Taj Santacruz

We visited this property in August 2025. Our overall stay at the hotel was comfortable and it had all the necessary amenities expected of a Taj Property. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the runway which I always like. This was the third time we had stayed at the hotel.||Front Desk||I think the front desk needs some retraining, our check in process was not smooth nor was our check out process. They need to be trained on how to manage the queue during check in wherein people are checked in the order they are in the queue. There was an error in billing during checkout which we pointed out (laundry charges were extra). The staff should be aware of what room has what discounts; this is not something that the guests should have to tell the hotel staff.||Room Staff||Overall, the room staff was great and did their job satisfactorily.||Dining||Although we did not eat dinner at the hotel, we did have breakfast at the hotel (Tiqri) and that was excellent. The dining staff and the service staff were excellent and attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. Chef Johny Dabre came out and spoke to us and was very attentive as well to our needs and asked us to reach out to him if there was anything that was needed. People like him keep the Taj Legacy of service with a smile going.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ My stay at Taj Santa Cruz was overall fantastic – the property is beautiful, service is excellent, and the food was top-notch. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance truly matched the luxury standards of the Taj. However, I was a bit disappointed to be charged an additional ₹6000 + taxes just because I arrived 2 hours before the standard check-in time. For a hotel of this level, I expected a more flexible or guest-friendly policy. This is like arm twisting. That said, everything else about the experience was wonderful, and I would still recommend the property for a premium stay near Mumbai Airport.

I was so anxious that I was not getting a reservation at the hotel when Debolina picked up my call and make everything so easy. My father and I met after a long time and oh what a great time. ||Chef Johny was so cheerful at the restaurant, all housekeeping staffs were so warm and welcoming and front desk team was extremely friendly and helpful. The view of the room was the show stopper.

The hotel is pure luxury, with beautifully designed interiors and outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and made the stay extra special. One of the best parts is its location – right next to the airport, which makes it super convenient. From the room, you even get a stunning view of the runway – a really unique touch. Absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and world-class hospitality.

Although the check in counters were full of people waiting to be checked in but it was great to see front desk team managing it all so smoothly. Debolina helped me check in and then Prashant got my bags quickly. Later I tried the Chinese restaurant which was lip smacking. Breakfast was again full of guests, seems like the hotel is doing great. Overall good service.

Friendly staff, very good service. Amazing food. Best location after long journey as it is near airport. Need more amenities in the room example- more toiletries and extra toilet papers, dustbin with lid, etc. also an instruction manual to understand the room light systems.

Had an amazing dining experience at Tiqri! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even more special. A big thank you to Rizwan, Prathamesh, Deepak, and Ankit for being so friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They took care of every detail and made our birthday dinner truly memorable.

Wonderful dinner experience at the Tiqri restaurant, Taj Santa Cruz. We had the buffet. The spread was great with delicious options of both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. What I loved was the sugar free dessert options. What we really appreciated was the warm service that's the hallmark of the Taj. Special mention of Rizwan, Suraj, Ayaan, Mohsin and Reshma.
