Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth Even a Single Star
I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. Firstly, the room was misleadingly advertised – it only had a double bed, not the queen-size bed as mentioned. The toilet was not clean and Neat not up to a star review , which was shocking and extremely inconvenient.
The breakfast service was equally disappointing. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. What’s worse, the manager was outright rude, showing no courtesy or willingness to address any concerns. Always just argument which shows purely unprofessional.
This place is absolutely not worth the money, and I would never recommend it to any family. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel.
Before booking, I clearly informed the manager about our children. He assured us that kids could stay for free. Please do not assume we are first-time travelers—we are experienced guests and fully aware of what to expect from a hotel, especially one advertised as a 4-star property.
Unfortunately, the reality of your services did not meet even basic 3-star standards. Misleading information was given, and several promises made at the time of booking were not honored. This is not acceptable.
You also claimed that children were playing at 11:00 PM, which is completely false. We were all at your coffee area between 6:00 PM and just before 7:00 PM. This kind of misrepresentation is disappointing and unacceptable.
We did not come to the masjid to keep our children silent at 6:00 PM. Families deserve to be treated with understanding and respect. Sadly, our experience showed that your hotel is not family-friendly at all.
Additionally, when we requested an omelet, it was refused without any discussion. Attempts to communicate were dismissed, and it seems like the goal was to avoid accountability rather than improve your standards—something we also observed in the behavior of your manager.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure future guests receive the service and honesty they are promised.
