Tamarind Springs

A special place in the mountains of Koh Samui. In the first stage, there are hot springs and a kind of hot sauna. In my opinion, this part can be skipped. The water in the pools is cold and unpleasant, and it is difficult to sit in the sauna/cave for more than a few minutes. The second part of the treatment was excellent. I received a perfect lymphatic massage, followed by an excellent facial. It is clear that the therapists are very professional. A special experience. You can't take pictures, so the pictures are only from the entrance to the complex.

Such a beautiful & unique experience here. The steam in the cave is amazing & beautiful. We did the “Steam & Dream” package which you can enjoy steam, plunge (cool temp) and they also provide the scrub for scrubbing your body. And I love that they have some snacks for you as well as a refreshment. I felt so refreshed afterwards! The environment is also amazing, impressed by how they maintain everything so beautifully & clean. Ditch the normal sauna, you must try this one!!! Caveman mode 🙌🏼 no phone allowed inside. A bit pricey, we paid 1500+7%+10% each but i think it’s worth a try (:

This is a beautiful place—very tranquil and surrounded by absolute perfection and nature. One person in particular, Da made the experience extra special. I highly recommend it. This isn’t a one-time visit for me; I’ll be coming back as often as I can and recommending it to all my friends because this place is absolute heaven. The body scrub is amazing, the teas are unbelievable, the steam room is gorgeous, and the food is perfect.

We booked a massage at this place in advance for 11:30. We arrived exactly at 11:30 and were greeted with an unfriendly attitude and told that it was disrespectful to arrive late (even though we were not late). The staff member said that our session time would be reduced because we were “starting later.” The couples massage cost 5,000 baht. For this price, you expect to be greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. I would like to point out that there was no information anywhere stating that we needed to arrive earlier. However, at exactly 11:30, we received a message saying that we were being disrespectful for being late. When we mentioned this to the staff member, she said that it was “normal” and that we should already know this. We came to relax, but before the massage even started, we were spoken to rudely and our mood was completely ruined. As a result, we decided not to stay and left. Please address this issue with the staff member involved, as she is clearly not customer-oriented. Shift on 21.01.2026 at 11:30 AM. We have never experienced anything like this before – ever. We get massages very often in many different countries. This was the first time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tamarind Springs. We spent a beautiful afternoon immersed in nature, following a peaceful path through the forest that truly felt magical. The entire setting is unique, serene, and incredibly well integrated into the natural surroundings. The spa itself is simply amazing and unlike anything we had ever seen before. The sauna carved directly into the rocks is something truly special – a one-of-a-kind experience that you won’t easily find elsewhere. It feels authentic, original, and perfectly in harmony with the forest. Without a doubt, the experience is worth every penny and absolutely justifies the price. The massage was exceptional: deeply relaxing, professional, and perfectly executed. On top of that, all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive in every aspect, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. First time experiencing spa and massage out in the wild without ac. One of a lifetime experience, but i chose medium level of power thinking id have firmer massage but it was just simply mild rubbing 🤣 , was relaxing but totally a bit overcharged us for almost 150 usd for 1.5 hours

Wonderful experience! No phones allowed, so it keeps it serene and the vibe chill. The steam rooms are SO COOL and nestled between huge boulders. I was there on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't very busy which made it all the more pleasurable. Highly recommend.

Tarzan experience ! Bathing in natural surroundings, among stones and jungle, listening to birds, watching butterflies, sitting in steam caves, and while enjoying massage in your personal open circular wooden pavilion, you hear 🐒 monkey steps on the roof. The fact that you don't have your phone during 4 hours, makes the time stretch! It's extremely pleasant to disconnect and just observe. The massage was excellent. A unique experience to definitely try in Samui!
