The Japanese masks in this shop caught my eye whenever I walk past this shop during the pandemic. I never had time to stop by. Last Saturday, my husband and I were waiting for a restaurant nearby to open, and I decided to pop into Takumi Artisans. I am pleasantly surprised to discover that the shop specializes in Hakuza! There is a whole range of exquisite well-designed products made out of gold leaf. But the shiniest gold in this shop is Georgina. She is passionate about the craft she represents, and is knowledgeable. Her service level even rivals Japanese service standards. If I were to use SQ for comparison, Georgina's service standards is befitting of clients flying first class. As a former service excellence trainer, I am happy to pronounce that Georgina is a super rare gem in Singapore's service industry!

Walked into the shop today as the Hakuball pair of earrings caught my eye. There were two persons, an Indian man and a Chinese lady, presumably service staff. Not a single person greeted me not asked if I was looking for anything. Decided against buying anything. Left the shop.
