Let me tell you, do not get scammed by this resort, you will spent hundreds of dollars per day for the all inclusive and this resort is no value for money.
You are much better off staying at any other resort which is not all inclusive as there are good restaurants and night life and the down town areas are very accessible and in expensive to get to.
Let’s start with the check in experience, the staff at the front desk are not welcoming, the doorman doesn’t care about your bags, they give you the bands and you are by yourself for the rest of your stay.
The bar at the lobby has rude staff, the restaurants have no availability other than a dinner at 5 PM. The service across the board from bars to restaurants to front desk is sub par. I lost an item and the front desk did not even care.
The room condition is mediocre, good luck getting any golf carts to go anywhere, in general all the staff has an attitude as though they are doing a favor by serving you. They only give you 3 towels per stay and it’s difficult to exchange it. Many restaurants and bars are paid and not included in the all inclusive.
The room has no amenities and very basic furniture, the pillows are not comfy. The quality of toiletries in the bathroom is below par, the towels are smelly and the fridge is empty. They give you bottles of water that you will have to go all around and fill up.
The service is horrible, having stayed in all inclusive resorts in other parts of the Caribbean and Mexico, this is probably the world experience in terms of service.
The only thing going for the resort is the location, the beach has white sand and the water is crystal clear.
