Tamarindo Bay Boutique Hotel

I had such a wonderful, relaxing experience here! This immaculate and beautifully designed property had everything I needed with very attentive and friendly staff. I especially loved lounging in the sun by the tranquil waterfall feature pool, surrounded by lush greenery. I also enjoyed relaxing on the day bed in front of the other pool, soaking in the zen music in the comfortable rancho! I was also lucky to share some of my time with a beautiful Iguana and a chirpy woodpecker who had taken up residence in the grounds. I will definately be returning. It’s truly a little slice of paradise!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was very clean, well-kept, and incredibly cozy, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring Tamarindo super easy and enjoyable. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a day out. Manager Marie was absolutely lovely—super friendly, always helpful, and full of great recommendations. Everything was handled quickly and without any complications. Overall, a truly relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended! I would definitely return.

The Tamarindo Bay Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was extremely spacious and the air conditioning unit kept it cool. It even came with a little stove top to cook food. The location was extremely convenient for walking to the beach or anywhere else in town. Maria was extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. I would definitely come back here again!

Loved everything about this hotel. Close walking to the Tamarindo Beach shops and restaurants. Close enough to do day trips to nearby beach destinations. The hotel is very quiet and safe. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and serene. There are two refreshing pools, which I loved to wake up to and come back to after the beach. There is also quiet Zen music that plays throughout the day which makes you feel like you’re at a spa. Marie was very helpful friendly and wonderful. I am going to return here after my trip to La Fortuna for one night before I have to take my flight out. Highly recommend loved my stay here.

Absolutely outstanding! We stayed in villa 17. It was amazing. It was a free standing unit with tons of windows and the most gorgeous outdoor shower. Very well appointed with lots of supplies in the kitchen, full sized fridge, washer/dryer, close to the pool, and supremely clean and spacious. The staff here is wonderful. We got in late and it was so easy getting in and to our villa. Super close to lots of restaurants, bars, coffee places, and 5-10 min walk to the beach. We rented a car, and the parking was safe and easy as well. We will definitely be back.

Amazingly spacious and clean rooms. Our host Maria was great and our night security guard made us feel extra safe. Location was good close to downtown but still far enough that you don’t hear the party people at night. The road to the hotel is not in the best condition but still walkable.

Honestly, I could move in here! The whole place feels like a hidden gem - two gorgeous saltwater pools, a cozy outdoor lounge tucked under blooming flowers (perfect when it rains), and even a coworking space so I could get my work done in the morning before sneaking in a quick workout and dip in the pool.|The room itself is super comfortable and clean — the bed and pillows are amazing, the shower is hot, and the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook. Plus, the location couldn't be better: it's an easy walk into town for restaurants or a straight shot to the beach.|And Marie? She's the warmest, most welcoming host. She's created such a peaceful space that feels more like a home than a hotel. This isn't just a place to stay in Tamarindo — it's the place.

Tamarindo Bay was the perfect stay. Close to the center of town and had all the amenities you need. Peaceful pool to relax in, very clean rooms, and attentive staff.||I arrived prior to check in and they stored my luggage. Also made every effort to get my room ready early!
