Talents Motor Park Hotel - Pelabuhan Klang

For the first time in my 46 years of life I came across a male receptionist, I mean just that one man, who has no discretion, very arrogant, very rude and is not suitable to sit as a receptionist. And I know, if my feedback is responded by the hotel in the future, they will always backed up their staff like they are the most correct and best in the world. But I believe, all the bad reviews about the rude receptionist must be about the same receptionist. I bet you know who you are. So, in terms of the rate for the service, I gave it 1 star (KERANA NILA SETITIK ROSAK SUSU SEBELANGA). In terms of the cleanliness of the hotel I gave it 1 star too, the bed sheets are not clean, there are a lot of hairs and stains on the bedsheet even though I just entered and haven't even laid down yet but I'm just too tired to make a complaint at that moment. The room is dusty and the floor is not cleaned properly. The bathroom also smells bad, the water pressure is not strong enough and there was hair on the floor and in the sink. Luckily the air conditioner in the room worked well so my anxious heart and mind were able to cool down. In terms of location, it is on the main road but there are no restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, here is my honest review of this hotel so far.

1 of my favourite budget hotel in Klang & more than 10 times stay there. but for this time, it really disappointed me. 1st,aircond not really cool & soo noisy comes from that air conditioner. 2nd is the pillow sooooo flat. already ask staff to change or can give extra pillow but the answer is no. bit disappointed this time coz i already stay here many times with no big issues until this time😔

The hotel is located in a rather secluded area, with limited access to eateries and other amenities nearby if you are not driving. The in-room facilities are quite basic, and the bathroom lacks a soap holder, making it inconvenient to store shampoo and shower gel while showering. Guests are left with no choice but to place their toiletries on the floor or the washbasin, which is not ideal for easy access mid-shower.

I came here this morning to book a room for a day.the guy took my details and I paid him...immediately after that I told him pls check my room first before I settle down into the room. He told to go n check the room by my self.i was shocked.then I explained to him that the last trip when I checked in the room was full dead and alive roaches (LIPAS).he told me that he remembered that incident and still insisted I go check my self.i told him no get his housekeeping to do checking......he just gave me back my rm 200 n said leave this hotel ,go find another and also threatened to cal the police. So I just left. My question is what kind of staffs are these..... Rude,no manners,very un professional Pls do the right thing Probably instead of firing him send him to attend a course.

Overall, the hotel we stayed at was good, but there are a few aspects that need improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness. When we first checked in, we noticed a significant amount of hair in the bathroom area. The housekeeping staff should have been more attentive in cleaning and ensuring no hair was left, especially around the drain. Additionally, the room was quite dusty, especially on the windows and near the bed, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. Another aspect that could be improved is the room amenities. Hotels we’ve visited previously at least provided a prayer mat for Muslim guests, but this hotel did not have one, which made it less Muslim-friendly. Lastly, there were not enough hangers in the wardrobe for hanging clothes, leaving us without proper space to hang our garments. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests. With these improvements, the hotel has the potential to attract more visitors and earn positive recommendations from the public. Good luck!

firstly, your receptionist on night shift was not welcoming us. He doesn't talk nicely. Second your tv only hv 2 channel. Tv zaman parameswara pun tak teruk macam tu screen nya. Nak tengok apa pun taktahu. Baik takyah letak tv. and your room not even soundproof. why even state like that when it not?? room not clean aswell. bantal berhabuk hitam2.

Stayed for 1 night for interview purpose. Basic room with basic facilities. Location wise near to HTAR by driving about 5-10min distance. Reception staff was helpful when i asked for help at early morning last min to print for extra document needed for my interview. Water pressure in toilet was low. Generally is a budget hotel ok for 1 night stay and u get what u paid.

The room was ok. The process of check in also ok. Very basic hotel. But u can park ur car just outside ur room. The one downside was, the toilet smelled like a thousand cockroaches were in there. So strong! Hope they can do something about that smell.
