Taj Santacruz

It’s a nice hotel with great hospitality . Good staff and the best part is the runway view from the hotel room. You can watch the planes takeoff and landing for hours and you won’t get bored .. the staff was courteous and helpful ensured we were served well and took great care of us. The night view is also amazing you can feel the planes going right underneath your eye level. It’s a must try ! Ensures you have full pants as they don’t allow shorts in the lounge, but they were kind enough to give some tea and snacks in the room and then in the restaurant . They didn’t bend the rules but they didn’t disappoint the customer as well and that’s what I call a truly taj standard service. That’s what separated them from other 5 star chains. Kudos to the team we loved the hotel , cherished the view of the runways and truly loved the service

We received exceptional service from Chef Johny Dabre, he made us feel like home. We travelled from Overseas and were longing for indian food and Johny ensured our every desire was fulfilled. We observed he makes every guest welcomed and always promotes healthy food eating. He ensured my family was well looked after and always goes the extra mile not treating us as just customers but as part of family. And that's why I would prefer to stay at Taj Santacruz as we don't get this feeling at any other Taj hotels group we stayed. In this trip we stayed at 2 other Taj hotels and Taj Santacruz stands out because you employ people who stand true to the values of the Company and are jewels that you should always cherish and is motivating. Thank you Taj Staff and soecial appreciation to Johny.

The hotel is very close to the airport; they also have a buggy to drop you off at the airport. We stayed there for 3 days; they have different desserts and new dishes for breakfast. The room service is very good. The steam room, sauna, and pool are excellent and provide a refreshing feel. The gym is also good. I like that, whether you are in the pool, gym, or steam room, water is readily available, reminding you to stay hydrated. In the room, there are also several bottles of water replenished daily.

This was our honeymoon stay and it was an absolutely splendid one. Richard Don Nunes, Chef Johnny, Chef Gaurav Chef Jomal, Rochelle, Gaurav and Yogesh provided us with such a lovely experience that we were really impressed with the Indian hospitality. After having just returned from Thailand we were comparing how Taj is leagues better than any of the experiences we have had internationally. Thank you for a great time. The room was overloooking the runway and was decorated in such romantic manner. My wife and I were extremely impressed.

Think about hospitality, think about Taj. |We always prefer to stay in Taj, one of the reason being it feels home. Rooms are spacious clean. Facilities are great.|Recently stayed in Taj Palm Dubai and Taj Santacruz, and both experience was jus amazing and memorable. ||Food at Taj Santacruz has always been yummy n lip smacking. |All thanks to Chef Johny , Chef Asif, and Chef Ravi, who always put an extra effort into making it special for us more so Jhonny, who always makes it special with his great energy. Many of the other staff were great. Sonali from the front desk was very sweet. Many more people from various departments were helpful. |Love staying at Taj.

I stayed at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai for 4 days. During the stay - everything was awesome. however, during the check-in process, i had swiped my personal CC (pre-Auth) and during checkout swiped a different CC to clear the payment and i was informed that, the Pre-Auth would be revoked, However that did not happen unless i repeatedly called them and the operator was so arrogant and would cut the call many times on hearing the voice, this is so bad for the brand and legacy that Taj has maintained. Kindly understand the customer concerns, Nobody would receive the call at the Front desk also even after calling them back to back for 4 hrs.

Our stay here was a good 5 nights. The service was good. The receptionist knew what she was doing. They had a nice soft toy for the kids when they completed their fun passport details given by the hotel. There is a bookstore opposite the reception. The rooms were great. The view from the room was lovely. The rickshaws outside the hotel charge a lot (prepaid). If we walk to the rickshaw stand, we will get charged as per the metre. It's good to have a car at your disposal if you don't want to walk. The best part is that it's a 2 minute walk to the hotel reception from the arrivals section of the airport.

Biggest Room in Mumbai compared to other 5 star properties... And the only place to have a clear view is to see all Aircraft land and take off clearly. Plus the staff are very friendly, especially the Paji from Valet, chef johny from Tiqueri and Rocheal from Gest services.
