Overall a good experience with great staff. The only thing that let it down somewhat was the food - with my starter (scallops) and main (beef) both being cold. Not what you’d expect sadly for $450 per person. The quality of the food though was great and would have been 5* with food that wasn’t cold. A great setting too and really interesting learning about the stars!

Did this special dinner on our wedding anniversary in 2021. Was a very memorable evening inc. the lightning and quick rain storm! Amazing food and drink.

The Tali Wiru sunset dining experience was absolutely magical and the highlight of our trip to Uluru. Watching the sun set over the desert while enjoying champagne together felt like pure romance. The multi-course menu was incredible, showcasing native ingredients with perfect wine pairings (especially the bin 389 Cabernet-Shiraz). The service was flawless, and we especially loved the warmth and attentiveness from Shela, who made the evening feel so personal and special. Dining under the stars with cultural stories and the beauty of the outback made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will never forget!!

No hyperbole, best dinner experience my wife and I have ever had. Impeccable service starting with Mike who drove and also taught us about the constellations. Very intimate environment. If you visit Uluru you have to do this. It’s worth every penny.

The most unforgettable experience of our trip to Uluru. While it’s expensive, it’s absolutely worth it. Canapés and champagne as you watch the sunset, the most beautifully prepared four course meal, a stunning Star chat by the very knowledge Michael and then a beautiful bush talk around the camp fire. We looked at other dinner in the desert options and we are so glad we picked this one. The numbers are small, kept to around 20 I think and each group had their own table, rather than having to share with strangers. It’s a dinner that we will never forget and I feel so lucky we got to experience it.
