TALLAT Coffee Roasters

Very nice coffee shop close to the beach with seating options inside and also outside. I had an iced latte and it tasted very good. We also tried the banana bread and a lemon cake. Both delicious! Staff is super nice and our order was served super quick. As the cafe is located in a quits area, you can enjoy your coffee perfectly outside :)

Aussie former cafe owners are stuck up judges of cafes. They're harder to please than an overtired 2 year old. The milk work was fine, but by 345pm, the machine was putting out bitter shots. Machines need a backwash clean (no chemicals til close) every 200 shots or 4 hours. Everything else was in place. Great service, good cookies. But we're here for the coffee.....

Good coffee, good vibe. Drank 2 coffee lattes and bought some roasted coffee beans. It was good but a bit over roasted for me. And loved the atmosphere of the shop but it was a bit ruined.

Cozy and modern coffee bar. They roast their own beans which must be why their coffee is so good. Cafe con leche was the best I’ve had in Valencia.

If you love great coffee, make sure to visit Tallat while in Valencia! Fantastic pour-overs, super friendly barista, and top-quality beans roasted in-house. The staff makes the experience even better: especially the red-haired girl, always smiling, warm, and genuinely client-oriented - an absolute beauty. The whole team are true professionals, deeply passionate about what they do, and you can feel the founders’ spirit in every detail. In addition, the coffee shop is connected to a coworking space with excellent conditions at a fair price, including monitors free access. It creates the perfect environment to work, relax, and even head to the beach afterward. Highly recommended!
