Taj MG Road, Bengaluru

As usual my stays at the Taj properties are the best. I stayed at Taj MG Road for 5 nights and the staff made sure that it was a memorable one. Neel and Abhishek at the front desk were exceptional. Special mention of Abhishek, its people like him that define hospitality. He left no stone unturned to understand my requirements (sometimes too many) and I must say that Taj has groomed him in an impeccable manner. The food was prepared under the guidance of Chef Karthik, who took special care and was available at odd hours. I was also accompanied by friends and family and our new year started on an amazing note.

It was a pleasure to come back to the Taj after several years and I am delighted to say the quality, the elegance and the first class service of the Taj Hotel has not changed a jot from the time I was here a few years ago. |My cousin Arti Hosali Kumar, a friend Gita Siddhartha and I came to the Trinity Dining Room for the renowned Buffet . We were greeted by the Associate Miss Beauty so graciously that I knew we were in for a treat. The food lived up to its reputation for excellence and we certainly did justice to it. The chef even gave our friend Gita the recipe for the date Kheer because she liked it so much. |As always, the ambience matched the other pleasures of eating here. We had a very warm welcome and an excellent stay here. Room was impeccably clean. The curtains and shades are electrically operated. Bedding and pillow options were Hypoallergenic as requested. I love the down pillows. They're what I use and are my absolute favorite. Food is reasonably good, better on weekends. We were presented a complimentary cake in the room as requested on special occasion. Spa is pretty good too. Will definitely recommend to stay here.

Most easy food to eat, very delicious! Loved it absolutely. Beauty was the one who was helping us with the service and food! She was very sweet to talk. This is not the first time we are coming, we have been coming since a long time now. Gonna visit again soon.

I'm really happy with the Hospitality provided by Taj MG Road. A huge shoutout to the entire crew. Reservation was swift, they accomodated the my gift card redemption for a Staycation package. The 90 minute spa session was really relaxing, therapist namitha was good. In room dining was a great experience. This was my first luxury stay and choosing Taj was the best decision.

Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are so many options at the breakfast buffet and they were all incredibly varied and delicious. The pool is also really nice, however it can be difficult to get drinks service poolside. During our stay it was also entirely in the shade by around midday, so it was a bit cold but that might be a plus depending on when you stay.

This is a fantastic hotel, offering top-notch luxury facilities. The menu is diverse, with delicious food that’s continually refined for an even better experience. The halls are spacious and beautifully designed, and the terrace is vast and impressive—definitely worth a visit. Although the entrance can be crowded and a bit messy, the staff remains friendly and helpful.

This was our 3rd time here but were very disappointed. We checked in late on 1st Feb. I had mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and requested for a cake which was never provided. I had asked them to place it in the room. We came back midnight, it wasn't there. Then spoke to them and they said vll do it in the next day during breakfast. The next day too it didn't come. We were checking out early. I didn't want to ask them again and again. Disappointed we went to UB City and celebrated there. I normally have a vanilla milkshake with my breakfast. I asked the chef for one, and they say, can't make it, Use whatever is there on the table. Service is very disappointing. For the new year we stayed at Taj Wellington, and the service was fabulous, I think it's because run only by women management who were very good at managing. Pros: Swimming pool was clean. Location is very good. We came here to make memories but left disappointed.
