Staying at TAJ Santacruz is always a homelike comfortable stay with the warmth showered by the staff across all departments.It is remarkable. The arrival experience starting from the hotel porch to checkin and then escorting to the room is so wonderfully TAJ like. Thank you Mr Yogesh (Assistant F&B Mgr) and the Front Office Team (Pradnya, Anuj, Sakina, Salim, Rameez, Abhishek, Rochelle, Yashashri, Meghna). The billing at the time of checkout was smooth and hassle free. The change of the reception counter has been thoughtfully done as it eliminates the probability of overcrowding to the minimum. Also guest could enjoy viewing the the fish pool as the check in and checkout process occurs. As mentioned earlier guests are never left unattended. The evening deep vandan ritual, very well conducted, adds to the positive and calm vibe of the lobby. It was a pleasure meeting Assistant Front office Manager Mr Shitesh Bhirti. The new uniforms are elegant, graceful and beautifully handcrafted.||The hospitality showered by The Tiqri Restaurant Managers (Mr Girish, Mr Uday, Mr Nishad, Mr John, Mr Sultan, Mr Rizwan) and their team (Gaurav, Bipasha, Shivani, Nishu, Harshu, Divya, Devika, Ram, Reshma, Shweta, Siddesh, Girish, Rahul, Gautam, Devesh, Prem, Anushka, Akansha Yogesh, Sonam, Jagruti, Prathamesh, Renold, Manisha, Dipika, Prashant, Ankush) is commendable. The Chefs of TAJ Santacruz create innovative dishes and give their guest a amazing varied culinary ride. The constant motivation and challenges put forward by Head Chef Nitin Minocha and Executive Sous Chef Milind Dhonsekar is always visible. Innovative healthy Chinese, Italian, Continental and Indian dishes made by the chefs of Rivea, China Inc and Tiqri is one of the main USP of the TAJ Santacruz. Also, it is an amazing experience to enjoy the luxurious rooms across the various categories. The Tiqri has Chef Amol (delicious Indian cuisines),Chef Biswajit(authentic Bengali food) ,Chef Gaurav Motling (pastries, cakes, caramel apple pie and lovely caramel custard), Chef Srimoyee (master at yummy nutritious salads), Chef Omkar Joshi ; The Rieva Chef Sushant and team (Chef Narendra, Chef Siddhesh) whose new innovative out of the box Italian dishes we enjoy to our hearts content; The China Inc has Chef Sudarshan and his team (Chef Arjun, Chef Bhaskar, Chef Kishore, Chef Kuldeep) for the outstanding mouthwatering Chinese cuisines. Both Rieva and China Inc take you through an unforgettable ride of Italian and Chinese cuisines. The constant improvisation of menus in all the three restaurants amazes us.. The inclusion of vegetarian dishes in China Inc and Rieva are worth the order. It is worth the mention that the standards of quality of food has always been maintained. The enthusiastic F&B Manager Mr Lokesh Pant aims to achieve the best. The spread at the Club Lounge is very expansive and delicious. The soft music played by the flutist and the interaction of Chef Johnny, Chef Srimoyee make breakfast time enjoyable A note of appreciation for Mr Rizwan for making customized teas and coffee.||Thankyou China Inc Team Restaurant Manager Mr Abhishek, Mr. Mohsin, Mr Prasad, Anjesh, Jessica, Rahul, Kaushik, Prashant, Suraj, Chrysantha, Kazipsing for being there and looking after us. Thank you Anjesh for the innovative mocktail served. ||The dining experience at Rieva was a wonderful experience once again. The guest care by the Rieva restaurant Mgr. Mr Abhishek and Mgr. Ajinkya along with their team (Sanika, Lawson, Aadarsh, Ikra, ) is well appreciated. The staff of both speciality restaurants (China Inc & Rieva) have good etiquettes of the speciality restaurants.||The enthusiasm and efficiency of the IRD/ Lounge team of butlers (Nikhil, Dhiren, Pratham, Manager Saqib Qureshi, Abhishek, Sanket, Sayli, Vipul, Stein, Mahesh, Kuldeep, Vishal) is always cherished by us and guests visiting the lounge. The cocktails and mocktails are very well curated at the Club Lounge.||The housekeeping department headed by Mr Vaibhav, Deputy Housekeeper Pramod Chaudhary and their efficient team ( Mr Avinash, Floor Supervisors (Mr Anmol, Mr Vishal, Mr Abhishek, Mr Avinash, Mr Niranjan) and team ( Jane, Imma, Floor Housekeeper Ishaan, Kunal ) ensured that the room is not only ready when we check-in but also is replenished with the requested amenities from time to time.
