Our recent one-night stay at Taj West End Bangalore was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the friendly receptionist set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The unexpected room upgrade was a delightful surprise, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The hotel itself is a stunning testament to its heritage, meticulously maintained with impeccable cleanliness and a captivating aesthetic. The guided heritage tour provided fascinating insights into the hotel's rich history, while the serene temple and charming rabbit park within the property added unique touches to our stay. Overall, our experience at Taj West End Bangalore was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and the captivating ambiance of this historic property created a truly memorable stay.

The hospitality and service was another level altogether. Mohan, Venkatesh, Saravanan and team delivered sheer excellence in looking after us during our dining at The Machan, every single day. They were absolutely courteous, polite, always smiling and super efficient. The service from in-room dining too was top notch. All our needs were taken care of. The team taking us around in the buggies too were very efficient, polite and courteous. The housekeeping staff too were super efficient and made us very comfortable. Everything every day was spotlessly cleaned. Every one was always going out of their way in helping us and making us feel happy and comfortable. A special shout out to duty manager Varsha who was the first person we faced - such an amazing first impression which lasted right till the end and lived up to the Taj hospitality in every sense. In fact, staff at Taj West End refine the amazing Taj experience by constantly taking it higher and higher. Keep shining all you stars!

I had a wonderful yet very short stay here. Despite being centrally located, the hotel itself feels like a resort given the greenery and the way it’s built. Breakfast and hospitality were regular top notch Taj standard. They are spread in a large area so good walking area. Would want to re-visit this and stay a bit longer to actually soak in the property.

The hotel was outstanding and one of the best. It is so good ,I would actually rate the best in south.The hotel preserves the old heritage of the land. It keeps the old design on the outside while maintaing the modernish design in the inside.|I can keep talking about the garden and the environment... It's that good. Just finished our buffet lunch at the Taj West End hotel. The food, as usual, was great! Cooked and spiced perfectly. Mohan and Saravana are offer outstanding g service and are such a pleasure to talk. We see them both at breakfast and lunch and look forward to seeing them each day. What a wonderful place to stay during our time in Bengaluru.

I recently stayed at this Taj West End hotel and had an amazing staycation/holiday experience. The service and hospitality were exceptional, making my stay truly memorable. As a vegetarian, I was delighted by the variety of options available in the dinner buffet. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly caring. A special mention to Santhosh, who not only ensured a comfortable stay but also suggested exploring the beautiful terrace garden. The hotel has a unique charm, featuring over 100 rabbits and ducks roaming around, adding to its serene ambiance. Nestled in the midst of a mini forest, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat, making you forget you're actually in the heart of the city. It also houses one of the oldest trees in the area, enhancing its natural beauty. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and nature.

Amazing breakfast experience with hosts Mohan & Saravanan. ||Very good spread of breakfast items and our hosts catered to every single request with a warm smile. ||This was definitely one of the best breakfast experiences of my life. Can't wait to come back here again.
