Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Cochin

Everything from arrival to departure to stay was very well planned for us.. Enjoyed all the inhouse activities like yoga, evening live music, kuchipudi dance, lamp lighting, relaxation in pool, evening strolls across the property. ||The view from hotel as well as rooms is awesome especially the ones with sea view. |It was great to know the history of property too. ||Awesome hotel on willigndon island

Excellent property by the sea port with stunning views. The food was top-notch, and once you're in, you won't feel like leaving. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins and spent a great time in the pool overlooking the water. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and poolside food and beer service added to the experience. Hospitality was warm and attentive. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the water. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Kerala.

We had an unforgettable conference at Taj Malabar, Cochin, Willington Island. The hotel's majestic presence, immaculately maintained grounds, and breathtaking views set the tone for a luxurious getaway. The staff's exceptional service was truly remarkable – every interaction was met with warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness. They anticipated our needs, making us feel like royalty. The culinary experience was phenomenal, with an impressive spread of delectable dishes to savor. The hotel's ambiance, from the elegant decor to the serene surroundings, added to the enchantment of our vacation. What struck us most was the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone seemed dedicated to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfection. Taj Malabar, Cochin, is a masterclass in hospitality, luxury, and comfort. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cochin. The memories of our stay will linger long after we've checked out. Can't wait to return and experience it all again!

There is nothing like the Taj Malabar. The staff, the the sweeping views it offers, and the memories it holds for me. |27 years ago I bid adieu to Cochin from the very doors at Malabar that I walked into 27 years later, greeted by Elizabeth who introduced the Taj Malabar and it's offings to us and I listened for the first time :-). She went on to show us to our room however we gave the performances a skip being old Kerala hands, so can't comment on that offering. |However it was good to have meet a couple of old hands at the bar from back in the day too. |For me the new layout of the outdoor spaces capitalise on its million dollar location. The rooms upgrades I loved, esp the down pillows. |Thanks for the hospitality as always.

The pool suite is a little dated and a few small touches like a minibar with a kettle in the living room and pool towels next to the pool, would make it much better. The warmth and hospitality of the staff especially Elizabeth was outstanding. Akash & Abdul Salaam did a fine job.

It's a small but really beautiful resort. We stayed in the Heritage Sea View room. I got to see dolphins in the morning from my room. The check-in process was really nice. Their staff is awesome. The complementary boat ride and cultural shows were great. Breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The only thing to point out is that the resort is really far away from the main city.

We stayed here for the first time , it’s a beautiful property with a fantastic view and grounds . They have an evening Sunset Cruise which is worth it at a cost .|The Fitness Centre is small but has all the equipment - few mosquitos as I went very early in the morning .||The only complaint is that I did not get my 10 percent discount on F&B - I forgot to ask and nor did the hotel inform me about it - despite writing two emails to the Guest Relations Manager - Ms Elizabeth, nobody has bothered to call back or write back - it’s not the amount which is the issue but the principle . ||I would highly recommend Mr Abdul Salam , Concierge who helped in planning a week’s tour in Kerala, he has been very helpful.||I also recommend Anand PA in F&B. He was very helpful on both the nights we had dinner .

I stayed with my parents at Taj Malabar in interconnecting rooms in the Heritage wing.|My Father is in his mid 80s and he was very happy with the service and warmth of all the Taj employees.|The breakfast buffet was fabulous!|My mouth is still watering thinking of the amazing Lobster Curry at the Rice Boat restaurant.|Another highlight was the open-air dining experience at Dolphin's Point. where we tasted some great seafood preparations including squid and shrimp.|In addition, the manager who checked us in offered to upgrade my parents' room to an Executive Suite room with a breathtaking balcony view, but we politely refused because we wanted the interconnecting rooms instead.|My parents are planning to return on a regular basis as they live only 6 kilometers away.
