The Taminaschluckt can only be reached by bus from Bad Ragaz Bahnhof station to Pfäfers Altes Bad from bus stop “A”. You can buy a ticket to see the Schluckt there. The canyon route is easy to walk along.

On weekends, the most popular activity in Europe is hiking. This is one of the most popular destinations for children, older women, and women. With its very high geographical features, it is not very steep, so it is convenient for all ages. Or you can take a public bus. The bus, the route of the bus, will run to the end of the bus. The interior of the museum is beautiful. It is the art of modern and old time Switzerland. The zone is clearly divided. There are artists'works on display inside, and there are also restaurants and drinks. I have to go back because I haven't visited the waterfall area. This place, if I go, will be the perfect summer. I'm not sure if they will close the place in winter.

Strong corridors down down and some are dangerous and it is possible to slide down .. The ticket value is 5 euros to enter .. I did not enjoy much because the road is long and tiring .. Never deserve the hardship in my opinion

The Taminaschlucht is a magical place. The river, the natural beauty, and the abundance of green is simply wonderful. The geological history is as impressive. 🤍

Yes, the walk is short, but it is great - you will not regret it. This is one of the most beautiful gorge walks I had. Inside, there is a small cave that holds a hot spring. The spring was used for health improvement for centuries.

Well worth the visit. It’s a beautiful walk along the river through a forest with awesome mountains on each side of the path you walk. There is also a bus option but I would recommend checking the bus time table (bus departs from the main train station ). Once you get to the main ‘schlucht’ area there is a CHF 5 to walk through a very interesting museum and to also walk through the actual ‘schlucht’ where you will be able to see the steam coming from the schlucht. I would recommend you wear appropriate footwear as when you are in the ‘cave / schlucht’ area is can be slightly wet. Very well worth the visit. You can the proceed on a further hike - almost like a round trip. The hike is quite steep and I would say you need to be reasonable fit. We took the route 937 off the Swiss mobility app. It was beautiful with superb scenery and the route brought us back to the centre of Bad Ragaz and ended in the most spendid flower filled garden.

To find Parking close by the start of the hike is very difficult - somewhere in town - or at the Trainstation ( about 15 min walk then to the start of the hike 😕) Hike is easy uphill - there is also a Bus that goes all the way up - was a nice an easy steady uphill. The gorge is nice - but short - there is also an old tunnel to go see the original healing springs. Entrance fee charged

Really a phantastic, historic landmark - highly recommend to visit. Attention: only open in the summer months (mid april to end october approx). The gorge itself starts already in the town of Bad Ragaz and takes you in about 90min uphill (60min downhill) to the old spa of Pfäffers. This way is easy to walk, even with strollers or wheelchairs. In the OLD TÄFERS SPA, you buy tickets (CHF 5 per person) to actually enter the spectacular part of the Tamina GorgE, which is highly recommended. Instead of walking, the OLD TÄFERS SPA, you can also take a hourly bus from Bad Ragaz Main Station.
