Talise Spa at Madinat Jumeirah

I had a truly wonderful experience at Talise Spa at Madinat Jumeirah. The spa is beautifully designed with a calm and elegant atmosphere, and the staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and professional. During my stay, I joined several yoga and meditation sessions, which became the absolute highlights of my trip. The Sound Healing Meditation was deeply relaxing, with only a few participants, creating a very personal and peaceful atmosphere. Since we visited in the summer months, outside of Dubai’s main season, the sessions felt even more exclusive and quiet. The absolute highlight was the Full Moon Yoga – everything was beautifully arranged at the beach, creating a magical experience under the night sky with the sound of nature and the waves in the background. Special thanks to Kajal Thakur, the resident yogi at Talise Spa. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm-hearted. She always explained everything with great clarity and shared beautiful insights, which made each session feel even more meaningful. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and uniqueness of the experience. Overall, Talise Spa is a perfect blend of wellness, relaxation, and luxury – an unforgettable experience and highly recommended!

I had the most relaxing experience at the Talise spa. Possibly the best massage and facial treatment I have experienced from the very talented therapist Lucy! She is very kind and professional, she took her time to listen to my preferences and recommended the best treatment suited to me. Lucy is very professional and well skilled with her massage techniques and can really address those tough muscles/knots. Would definitely recommend Lucy.

The most incredible spa and experience — honestly my favorite in Dubai. From the moment you enter the spa you already feel zen. All of the staff are so friendly and personable. I would recommend to arrive early so you can take advantage of the amenities, including an outdoor pool. The 60 minute revitalizing massage is heaven. My therapist was Irene and she was phenomenal. I always look forward to my next visit and you will too!

This place lives up to its reputation. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, the place is amazing with top notch facilities, and my masseur had me hooked. My massage was beyond good and relaxing.. The best part is that it is decently priced all things considered.. I will definitely go back there, matter fact, Talise will definitely become a regular for me. I’m looking forward to trying out their body and facial treatments.. Thanks Pradeep for an amazing experience. PS: Load up on the ginger/lemon drink.. it is quite refreshing..
