Taj MG Road, Bengaluru

Quite old property but situated in an amazing location. Good place for office conference but not for weddings. Main course was average but starters were good. The dinning area for conference or events infront of halls was very small. It's very difficult to take food from buffet as lots of people and less space. Overall clean and properly maintained. Service staff was very attentive.

Had a wonderful stay at Taj MG Road, with excellent service, warm hospitality and very good food throughout. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for work as well as going out. Overall, it was a superb and memorable experience and I would gladly stay here again. Would just like to mention that the in-room media/entertainment system had a small glitch, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Hopefully this minor issue can be fixed, because everything else about the hotel was truly top-notch.

Me and my wife had a great stay at Taj MG road. Since it was my birthday, they made it sure to make it extra special and long lasting impression for us.|I wish the dinner food was as good as our overall stay.. There were very limited item and most of it was cold. The people service were great and made sure we have wonder experience. I would definitely recommend everyone to have this experience at least once.

I feel like I had to do more as a guest in comparison to other Tajs I've had the opporyto be to. When reached the place, the guy at the gate pushed us to another gate and the parking there had a note stating "parking at owner's risk" we wondered why this peculiar treatment for bikers. We had to walk from the public footpath to get back into the actual hotel. Was as if we had to go to a nearby shop and found parking elsewhere where it doesn't get tower. Anyway having said that, when at the reception to checkin we shared our concern and did say it felt quite prejudice when the cars could get it and bikes where asked to go elsewhere. They arranged for the bike to be picked up and valeted to the actual parking eventually. Apart from that we had a slight trouble getting staff to assist us during our dinner and breakfast together. Rest of the experience was truly amazing and the staff did take good care of us and our requests, including delayed checkout and to have some of the food delivered to the room when we couldn't finish all that was picked at the buffet. Very kind and accomodating indeed. Their trinity cafe and 7 rivers beer is quite good, their craft beers were really good. I had some incredible feedback from those who tried it.

Had an amazing stay at Taj MG Road, Bangalore! The moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The room was super cozy, spotless, and had a great city view. Loved the breakfast spread — everything was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect too, right in the center of the city. Overall, it was such a relaxing and pleasant experience… would definitely love to come back again!

Thanks to taj and the whole team for the whole two days stay.i had stayed in 402.the food service hospitality fitness centre location ambience and everything was awesome. Special mention about front desk team mr.abhishek srivastav and mr.harsh dikxit for smooth check in and check out.they sent a fruit platter and cookie as a hospitality guesture.thanks to sharfuddin from restaurant service. The buffett breakfast and food was awesome.the swimming pool was good.they have a in house micro brewery. Thanks for eveything.

This is a five-star hotel, but the employees here clearly need better training. The staff repeatedly rang the calling bell for random and unnecessary reasons. Within 20 hours, they visited the room five times, which is completely unacceptable. The lobby is always overcrowded because dine-in guests are allowed, and there is no separate lobby space for in-house guests. The front desk staff provided the worst experience. Service quality reflects immediately at the front desk, and the staff member handling our check-in appeared hesitant and uninterested in initiating the process. When guests are paying a premium price for even a single day, such lack of professionalism and enthusiasm is unacceptable. We were with the baby and the luggage but front desk didn't care about that. Facilities wise everything is good but Taj you have disappointed us and changed the hype and perspective that you had in our mind for all these years.
