From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism shown by the doorman set the perfect tone for our stay. Every team member—from Front Office and Housekeeping to the Restaurant FOH, BOH culinary team, and the In-Room Dining kitchen—worked seamlessly to deliver outstanding hospitality. A special mention to Ayush Sethi, followed by Neeraj, Devesh, Navraj, Rudra, Vikram, Pranami, Rashami, Silky, and Sneh, whose dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and a personalised touch throughout our stay. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures that made our family stay so special—a beautiful complimentary cake for our daughter’s birthday, a delightful pottery session, a safe and engaging kids’ playing area, and a lovely complimentary high tea in the evening at the lawn. Special appreciation to the In-Room Dining kitchen team for kindly preparing fresh baby food on request, and to the Housekeeping team for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. The dining experience was outstanding, especially the amazing breakfast buffet with a fulfilling and well-curated variety, offering something for everyone and setting the perfect start to each day. The consistency, passion, and teamwork across all departments truly reflect the timeless Taj ethos. Dinner buffet needs little improvement and more options compared to breakfast menu. Heartfelt thanks to everyone in each department of the hotel for creating such a warm, memorable, and enriching experience. Nice hotel that recently changed ownership and it is now a Taj. The renovation is moving forward and the hotel is gaining from that. The location os good of you need to be in Faridabad, but need to know it's far from the airport and from downtown.Food is ok, while breakfast is not so interesting and can be really messy when the hotel is booked

This feedback message is for Mr. Ramneet Singh( Hotel Manager): 1. It took more than 30min for us to check in which was unusual for us, in a 5star hotel only 2 counters were operational and rest there wasn't anyone else. How come a guest is being asked to wait simply for a check in and later the staff suggests to take the kid to the kids room to wait for another some more time? 2. Kids room: the staff lady there asked us to take of the child as she needs to go for breaking her ramadan fast, does that mean they don't have a backup staff ? 3. Food: the worst dine in experience (Dinner & Breakfast) , in a 5star failing to understand what can be the issue is it the chef or some mismanagement inside ,tasteless food with poor service. Total waste of money of including food in our stay. Staff isn't trained how to deal with guest, when the starters & main course weren't worth having we ordered pizza & pasta but that turned out to be pathetic. Staff has no basis courtesy of even asking if the guest needs something except they will come to the table just to ask for the clearance of utensils. Very unprofessional staff!! 4. Check out: while checking out staff at the reception mentions to pay for the cricket we played for 5min, again this was strange and shocking for playing the games should this be chargeable ?? Never heard!! Where is it posted for the chargeable games & whose responsibility should it have been to inform prior?? Feeling really low in writing this feedback for a hotel like Taj!!

Our stay from 31st Jan 2026 to 2nd Feb 2026 at Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa ( Room No. 857) was truly memorable and filled with warmth, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. The entire team ensured that every moment of our visit felt special and relaxing. A special mention to Mr. Shubham Rohila (Front Office Trainee) for his ever-smiling presence and readiness to help. He consistently went the extra mile to make us comfortable and attended to every request with genuine care and professionalism. We would also like to appreciate Mr. Sanjay Thakur from Housekeeping (8th Floor) for maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms and corridors were impeccably maintained, reflecting great attention to detail. The mornings were made even more delightful by Mr. Mahendar Rawat, the flautist, whose soothing and engaging tunes created a beautiful ambience during the breakfast buffet, making dining a truly enriching experience. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to the entire buffet team for the delicious spread and their warm, courteous service. Their attentiveness and hospitality added so much joy to every meal. Had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout. A special thanks to Mr Navraj (Restaurant Manager) and his team Areeb, Ritu and Shilpi and Chef Arnav ensuring a great culinary experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again

We recently stayed for two days at Taj Surajkund, and the experience was truly exceptional. Having visited the property barely six months ago, the transformation was striking. Everything appeared refreshed and elevated the dining locations, décor, mannerisms of the staff, and even the underlying themes had evolved beautifully. What impressed us most was the seamless coordination between management and the working team. It was evident that people were performing with commitment and pride, without the need for constant supervision. There was a distinct sense of calm, peace, and tranquility reflected in every corner from the ambience to the smallest details in décor. Our visit coincided with the celebration of our grandson, making the stay even more special. We genuinely felt at home. The rooms were superb, and at every point be it the restaurants, common areas, or services we were treated with warmth, dignity, and due respect. A special word of appreciation for Mr. Ramneet you truly seem to possess a magic wand. Watching you interact personally with guests, bend down to speak to young children, and engage warmly with everyone staying and dining spoke volumes.
