea. The service was fast, quality of Poori was good, it came with two chutneys and curry which were tasty. Taste of the Tea was great as well. Had ample parking for four wheelers which is great.
